Very relaxed and enjoyable stay in a great location

Executive breakfast area on second morning all the available tables had not been cleaned when guests had vacated so had to use general dining area which was not a problem for us .

Fantastico hotel para visitar la ciudad y estar cerca del centro, restaurantes y muy bien comunicado

Personal muy atento y profesional. Desayuno excelente. Muy bien ubicado en el centro, para visitar la ciudad, puedes salir con rutas bonitas o coger el metro al lado.

Very good. Perfect location.

The room was comfortable and spacious enough and had sound-proof windows, which was great. I do not have any critics about the room. Room was surprisingly quiet. First I got a room on the second floor, but had a gym right under and the gym noises (weights hitting the floor) arrived to my room. I asked a change and it was kindly done and on the 7th floor it was quiet. Hotel has amazing views and the best location one could have in Stockholm!

Around 8 in the morning (some morning before) the stuff moved with trolley with glasses/bottles/dishes in the corridor and it made so much noise that woke me up.

Bra läge och fin frukost.

Alldeles för dyrt, frukost ingick inte utan kostade 500 kr extra när vi kom fram, då hade vi bokat ett vanligt rum redan för drygt 2500 kr för en natt. Men jag antar att läget drar upp priset så det är väl acceptabelt.

Value for money

Just 15 mins from central train station and 5 mins from the old town. The room was so small and the toilet furniture so old, but it was okay for a solo traveller. The view from the breakfast place was amazing. Breakfast was great!

For a four star hotel with a lot of building in it’s possession, the sauna and the fitness area could have been better. Don’t know if they have other type of rooms, but the one I’ve got (the queen room) was okay for only one person, two might have been fighting for where to pass.

goed verblijf maar wel duur

ontbijt erg goed, mooi uitzicht

hoge kamerprijs. Er waren nog een kamer beschikbaar van rond de 250 euro en toen ik hem aanklikte was hij ineens niet meer beschikbaar en moest ik een duurdere kiezen. (lokkertje ?)

Bra läge. Mycket trevlig personal. Mycket bra frukost Bra att hunden kunde vara med. Trevlig restaurang med god mat och bra service. Fördel att det finns parkeringsgarage.

Hilton doesn't miss much. I feel safe staying here.

"The common corridor was carpeted in the middle corridor, so there was no ventilation in the windows and it was filled with a musty smell."

Zeer vriendelijk personeel! Ook goede centrale ligging.

Dålig TV i den mening att det inte gick att få i program information./:program tablå. Massvis med kanaler men man visste bara vilken kanal det var. Inte vad som visades på den, tex namn på filmen eller programmet. Du kunde inte heller se framåt, dvs, att det skulle börja en film en viss tid. . saknade program tablå för alla kanalerna som fanns. Dåligt att behöva betala för wifi. Lite slina rum.

Bra hotell på söder.

Tyst och lugnt. De fixade en extra madrass då jag hade problem med min axel och behövde sova mjukt. Det var lite kul med ett ställe som bevarat all marmorinredning. Hotellet kändes fräscht och välstädat.

Jag hade väldiga strul med incheckning i 30 min där jag fick sitta och vänta. Kunde väl erbjudas en cola eller kopp kaffe i baren och att jag fick vänta där istället för att stå och vänta på att få igång beyalmaskinen. Jag känner mig osäker på om jag ska tala engelska eller svenska med personalen. Det verkar som om de flesta kan svenska, men det kan jag ju inte veta innan. Tvungen att gå med i deras kundklubb för att få fritt Wifi.

There was no smart TV in our room (with the view) which was pretty weird on my opinion on 5* hotel .. only local channels were able to watch .

Perfect location in a beautiful city

The location is perfect. Walking distance to amazing sights, old town, cool restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and inviting after big days of exploring. The breakfast had a wide variety of tasty offerings. Loved the omelette station. Would definitely stay next time I’m in Stockholm.

We liked everything.

Sanirim sevdiğim tek özelliği girişteki EKEN bar'da calisan garsonların ilgi ve alakası idi. Otel tarafında saygısız ve mutsuz bir hizmet aliyorsunuz. EKEN Bar kısmına geçtiğinizde calisanlar çok ilgili ve alakalı.

Oda kliması calisiyor ama isitmiyordu, oda çok çok soğuktu. Ayrıca, booking uzerinden rezervasyonumu kahvaltı dahil yapmamistim, check-in yaparken kahvaltı dahile çevirmek isteyip istemediğimi sordular, ben de kahvaltıyı dahil etmek istediğimi söyledim ve dahil ettiler. Ödedikten sonra kartımdan çok fazla para çekildiğini gordum, resepsiyonla görüşmemden sonra anladım ki Booking uzerinde günlük kahvaltı ucreti icin 250 ısveç kronu yazmasına rağmen bizden günlük kisi başı 295 ısveç kronu para almışlar. 2 kisi oldugumuz icin günlük 590 ısveç kronu kahvaltı parası almışlar. Hayatımda ilk defa odada kalan kisi sayısına gore kahvaltı ucreti alindigini gordum. Ne yazık ki check-in yaparken bana kahvaltiyi dahil ettikleri sirada bundan asla bahsetmediler. Konu ile ilgili tüm görüşmelerime rağmen asla yardimci olmadılar. Ayrıca çok onemli bir detaydan daha bahsetmek istiyorum, kaldigimiz günler boyunca çarşaf, yorgan, yastık kilifi hiçbir seyi değiştirmediler. Odada kulak copu, dış bakim seti, bornoz ve terlik bile yoktu. Hayatımda gördüğüm en kotu Hilton'du.

Very friendly staff, comfy room, and great location for the basic walking tour a visitor might have.

We didn't have breakfast in our booking, but we tried dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The food was delicious!

The hotel's restaurant seemed a bit more expensive than usual for the amount of food that was served.

Rolig och trevlig afton med stand up, nära till sängs därefter ❤️

Ledsen, blev dålig av laxen kvällen innan så jag vågade inte smaka allt. Dock dåligt med laktos och glutenfritt. Hade velat ha laktosfri fil eller yoghurt.

Se ovan. Receptionen borde ha Dimor och kanske Alvedon. Jag hade en jobbig natt efter laxen 🥴.
