No detil was overlooked resulting in a pampered experience in a luxurious setting.

Everything! Elegant, excellent service, excellent food. Luxury. Lea was exceptional. Was always available to assist with a warm, friendly yet professional mNner.

Amazing and excellent

I can’t say enough about our short 2 night stay at MO! The staff was absolutely incredible and made the stay for us amazing. From jennifer the front desk manager (who couldn’t have been more accommodating and thoughtful) to marinella at the front desk who gave my 2.5 year old son toys and puzzles to Sebastian at the front desk who although was an intern was incredible - each with their attention to detail and to our well being was very evident with every encounter. They even set up a surprise in our room for our 2.5yo with a play tent for him. Alexander at the front door and the entire bell staff were so kind and helpful. I can’t say enough. The breakfast was also excellent and extensive which was included for us. The food and drinks in the lobby living room with the piano were excellent. We will definitely come back here for our next stay in Munich. We LOVED IT thanks to the hotel and staff.

Nice but not the level I would expect from the mandarin.

Location and room size

Room had a large spider web in the corner which was obviously there for a long time. They did clean it prompt when notified but we were not even given an apology. We were in a junior suit for our honeymoon. The wine and alcohol in room service was marked up as much as 8x which was a huge disappointment. Bottle of Johnnie walker black cost €275. Wines were also marked up similar prices. This does not encouraging drinking on the property.

The way we are received from our car sets the tone for the whole stay.

Breakfast was excellent and very well presented. The Bavarian choice as we entered the restaurant was a great idea. Outstandingly all your staff are fantastic.

The smell in the passage way leading to our room. I understand this emanates from Middle Eastern guests who “boil their water”. Perhaps a diffuser would be a good idea so that your guests of all regions can enjoy their stay as they see fit.

The construction banging in the morning. Those of us on jet lag stay in hotels! Our time clocks are off!! It was impossible to sleep past 7:30 due to the construction noise! I would have never stayed here for that money if I had know that

very beautiful property and friendly helpful staff.

room is expensive. got in there and A/C was broken they couldn’t fix and it was in the middle of the night. they offered a fan. but it was super loud. not something you would expect from this hotel.

Avoid top-floor rooms, need to climb stairs and get a smaller room and windows

Location was great. Lobby bar/resto was nice.

No direct elevator to top floor, need to carry your bags and yourself up/down stairs. Room was not as depicted on the website as top floor rooms were smaller with insloping windows.

Exceptional

I must say this is one of the best 5* Hotels I staid so far. It's easy to understand why it was considered one of the best 5* Hotels in the world. The staff is very friendly and the concierge is top-notch! They help with whatever you need and they even try to match your requests based on your style. We travel with our Dachshund and the room was ready with a big bed and food and water trays. We got an upgrade to the next room category, and the bedroom was quite big and the bed was very comfortable. It had probably the best bathroom I've ever seen in a Hotel room as well. We went to the restaurant for dinner and the food is really good. Our waiter was ok-ish and we were expecting a nicer waiter for such a restaurant in such a Hotel. He was nice but at times a bit slow and when we wanted to pay, he was chit-chatting with his colleagues and not paying attention to our table (it was almost closing time as well for the restaurant). We are pretty chilled and easy going but waiting like 15minutes to ask for the bill and clearly seeing the waiter was just chit-chatting was not nice. My wife had to stand up for him to come to our table, as our attempts to call him with our hands failed. On the other hand, the Ory bar is amazing! If you can stay at the bar so you can see and interact with the barmen! It was truly a great experience. Everyone was exceptionally nice and the drinks are amazing! Tell them what you like and they will suggest something nice for sure! We were going there for just 1 drink around 11 pm and ended up staying there until closing time (2 am). A special thank you to all the staff, especially the bellhops! They were amazingly nice and gave a special touch to our arrival and departure!
