Excellent lication

Excellent location away from crowds. Optimal to have a car as there is parking for.free at the hotel and everywhere in Santorini.

The room was abit small, daily service cleaning did not happen.

Loved it!

Exceptional value for the price, especially in Santorini. The hosts are kind and very helpful, as was our chauffeur who picked us up and dropped us back off at the airport. ATV and bike rental is available straight from the front desk too, took them not even 15 minutes to drop them off to us after we inquired. It is about a 30 minutes walk into Fira, though there are plenty of shops, markets, and restaurants in Karterados that are less crowded and more inexpensive about 5 minutes up the road. The pool is lovely, perfect temperature and always clean with many sun beds available and outdoor shower provided. Great AC in the room. Beds are comfy and smell clean. There is also a mama cat on the property who just had a litter of babies so we were hanging out with kitties all day - what more can you ask for????

Our only complaint is the shower as the pressure was weak and the temperature fluctuated.

excellent relaxing stay. staff/family extremely friendly & helpful. property & grounds uniquely & artistically decorated. very quirky with different things to see at every turn. pool area fantastic. optional breakfast very nice with lots of choice.

The perfect base to explore the Island.

Maria and her family could not be more helpful. They assisted us with everything we needed and offered some very helpful ideas and tips. It was like staying with family, the welcome, the assistance and the care.

I loved my stay here at Villa livadaros. It is not too far away from Fira but you are also not in the heart of a big town. there are so many cute small places to eat and get coffee where this villa is. The owners and workers here made me feel so comfortable and happy. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Great place, would definitely stay again! Wonderful family hotel

The staff were so nice and helpful! We loved the pool, we spent so much time there. The sun loungers are perfect. Our 1 bedroom apartment in the courtyard was perfect. The hotel is much nicer than the pictures show! :) I definitely recommend this hotel

We spent 6 nights in this hotel which is very beautiful and staff friendly. The pool area was amazing. The location is excellent: in a few minutes from Fira by scooter or car and within appropriate distance by foot if you don't mind walking a little bit (around 25 minutes walk).

Everything was great at the sole exception of the walls poor soundproofing/insulation: the two first nights we had terrible neighboors, listening to music and singing in the corridor, coming back at 3am and talking very loudly etc... we asked the staff if there were anything they could do and they offered to change our room because they had some rooms still available. Thank you again very much for this offer and for your kindness, it was really appreciated !! The only small suggestion we have : to invest in some placards "please do not disturb/please make up the room" to hang to the room door handles because we were sometimes awoken by the cleaning lady (we are long sleepers 😊).

Great hospitality

A special breakfast was freshly prepared just for us. This was the highlight of my stay here. The coordination was great. Pickup and drop from the airport was provided on request. The host helped us with booking local taxi too. It's a big property, nice to walk around and enjoy the views. Close to the airport. Good value for money.

The rooms were a little old style and the facilities were basic. Recommended only for short stays.

Lovely place and very kind hosts. They offered to help with anything and everything, provided transport from the airport, and were reachable rather immediately by email or phone. I hope to be back!

Great Price

Loud place, smells like cigarette. No shampoo. Towels fell like sandpaper. They must be about 4 years old.
