Restaurant food was excellent.
'Superior double room' had no view (looked out through frosted glass into a bin compound and very small courtyard. Walls were paper thin, although the 2 (mother and child) occupants of the next room weren't noisy, you could hear every word of conversation clearly.

Breakfast good quality and service.
Room was very comfortable - bed was superb.
Walking distance to the Bournemouth Town Centre, Pier was reasonable and bus stops 5 mins walk.
Staff very helpful and obliging.
Nothing in particular.

It was cheap and clean but the hotel is very dated

I guess this place made us laugh!
Itās incredible that such an outdated (and I mean seriously outdated - something which would have shocked you in the 80ās!), derelict Hotel still exists and survives today.
Extremely tacky, run down, chipped and dirty decor. The bathtub was plastic and the damp and decay on the ceiling was partly boarded over.
The room stank terribly!
Tacky hallways with dreadful carpet.
Incredibly overpriced parking at 8 pounds considering we only parked overnight.
Breakfast was low quality.
And all this for an overnight price of 189 pounds!
Steer clear!!
Why is this on booking.com??

Close to town and the beach, staff very friendly, decent shower, bed pretty comfortable, roomsize decent
Stairs are very creaky so could hear people going up and down all night. Shower screen didn't stop water going all over the floor. Rooms need a bit of a freshen up.

It was good and quite.
The cleaning lady shouldn't knock on the door and talk loud at 9:30 in the morning. I know I should've put the sign no disturbance but still, that doesn't mean the staff should knock like 3 times.

Breakfast was not a massive choice but enough, there are enough shops cafes and restaurants outside the hotel
Car parking was a problem all around the town next time I would leave the car at home and take the train to save the stress , plus there are an abundant amount of taxiās . That way I could spend an extra day or two .

Parking easy location good very friendly staff.
We have booked again in May.
Next 1st or 2nd bedroom to us very noisy from 3.45 am til approx 4.45. Shouting laughing talking loud.etc.This was on the Friday night probably just came from night club.
Nearly came to reception but decided not to.
7.0
The location, the room was properpy heated, it was quiet, the bed was comfortable.
The bathroom was very small with a really squeaky floor and door, very old TV, really unstable and wobbly coffee table, room in quite some need of renovation (peeling wallpaper in places and stains).

Bad, really bad! Very weird place.

One of the better budget hotels I've stayed in in Bournemouth and a pleasant surprise. Friendly and helpful staff allocated me nicely decorated and clean room on ground floor - convenient for me to take my dog out easily! Comfortable bed. Secure parking available at reasonable charge. I had no issues with noise in my particular room on night I stayed.
Thought the 20 Pound charge for my small dog for one night a bit excessive.
8.0
The Bed was really comfortable, and we liked the thought that went in to the design of the rooms for the celebrities.
The staff were really friendly too
The Shower was powered by some industrial pump which was the loudest thing ever!
The price of drinks in the hotel bar were extortionate for the cheap drinks they were (Ā£10 for a cheap brand GnT)
7.0
The staff were excellent, always helped if I asked for anything couldnāt ask for anything better would highly recommend
The pictures on the wall a little bit scary couldāve possibly used smaller pictures for the rooms as it was quite terrifying to wake up in the middle of the night and see someone looking straight at your face

Good location near center. Clean room and bathroom. Personal from reception and cleaning friendly's. Comfortable bed.
Thin walls between rooms.

The shower wasn't great

Up grade to the family room
Breakfast was not up to standard
5.0
Location good. Clean room
Shower was awful pressure wise. Staff had ran out of tea and coffee apparently in the room when I arrived so that was rather frustrating and the TV only worked on 3 channels so was very limited. Also got woken up at a ridiculous time in the morning by a cleaner trying to come in at like 9am even though check out was 11am so was very annoyed
6.0
Lovely staff especially on arrival and the breakfast guys were outstanding
have stayed here several times. The breakfast was very enjoyable as always and great quality
The room needs attention with decoration
The shower / toilet improvements are good but there needs to be more pressure for the shower. The shower screen is too close to the toilet creating a narrow space for the toilet that not great for slightly well built people
The bed was just too soft
7.0
Cheap, onsite parking, easy walk to town centre, clean room, comfy bed
Overall generally a bit grimey and dated. Every room supposedly themed but that just means a picture on the wall.
