Excellent cooked breakfast. Love that it was cooked fresh for us not kept warm in containers like other hotels. Great selection on the buffet too. Staff attentive. Hotel located conveniently. Close to family and shops.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Bar and reception areas were nice to meet with family and friends, good selection of beers and pub food was a reasonable option for the price. There was also some outdoor table and chairs that gave a nice option to sit outside after dinner. WiFi was excellent throughout the hotel. Free parking was a bonus.

Traffic noise is loud if you are staying in a room at the front of the hotel. As we were quite jet lagged I did request a room at the rear so we could rest. This was confirmed by the hotel in the weeks prior to arrival , but when we got to the hotel we given a front room with no option to change, very disappointing. Rooms have no air conditioning and were hot and humid on the higher floors when we travelled during our 4 night stay in Aug. The room we had was small, with a small double bed. In my experience it was not suitable for a couple who are travelling internationally for several weeks with large suit cases. There maybe other room configurations, but we were not offered this.

- Key cards very temperamental, even after checking in and going straight up to room they wouldn’t work, each time we went up to room they didn’t work - no soap in sink or shower dispensers - toilet roll holder broken, toilet roll balanced on end

Good parking for Liverpool, also for big vehicles which is always appreciated.

The toilet paper holder is to be changed. The roll falls down all the time, I wonder how much paper the hotel has wasted so far

The park hotel is not in Liverpool, so was not happy with that.

No hotel said my room was a double, I asked for twin room, but booking.com sorted it out.🤨

The bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in in a hotel. The staff were very friendly and keen to help if needed. Breakfast was lovely, full buffet with cereal, cold meats cheeses, croissants jams and spreads. Option of full English with choice of eggs. I had mine sunny side up with runny yolk and most importantly. A decent pot of tea! I would definitely go back. Thank you
