A nice place to stay; close to shops and trams.

Position in suburbia. Relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Wonderful glassed in balcony overlooking street.

Fridge needed defrosting. Milk in fridge off. Stairs to apartment. Requirement of a $150 bond in excess of rental. No bath as promised in the advertisement. Needs better personal bed lighting. Bathroom tiny.

location is handy close to Fitzroy st and public transport the shower was hot and had very good pressure air con was hot

Tenants in other unit were loud every night, had numerous visitors and had a lot of arguments etc which affected our stay.

Disappointed we were unable to make our own breakfast as there was no toaster. Only 1 teaspoon which looked like it was from a playset. Freezer was disgusting. Parking an issue. Wouldn't stay again.

comfortable, cozy, secure location and awesome value for money.

Great location easy walk to restaurants and public transport. Very secure and quiet area. The blue light shower 😀

Could hear the neighbours walking around up stairs, but that’s just being picky.

False advertising not worth it price, asked for a balcony but it wasn't really worth the time. No car parking

Very poor

Location was good but the room we got was not the one we expected.

There was water outage in the premise and was not well informed. We have to checkout without washing our faces.

Spoiled our holiday

please don’t make the mistake of booking this accommodation. The images did not accurately reflect the rooms, and our room stunk. When I booked I asked the host where I could park my car, and he told me directly outside the accommodation. when we returned our car had been towed, and our 7 year old was in tears (most of our belongings were still in the car). We then had to pay for a taxi to retrieve our car, and pay the towing fee totalling $500! Despite many resolution requests the host declined making any form of compensation. This booking truly spoiled our holiday, never again will we return, and I hope you reconsider your booking.

Bed was quite squeaky every time I rolled over, could hear footsteps above us (but was reasonably quiet otherwise).

Would definitely stay again. Great little apartment.

We had such a great stay. Clean apartment, small kitchen was useful and easy access location right near a main tram line. Lovely staff. Will be back to Melbourne. Same place. Great value.

Overall, super clean. Just small details, little mould in the shower, and the loo could’ve used another once over. Also seemed we had some noisey neighbours move in. But overall would stay again.

didn’t mention about a deposit on website also asked a extra money when was checking and I haven’t received the deposit back yet after checked out also no inside parking , a man who was in charge there advised me to park on the street which was unsafe as all the spots are tow aways .

A bit disappointing, not value for money.

Location was good.

There was a smell in the stairwell that made it into the apartment. We sprayed the apartment to try and reduce the smell. The grout in the shower was not very clean. No lamps next to the bed. Noisy - there was a noise most of night, like water running and a door opening and closing. Quite odd.

Perfect location, great staff clean studio apartments

The location was great. The studio was really clean. Had everything we needed. Bed was comfy and room large. Our friends had a 1st floor room - with a huge sun filled balcony. Everyone was really happy
