Location was wonderful. Breakfast, perhaps more hot food, Room fine, however shower a little small for a large man to shower comfortably.

Great location in centre of city
Could be noisy in the evening due to nearby bars

I was transferred to Center Hotel Plaza because there was actually no rooms due to Booking.com’s system not synced. The staff were all helpful and very friendly. The room and the lobby were nice, too.
No garbage bags for garbage cans.

very helpful staff; good breakfast, let us check in early; called for taxi for us; kept our luggage after check out so we could shop.
taxi couldn't come to door, but that was not hotel's fault.

Breakfast was a delicious spread of meats, cheese, bread, fruit, coffee, tea. The location is right in the middle of the shopping area and a close walk to the harbour. Our room was comfortable and clean. Farouq at the main desk even carried our luggage from the car while we found parking. Everyone was exceptional.
Nothing. We enjoyed our stay.

Location, Room, Staff was all top!
Breakfast was fine, but would have liked to have some more options (different bread / croissants / things to put on / different yogurts).

The location is superb, very central. Rooms are very clean. Staff is helpful.
The TV unit in my room did not work.

Very central to the city, minutes from the main shops, bars and restaurants. The room was warm and comfortable.
The room had very little plugs, with just enough for the items in the room and nothing else. The only spare one I had access to was next to the toilet. Or I had to unplug the TV or fridge.
So for anyone with a phone and laptop or kindle or tablet, it became a balancing game.

Within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and clubs. The bus stop for tour picks up is also within 5 min walk. Breakfast is available and room service was provided daily. The staff is friendly and always eager to provide input and assistance.
Everything was excellent!

Excellent location, very clean and cozy room. Lovely breakfast annex with great breakfast selection. Very friendly and helpful reception staff.
Some very small repairs that needed to be done in bathroom (hinges on shower door, for example)

Missed hot eggs for breakfast, fried or boiled.

Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Location is good for practical purposes.
Breakfast was very poor.

Very good location right in the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful. I asked for a quiet room and they gave me one, it also had a nice view and we got to see the northern lights twice from our window 🙂 The room had very good heating also. The breakfast was good with some variety, I would prefer more choices and perhaps some changes from day to day but other than that it was fine. Overall, very happy with our stay.
The room was a bit on the small side, there was no seating area.

The hotel is located right in the city center, on the Main Street, and close to bus stop 14 and 6, so it’s really convenient. The room is clean, and even though there is a bar nearby, I personally feel it’s not noisy. The staffs are very nice and helpful, and you can have a beverage and a fruit when check in ;)

Location is central, but if you come on bus you’ll need to get your laguage up the hill to get to the hotel, use bus stop 6 as it’s less steep than bus stop 14. If you order taxi : this street is not for cars it’s pedestrians only but at night taxis will drive through as there is no barriers. Breakfast is basic continental with salami, processed slices chese, cereal, coffe tee & juice on tap. Gluten free option: seeded sweedish Genius bread if you can eat popy n sesames or white microwave buggette hot & chew & no bread knife to cut it. Jams butter & wheat pastry. Oats milk option. Clean. Stuff is helpful. Eager to book excursions for you as they get commission. City is beautiful in the snow , when it’s sunny for 4h sunrise at 11.30am & sundown at 15.30pm everything is yellow orange n pink it’s postcard perfect, architecture buildings is colour & interesting, mountains are white see is black lake is frozen even birds are beautiful perfect for any lover photography. Harber is close just diwn the hill & it’s picture perfect. This holiday is for snow lovers & site seeing landscape & architecture & food. Enjoy
Gluten free option is bear minimum no pastry’s for breakfast no cereal, just overboied eggs & cheese. Most of things you can eat if there is bread. Curtains at windows didn’t cover ends so it was visible from neighboring windows into the room & mirror which would pick up bathroom & bed so no privacy if you wanted unless you push pillow beween radiator & wall than you get a bit of lower part closed. Street light on all nights into the room. Constant noise from doors slaming & wall are not sound proof , bed frame banging from next door room.None of the above bothered us as we knew hotel rooms at this price : this type of noise & cheep curtains are to be expected. Windows are not double glased so condesation turned into running water onto window seals so I used bathroom towels to wipe it off 3x a day so it doesn’t dreep onto carpet where we would step in our shoes.Only one chair. No one refilled teas milk & coffe but you were allowed to go into the dining room before looking up at 8pm to help yourself. You can see buy salami edges & cheese slices edge that it was from previous day breakfast & as it was rubbery & darker colour maybe not covered properly. Person looking after kitchen used food gloves but she used them for everything which was pointless. Hotel is on the hill so if you are tired from walking at the harber make sure you have energy left

Close to all the downtown attractions so easy to find food, drinks and fun. Staff were wonderful and accomodating when our flights were rescheduled due to weather.
In city of town, so some late night noise from bars and clubs.
