Decent property comfortable stay

Good ocean view property

Vast property. Needed golf cart to move around. Couldn’t go to the beach, wasn’t safe we were told.

We loved our one-week experience in Pueblo Bonito sunset. We will definitely go back and refer to our friends.

It was a beautiful placewith a very convenient location. Close to the Marina and many activities. The food was AMAZING. Every day had different cousins and each was tasteful and delicious. The transportation within the hotel was so amazing. We loved the staff. They are very friendly, helpful, polite and caring.

I wish the rooms and furniture were a bit updated. Our room location was beautiful, but it seemed it hadn't been updated since 20 years ago. It can add significant value to the first impression. I suggest adding some night activity, Dance, or sunset firepit along the beach. It's a beautiful view but hasn't been used to its full potential.

Loved it! A great vacation with our teens!

We especially loved the Sky Pool, the Market, and the Japanese Restaurant. The view from our room was beautiful. Maid service each day was exceptional. Resort was well run and very clean. Variety and quality of food was awesome.

We wish the servers at the pool were a little more friendly and less focused on tips to receive good service. Also wish the pool water was warmer! Very little negatives overall.

Very fun place with beautiful views!

The food, drinks, pools.

people reserving the main pool chairs with sunscreen early in the morning and not coming back for hours. The main pool was often full because of this.

nice, comfortable and staff overall really polite and helpful, but doesn’t feel like a 5 star resort. luxury levels call

a little dated, they ran out of towels early and often. they food is okay, nothing to get excited about. all the up charges and the constant sales pitch is intrusive and annoying.

Great location for views, the gardens and the aesthetic.

Long wait times for food, poor service in general, not enough staff to serve in the food areas. Even though it was all inclusive you still had to sign every time you ate some thing even coffee’s. I wouldn’t go back. Not like the other all inclusive, help yourself to all the food without signing, nobody understood why you had to sign for food if it was all inclusive. The selling of timeshares on the property was annoying.

Nice for a family.

Location was amazing. Staff generally helpful. Clean. Rooms and bathrooms were very nice. Great view.

No easily accessible swimmable beach.It was not easy to make reservations at restaurants or activities ahead of time. The website kept sending messages that the concierge could prebook reservations, but we were told they could only do this at check in. Messed up one reservation. Beds not that comfortable

It was a splendid vacation in a dreamy suite!

Monika-Front Desk, was excellent and did a wonderful job helping us twice during our stay. Daniel-Cart Driver, was so vivacious and fun!! He made us laugh and got us everywhere safely. Loura-Housekeeper, was outstanding! She made sure all was clean and that we had everything we needed. Edwin-Tech Support, was knowledgeable, personable, and persistent. He did a great job! Felix and Marco-Cibola Restaurant, were fantastic! They were kind, attentive, and made sure we were happy! Silverio-Le Bistro, was so gregarious and just a fabulous server. He always wore the greatest smile. His service was perfect! We had a great time!!

Blanca, a sales representative in the main lobby, approached us a total of 5 times. On our last morning, she continued to try to talk to us, even though we were unresponsive. Needless to say, it was annoying. We believe she may benefit from additional training.

breath taking view driving in. Excellent job at moving guests throughout the property. Made the property easier to enjoy

The food quality was often inconsistent. one day the meal was amazing. The next day the meal was average. That was frustrating.

It was an interesting experience although frustrating at times due to lack of information

the staff were all amazing- so friendly and courteous

The lack of information: not informed that we needed to make reservations for special restaurants as soon as we arrived; not informed that the Bistro was serving Thanksgiving dinner by reservation only - Concierge told us there were no reservations for the Bistro that very day. Concierge was of very little help; concierge never answered the phone. Had to call the reservation number for information- they were very pleasant and helpful Not informed we could check out at market instead of waiting in long line in lobby.

View. Staff was wonderful!

Not fully informed of procedures and importance of making reservations early in order to eat at specialty restaurants. The shuttle to Rose is a joke! Not informed we could check out at the market instead of waiting inlong line in lobby

The hotel was beautiful and the food was great and the drinks was made perfect every time.
