Stayed here for 3 nights. The property is centrality located. We walked yo the marina everyday.

A quiet villa in the middle of busy cabo!

The location was great for walking around town but not being right in the middle of the touristy areas. We couldn't hear all the bars/nightclubs at night, which was great. The pool was really nice and a great place to hang out for the morning. There are some good cafes and restuarants near the hotel.

It was a little more of a trek to get over to Medano beach, but that also meant we weren't in the middle of the tourist traps. The price was a bit high, but that made more sense when we saw that we basically got a full two-bedroom/two-bathroom apartment. It was probably more space than we needed, but it was a great place to relax in Cabo. Also, the stairs up to the villa were pretty steep, so might not be great for anyone that has trouble with stairs.

Superfreundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, schöner Blick von der Terrasse, geräumige Ferienwohnung, sauberer Pool + Hot Tube - alles perfekt.

Teils (Reparatur-)Arbeiten nahe der Villa, einmal Fotoaufnahmen am Pool während des Schwimmens und mit Drohne durch einen Fotografen (der höflich und nett war, aber es wurde nicht erklärt, warum/wofür) - das war etwas unangenehm. Da hätte einfach eine Absprache geholfen.

Kind and helpful staff,

Gorgeous view of the city, and you can even see a piece of the ocean. The hotel is slightly off the beaten path, just enough to have a buffer from the noisy bars, and it is only a block from the main downtown shopping area.

The 2nd and 3rd "floors" of this hotel would be a challenge for anyone who is not in shape. There is no elevator, and the villas are built into the hillside. They are accessed via outside stairs.

we all really enjoyed Marina View villas!

love the location of the property- so easy to walk to everything nearby.

the stairs were the biggest drawback, although the staff was readily available to help with our luggage.

Beauty rest at the villas!

Walking distance to the marina. Great views of the city and of sunrise! Villa feels like home. Has full kitchen, utensils, etcétera. Large living room, TV in bedroom and in living room. Large family size patio. Enjoyed jacuzzi in the evening. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Has night time guard. Area looks and feels super safe . Umbrella and beach towels available. Laundry service can be obtained thru villas for a fee. Staff was very nice! Free coffee and fruit.

Pool wasn't heated and needed to be cleaned/maintained.

There was no breakfast provided. However we received a fruit plate and coffee upon arrival. Location was excellent

great people and location

Staff was awesome and it is on a great location. there is a great view from most of the rooms. We had a room with a territorial view that only had three flights of stairs to get to. We would have preferred a better view for the price, but we booked late for new years, which is a very busy holiday in Cabo.

The shuttle company they recommended to pick us up stiffed us, took our money, and did not show up at the airport. That left us in the lurch on a holiday night forcing us to take an expensive taxi. not the hotels fault fault at all, but they did recommend them. i would avoid TRANSPORTISTAS JOSEFINOS

Marina View Villas, I'll be back!

The staff and the coffee was great! The location was very ideal being walking distance from shopping and good eats. They offered towels you can take to the beach.

We were on the 2nd floor so we didn't have many stairs to climb. Everything was ideal. We could not use a safe deposit box because it was not reliable, even when maintenance came to fix it. I could not get the box open and I didn't want our valued items to get stuck in the box.

Superb

Great location, close to restaurants and bars and the marina yet removed enough to not let the noise bother you. Beautifully kept villa, bedrooms were big as was the kitchen and the balcony overlooking the town. Very clean and so comfortable. Really enjoyed staying there and would book there again!

Our villa was at the top so 120 steps to get up! :)) but it was good exercise

Very good

The location was awesome. Close to town and the marina. Staff was very helpful on the issues we had and helped coordinate a few excursions. The view from our room was great. Staff helped carry out bags up to our room.

The steps (120+) to our room. If you have any disabilities, then this place is not for you. Room was large, clean and spacious, but it's a little rough on the edges.
