All n all great place to stay

The concierge was super helpful trying to find us activities to do on our week long anniversary, the first day of check-ins, and even gave us discounts on the activities. The complementary breakfast was delicious in either restaurant you choose to eat at, the lighthouse is great for portion sizes and timing between appetitisers and main course, the rooftop restaurant is great for days that you may or may not have had to much to drink the day before, the buffet style breakfast has everything that you'd might want to eat. The bar at the pool is by far the bar to go to inside the hotel (maybe bais), the blue cloud (blue curascow, vodka, rum chata) what me and my wife called it during our trip was by far the sneakiest drink that we both had during our trip. We both loved the fact that we could get towels poolside and didn't have to bring on of our towels from the room was a lifesaver on multiple occasions. We had a 3rd floor room that overlooked the city skyline, and we didn't have to go very far (15 min walk at most) to anywhere we wanted to go that being; bars, shops, restaurants, marina, the beach and for us most importantly the dock to whichever attraction we were attending at that day. You're also very close to the clubs (about a 10 minute walk), which my wife always said that she wanted to go, but we just didn't for one reason or another.

During check-in, we received the towel key cards, which, if lost, was a 40 dollar charge. After the first day, we had to attend a sales pitch to be included in the Club Tesoro, which was about an hour long, and the cheapest option was about 2500 dollars and 150 a month after for x amount of years (similar to timeshares but not). Also, after the first day, we missed the discount on purchasing additional activities on a few big ticket items, which, of course, we forgot/ didn't think we would want to do at the time. Elevators could be a bit tricky. Sometimes, you'd need to scan your room card in order to get in and out of the elevator morning/mid-day/evening, I understand it's a security thing, but why not have scheduled hours for when you need to scan and when not to since you have security there already during the day. Pool side bathrooms are located downstairs, which for my wife was quite dangerous after a few drinks. The bed was comfy at first, but quickly, the bottom sheets would rip away, and the pillow top was a little bit rough and uncomfortable on the skin.

Schöne Lage

Komfortables Bett Pool nett (wenn man einen Platz abkriegt) Tolle Aussicht auf die Marina

Teilweise sehr mürrisches und unfreundliches Personal im Restaurant, dass nur auf Trinkgeld aus ist, was den vielen Besuchern aus dem Nachbarland zu verdanken ist. Im Allgemeinen typisches Touri-Hotel, teilweise recht runtergekommen. Pool überfüllt mit schreienden und saufenden Amis.

Best location ever, very close to bars, restaurants and stores. Very safe place. Staff is exceptional friendly

Mini fridge was unplugged, hence drinks were not cooled. The concierge at the check in was very pushy to sell some tours. Had to tell him multiple times all I wanted is to go to my room and relax. All inclusive doesn’t mean ALL is inclusive. Some items on the menu were at extra charge. Next time would book breakfast only.

Aanrader, toplocatie.

We hadden en prachtige junior suite, schoon en alles voorradig. Heerlijk balkon met uitzicht over de haven. Goed ontbijt, werd goed aangevuld. Heerlijke omelet laten klaarmaken, ruime keuze. Aardig personeel, spraken goed Engels Locatie was top, huurauto kunnen parkeren op het terrein van het hotel.

Pleasant but not amazing.

The staff was always pleasant, friendly and willing to accommodate.

The room was very small and wasn’t clean. We found multiple stains in the bathroom and places that hadn’t been touched by cleaning staff for a while (ie top of the headboard). Also found clothing from previous guests in the drawers!

The buffet breakfast was fine. Check in staff was helpful. The belhops were helpful.

It would be nice to have the omelet station ready to go at 7 am sharp. We had excursions planned and had to leave the hotel by 7:30 am each morning. A few mornings the omelet station wasn't ready until 7:10 or 7:15 am. That didn't leave us much time to eat breakfast. On our first full day there, we were gone until 2:30 pm and our room was not made up when we returned. At 5:30 pm, housekeeping came into the room. I was asleep and my partner was just getting out of the shower. We are not sure if housekeeping knocked or not, but 5:30 pm is too late to make up a room. The bathroom window was moldy and gross. The pool's surface is falling apart! There were pieces of the pebbletec on the bottom of the pool.

This property is ideally located and well appointed for a superb vacation!

My party of four booked a junior suite port view and we were assigned Room 234. Although our port view was somewhat obstructed by the lighthouse, it was not a problem for us. We could also see the pool, cabanas and buffet breakfast area from our balcony. The pool bartenders were efficient and very kind. They gave us directions to the mall and suggestions for things to do in the area. Now, the BEST STAFF AWARD goes to Juan Compas, Oswaldo, and Michelle. They work at the Vista Roof Restaurant and treated us exceptionally well every morning!! From warm smiles to remembering how many people were in our party, they all went over and beyond to accommodate us. Oswaldo remembered it was my daughter’s birthday and asked her if she enjoyed her birthday the day before. The breakfast was delicious! On the weekend, they had fresh a quesadilla station. And there is a daily fresh omelet station. Juan was our server for lunch on the day we arrived (which was my daughter’s birthday). He helped us choose menu items and gathered some of the crew to sing happy birthday to my daughter as he presented her with a dessert. The views from Vista Roof and the pool are splendid! There was always adequate seating. I would also like to acknowledge a few unsung heroes who I do not know any names for -housekeeping! There was never a time that we requested more towels or washcloths that they didn’t quickly respond. Before our arrival, I contacted the hotel and inquired about room decorations for my daughter. “Happy Birthday” was written with multi-colored dyed rice grains. A cake tower was designed with towels and real flowers!! Our room was immaculately cleaned upon arrival and daily. The food was delicious and we walked everywhere (dinner, shopping, excursions, sightseeing) except to one of our excursions and back to the airpot.

+ The location is great, close to the center and the Marina to walk day and evening + Main beach is 10/15 minutes walk, really easy to access it + The « a la carte » breakfast is great + Shuttle to go to the airport (22 usd which is good compared to the taxi) + The pool and the bar are enjoyable with a great view on the marina

- Value for money is really low in our opinion - Buffet breakfast (we did not have all inclusive so cannot say for the rest) was not great, juices were not fresh, options were limited and just found the quality of the food really basic (except the tacos!). Only black coffee… no coffee machine, you have to pay on top if you want a cappuccino or other specific coffee….. - The rooms are not all refurbished so be careful with the pictures before booking, the hotel is in general in need of a refresh

All-inclusive for a no-stress holiday!

I loved the location of the hotel! The food at all restaurants we're all great and the service was even better. Do not sleep on that breakfast at the pool restaurant!

The hotel seemed like it was under construction a bit, so there was some hardware and supplies in view.

+ friendly staff + clean hotel + nice pool area (with the best pina colada ive ever had!) + good location with lovely view of harbour

- very small room - with 2 suitcases, there wasn't room to move really! - breakfast was okay but no milk alternatives which was surprising for a hotel at this price in such a touristy area. All other places we've been to have had non dairy options - this area in general is very touristy so dont come here looking for an authentic mexican experience, it is very driven by American $ which is great if that is what you're looking for
