un excellent accueil, personnel disponible et discret, très jolie et sobre décoration de la chambre, la literie est très confortable, des couvertures sont à disposition pour profiter des balcons même en hiver, très bon petit déjeuner.
rien si ce n’est le vis-à-vis qui pourrait être coupé par des voilages aux fenêtre. mais c’est un détail.

Staff so awesome and friendly, and the hot tub/spa area was amazing after a day of skiing. Their breakfast was delicious, great variety of cheeese, bread, fruit, meat, juices. Also had great expresso machine that you could use 24 hours. Another one in breakfast area. We also had a great lofted room which was perfect for our college daughter.
We didn't love the walk to the bus stop. (really was just about 5 blocks), but with ski boots and carrying skis.... Probably next time would rent a locker right at the base of the mountain. The hotel did have a super nice ski storage space though. Splurged on a taxi a couple of times which was $12 francs direct to the ski area for 3 people.

The best feature of the hotel is the Matterhorn view, truly breath-taking on a clear day, the hotel is located in an excellent elevated position. The Spa facilities are incredible (5 star hotel quality). The breakfast was superb too with great range of choice. Also great to have a little surprise/drink if you don't have your room cleaned daily.
Some parts of the hotel could do with updating to match the high standards of the SPA.
Suggestions: a heater on the balcony for the winter months to enjoy the views (on top of the blankets), a table for the balcony.

I travelled on my birthday and they went out of their way to decorate the room. DEFINITELY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!!!! Check-in was earlier since our room was ready. Book the room 102 - corner room with the best view of Matterhorn!!! WORTH IT!!! Staff Valerie was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was fine. Love all the homemade jam and local cheeses served! Our room was kept clean every morning. I loved the sauna and hot jacuzzi facilities. Just bring your own hotel slippers since you have to pay for it.

저희는 직원의 부주의때문에 예약한 빙하특급열차를 놓쳤습니다. 예약변경과 환불이 모두 되지 않아 금액을 모두 날렸습니다. 우리는 이미 예약 시 금액을 모두 지불하였는데, 그 직원은 세금을 결제한다면서 룸 차지를 또 결제하였고, 카드결제를 취소하지 못하는 바람에 저희는 기다릴 수밖에 없었습니다. 결국 기차를 놓쳤지만 그들은 예약을 변경할 수 있을거라고 무책임하게 말했습니다. 그들때문에 우리는 여행 스케쥴이 망가지고 금액적인 손해를 보았습니다. 매우 무책임한 곳입니다.

great view of the matterhorn from the spa and the room. we loved enjoying the spa after a long day of hiking. the hotel has a great location you are near good restaurants.
the construction of the building next to the hotel but as we were only there in evening it did not disturb us much.

Loved everything about this hotel. The view of the Matterhorn and the comfortable well equipment rooms were beautiful. Breakfast was everything you could want and staff were super friendly and helpful.

The hotel is fabulous, I really enjoyed my stay and definitely would recommend.
The hotel has a very good location, close to the village centre, restaurants and shops. The ski lifts are within walking distance, the hotel is between Matterhorn Express (15min) and Sunnegga (8min) lifts. That said, Zermatt is a long narrow village and the lifts are either sides of the long dimension, so from most accommodations you'd need to have some walk to get there.
The room was nice, comfortable and clean (single room with balcony).
All members of staff were very friendly, helpful and polite, and do their best to make your stay great.
Really good breakfast - scrambled eggs + sausages + tomatoes, large choice of meat cuts and variety of cheese, variety of bread rolls and croissants, muesli, pancakes, jams, fruits, coffees, juices etc etc etc...
The spa is superior - outside whirlpool with the view to Matterhorn, sauna and steam room.
The hotel offers teas and coffees for free in the lobby throughout the day.
There are many small details that also make difference - international socket in the room (no need to think about adapters), very nice changing room (can be used if you go to ski after checkout). Also, any day you can voluntary decide to skip daily cleaning for a treat (eg a drink).
There is a ski room and boot dryer.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is very central, and I loved the daily spa visits. Also great to have a simple breakfast included, as it makes an easy start to the day. And they are dog friendly, which is a huge plus.
The bed in our room was quite uncomfortable - namely the mattress. We had a hard time sleeping throughout the week. The bathroom linens, toiletries and mattress quality were much lower than we expected for a hotel at this price point. Additionally, the floors were not well cleaned. We removed shoes before going in on the first day, and our socks turned grey. We had higher expectations simply based on reviews and price. Some small improvements and attention to detail could go a long way for this hotel's rooms being more comfortable.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Upon arrival we were greeted and given a very warm welcome by the reception on duty. We felt really welcomed and immediately felt at ease and relaxed.
