Friendly and efficient staff.
Glorious location.

We loved the buffet breakfast which set us up for the nearby bush walks. The staff were fantastic, efficient and polite. The meals in the restaurant were served quickly and were absolutely yummy! We loved the setting and the convenience of Room 1 - right next to the lobby/restaurant.
Probably better lighting/signage to the lobby area at night. We arrived after sunset (winter) and had a little difficulty knowing where to go. It was not a massive issue, but as this was our first time to visit the resort, we got a little lost (the lobby is at the rear of the property).

Second visit to a superb location. Ideal base to explore the region and to enjoy many close by walks.

the resort was beautiful, the visitors centre well staffed and helpful. the walks were breathtaking and safe without impacting the surrounds negatively and the welcome to country a lovely addition. A bonus is that I bought a bottle of Clover Hill @ the IGA for $34 (that is waaay below market price!!). The restaurant was meals were delicious!!
the cost of the resort rooms was pretty steep. $500 a night with breakfast is up there even counting in the remoteness of the resort. A bit more attention to restocking breakfast would have been helpful esp after the big groups had plundered their way through!

We thought the plane trip over Wilpena and Flinders Ranges was fantastic Riley was a good pilot with a good commentary on flight The mountain walks were great
7.0
Great restaurant with brilliant food. Very central to all Flinders attractions.
PS Shower was great.
No toaster, microwave. Toilet seat falling off. Curtains ditto. Only one reading light. Fridge and kettle set up just plain dumb. AC very noisy and certainly needed for cold nights.
Very expensive for poor quality accommodation.
All so easily fixed. Needs new owners to re vamp.

Safari tents very cool, staff in the Resort excellent, evening meals with Australian native ingredients were excellent !!
Staff in the Visitors Centre, whilst not part of the actual stay, were exceptionally rude except for one gentleman. an aura of ‘too much like hard work’ and ‘we’re too busy’ even thought they were just sat on there phones. Not good enough
