Very pleasant

Location is perfect , u r in the heart of Amman , restaurants and malls are walking distance from the hotel , breakfast buffet was decent , the hotel is super clean ,, staff are very friendly and helpful , not my first time in Khuttar this maybe my 4th time and it won’t be the last

Room not ready for a 22:30 check-in!

Lovely room

I arrived at 22:30, very tired after a long day of travel. My room wasn't ready, and I wasn't given my key until nearly midnight!! My travel companion got his room straight away & he could have gone to bed, but the hotel offered us a drink & a snack while I waited, which was served on the balcony of his room, which meant that he had to stay awake too. I found this to be disappointing, even though the facilities in the room were good.

Very nice and friendly staff and great location.

The room had another door inside and through that room you can enter to another room. Sound isolation is not good and we could hear people talking all the night, so we had to call reception to tell them to stop talking so loud.

I like to here a lot of shops near it, affordable prices and also the staff is 100% friendly

the lift wasn’t working at the moment due to repair so made difficult to walk upstairs and downstairs with a child

The staff was helpful and helped us with the luggage when we arrived and when we left. The breakfast was good, and they had variations for vegetarians. They have parking available in front of the reception.

Breakfast was good, a variety of choices, cannot complain at all. The room was great, the beds really comfortable and the location very nice! A lot of stores nearby, one mall (Evergreen Mall) just across the street and another one (bigger one - Galleria Mall at about 10 minutes walk). We recommend!!

Everything was perfect! the food was just perfect, the location was wonderful. The glass window, the warmth, the cleaning level. I loved it , btw , the beds are soo comfortable.

just needs some more bathroom maintenance before they give you the room

Khattar hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in . Its location is pretty good, the reception staff are very helpful , respectful , and friendly. The breakfast is delicious. I will book at Khattar Hotel each time I travel to Amman.

Must try rooftop room

The king size bed was very comfortable, the gave us rooftop room and balcony was amazing... check in fast even at 2am when we arrived

This was my forth time here and I was really disappointed. The rooms were not clean enough, no toilet paper and soap were available and when I asked the receptionist to bring them, they only sent the toilet paper. The refrigerator wasn't working on room 301 and it smells really bad. poor internet connection. Also when we arrived at 3 pm, only one room was ready.

Nice clean hotel in the center of Amman

The staff was very helpful and willing to help with anything we requested. After a miscommunication with one of our nights, they have provided a discount and they have upgraded us for free. Room was very spacious and very clean and everything was new. Nice breakfast at the terrace with nice view in the city. Everything was perfect. If I will come again I will stay there.

Simply the best value for money accommodation you can get for a budget hotel. Smart, clean friendly staff and great location if you want to be near markets.

View is not good no matter which room you stay. TV was set to one channel only and not smart. Free parking is rarely available.
