I am glad I booked this hotel for my stay in Petra. Loved the hospitality of the staff, the location, the room and the service. I would to like to extend my appreciation to Mr. Zaid at the reception who helped and guided us during our stay at this property.
The whole staff have been very kind and helpful.
Don’t forget to try the Mansaf at The Cave Bar during your stay at the hotel.
Nothing to mention.

What isn’t there to like about this hotel… The staff were amazingly helpful. We arrived early and not only did they check us in early but upgraded our room. Food was great and cocktails were so tasty. It is the closes hotel to the main entrance to Petra what was perfect after the long walk in the heat
Nothing at all

location was perfect. couldn’t get any closer to the main attraction. highly recommend.

The hotel is bustling and overcrowded. We were taken to a dirty room at first.
The tables in the breakfast room were not clean. Maybe not enough staff to keep up with everything.

This was a lovely hotel, right at the entrance to Petra (so we could enter Petra first thing in the morning before the crowds). We received an upgrade to a very large suite with a beautiful private balcony... so our stay was amazing. Thank you so much. Staff were attentive and friendly. Dinner was delicious in the Cave Bar (pretty cool place).
Everything was great. Thank you

Excellent location right next to the entrance of Petra! Great value for the price. We were a group of 3 girls, and they upgraded us to a beautiful mountain view 3-person room with single beds. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and attentive! I highly recommend anyone to stay here looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Petra. The Cave Bar was a treat at the hotel. We enjoyed the sunset and happy hour there. Friendly tip: Go to the Petra visitor center to ask for a tour guide early in the morning (7am) or get ahead of it the day before to avoid any hiccups to your tour plans.

Location is excellent. It's at the entrance to Petra. That's why we picked it. They had free parking. The hotel itself has great views from the terraces outside the rooms. The staff were excellent, polite and courteous. True professionals. The Cave Bar was great to come back to and sit out and have a drink.
The hotel is dated. And desperately needs an upgrade. The rooms while clean, are just old and jaded. The dinner and breakfast buffets had ample choice but nothing was tasty. It was also all over the place, and Jordanian dishes were combined with Italian, Thai and what have you.

The rooms advertised on the website are not the rooms available in the hotel. Don’t go by the pictures as you will be severely disappointed. Rooms with balcony advertised actually has no balconies…

location is great and convenient; free parking
When checking in was told I’d have to pay more even though it clearly stated the terms of our payment on booking.com. Our room was pretty shabby - broken bathroom fixtures, dated decor, terrible lighting so I feel like it isn’t good value considering how expensive it was.

The hotel has the perfect location for Petra visit - next to the visitors center and the entrance to Petra. We loved the food - big variety of Arabian and European meals. Breakfast and dinner were great.
Nice room with a city lights view. Friendly and always ready to help stuff!

Excellent location next to Petra entrance with superb views of Wadi Musa from the chalet rooms. We were travelling with our 6 year old daughter and we were upgraded to a beautiful chalet room which was simply amazing - comfy big bed and great views from the balcony! The Cave bar is an added advantage of this hotel. In overall amazing experience and many thanks to the receptionist Hashim.
