The location was wonderful. It's just outside of city center which is so crowded these days. This was such a refreshing retreat from all the crowds. Not only is the accommodation perfectly designed in layout it is also beautifully decorated. We truly felt so rested after we left.

The apartment is located on the hill on the outskirts of the Firenze with an amazing view.
The interior design is very interesting and it feels comfortable.
The contact with the host was seamless, it was especially important because it's not as easy to get there using just Google Maps.
You need to do a bit equilibristic when unpacking luggages, because you can't park in front of the house and it's located on a hill. It's doable, but not very convenient.
When it comes to the bus, you can go to the city from the bus stop next to the house, but to come back you need to walk 500m uphill. If it's a day with 35 degrees as we experienced and you're eg. with a child, that's challenging.
There was some slight problem also with the sewers, the strong smell was coming out from the kitchen sink. We were able to overcome it by blocking the sink, but it wasn't perfect.

I like the increíble views from the balcony
I didn't like that the house hasn't enough ampliances for cooking like a toaster. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. Also no containers for placing rubbish in the village.

Excellent location with a view outside the city. There is a free parking space. The apartment was clean and tidy.
Communication with the owner is simple and easy in English.

A beautiful apartment with lovely views of Firenze, and just a few minutes away to the city by car.
We had a lovely stay the apartment is very comfortable and very well equipped.
Our host didn’t rest until she made sure we had everything we needed. Grazie 🙌🏼

Cosy apartment decorated with a unique taste. Ideal if you want to be close to Florence or Fiesole without the noise of the city. You will admire the view of Tuscan hills from the balcony. Sara was so kind and helpful.
Make sure you get it right to find the place the first time. Your GPS might be misleading. Follow Sara’s directions.

Beautiful place to stay with an excellent view of Firenze. You really feel at home as everything you need is present (especially the kitchen). We really enjoyed our stay !
Nothing ! Just have in mind that the first commute to Firenze by bus can be hard without buying a ticket before (Firenze bus app only in italian).

The house is Beautiful! Designed with great taste and the place has wonderful views. Quite close, by car, to the historical centre of Firenze and super helpful and kind house owner, that went the extra-mile to make us feeling welcome.
Staying in this place made the overall experience even more worth it.

One of the best apartments we have stayed in. The old Tuscan property was beautifully decorated with a modern touch and Sara was a very helpful host. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed looking out into the view of Florence and Tuscan landscape when we woke and during sunset.
The apartment is a 20 minute bus ride to Florence so ensure you stock up on bus tickets beforehand. Unless you have a car (which I would recommend) there are no places to eat or get basic necessities nearby.

This was one of the most beautiful apartments we have been to. Very nice clean, beautiful view, quiet, near Florence.
p.s. .If you are always cold, like me (😄) , you have extra blankets in the apartment. The owner really thought of everything.

the style! decorated with taste! after 7 days camping on « Via Degli Dei », I could not hope a better way to step foot in Florence!

The apartment was great. Beautiful and very spacious. May not be walking distance to the City Center for many people. I like walking so I didn't mind the 45 min walk into town. If you don't want to walk that far you can very easily take public transportation. The apartment is up in the hills with a great terrace and amazing views. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice designed apartment with premium view. I would join to other reviews. You can read from other reviews about the bathroom door. The door is not transparent but it does not fit snugly so there are small gaps on the sides. It was not issue for me.
Apartment can fit 4 (5 with cot) people but there are only 3 chairs. So having a food can be not convenient.
If you have a small active kid - please be aware that there is not protected ladder to the entrance door.

Everything from booking till check out was perfect. Location could not be better - it has unique panorama (both of the city and villas with gardens) and gives a sense of flying over the city. Bus service is super convenient and takes only 10 minutes to get to the centre. The apartment is absolutely stunning, with lots of care for detail and relaxed ambience. The owner, Sara, was very helpful with tips on getting around and general questions. Definitely will get back to this place and stay longer!
