Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Loved the decorating, comfy beds, breakfast and rooftop bar!
Parking was a little bit challenging but we are from US so maybe just not used to the parking.

We booked a studio and a twin room (bunk room) which our teenage kids could sleep in which was perfect and super cool for them & us! Breakfast was exactly want me needed, and the garage was a great extra with the property being in a great central location.

Nice clean room in a good location. Good value for the money.
The entrance is very hard to see from the street and the check in was a little confusing. Also, when I left around 7:00am there wasn’t anyone available to checkout. I had to just leave my keys and garage key fob at the entrance of the upstairs bar area where I checked in.

the rooftop bar is very nice. staff very friendly and helpful. the room (loft) is very specious.
basic services you might expect from a hotel are missing like amenities kits, sleepers, etc.
the room was too dark during the evening, not enough lightning.

The staff, spacious room and bathroom, the rooftop terrace.
The room was a little but dusty which set off my hay fever, and check in was a little difficult as there is no signage on the ground floor or in the lift to direct you to what floor to go to.

The location is very nice, and that's about it
The hotel promotes itself a a design hotel. The room we stayed however looked like a hostel with some design items. This is what I call a deception

Lovely place to stay! Cozy, clean and quiet boutique hotel. Small amount of rooms = not crowded and chill.
Very comfortable bed and pillows (soft and fluffy but not too much). Nice room temperature control, floor heating in the bathroom, blackout curtains.
And the bar area (also the reception till the evening) is very cozy and stylish. In the morning they serve there some snacks like croissants and bretzel, jams, delicious orange juice, still water and coffee.
Exceptional friendly service! They respond just immediately and help with any question and specific request.
We would like to come back!
WiFi is totally bad.
Smart Speaker was out of battery.
We didn't find out how to turn on the projector.
But we were fine without that anyway.

Interesting design, good coffee and fresh croissants in the morning, very close to everything, nice neighborhood. In our studio there was a light speaker. very comfortable bed.
no cream for coffee in the room, no manual shower in the bathroom (I wasn’t ready to
wash my hair twice a day).

Excellent design, great rooms and terrace. Staff surprised us the most, so friendly and caring. Free coffee and sparking wine - even some breakfast in the morning. The area is just one of the best to stay in Munich, so do not hesitate to book right away.

Location is great. The coffee for breakfast was pretty good and the view from the bar window is great.
The place is strange and looks half finished. It looks like somebody started the project with good intentions and then abandoned it. The staff is friendly but pretty clueless. We needed to check in via a key in the safe box and got the code, but the staff forgot to put the key in there. The alarm went off early Sunday and the staff had no idea how to turn it off. That was quite a buzz kill for what was supposed to be a romantic stay. The room had a Bluetooth speaker, but there was no charging cord. The designer lamp was interesting but perhaps not ideal for a hotel room (the protruding sticks above the armchair almost poked our eyes out). Also other than 2 tennis rackets on the wall, there is no thematic link to Flushing Meadows, which is a shame. If the owner would pay more attention to the details, this could be a great place.

unfortunately Lufthansa cancelled my flight and had a strike for the return
they charged me the full amounts of 2 nights
usually when this happens they charge only 1 night

I call this hotel a hidden gem. Very quiet, very clean, large loft style rooms and I would definitely stay here again.
