The kids loved the upstair beds. We loved the location. The room was quiet. We had a nice vacation there.
The coffee machine in the room, we couldn't make it work, but we had coffee machine in the lobby, so there was no problem after all.

Excellent location and neighborhood. 10 min walking distance from Central Station. Very convenient for tram and bus stop.
Some nice restaurants and 3 grocery shops steps from the apartment.
Comfortable bed and shower.
Some common areas may be a little better maintained.
Pillows may be improved.

Номер справді, як на фото. Було чисто, на кухні вдосталь посуду. Персонал привітний.
У ванній кімнаті був різний неприємний запах: застояної води, хлору, гнилі.
Для посудомийних машини не лишили таблеток, не було губки для миття посуду і засобу для миття посуду.
З раковини у ванній погано стікала вода. Я просила, щоб це виправили, але цього не зробили.
Я сплатила туристичний податок, але під час виїзду мене переконали, що я маю сплатити його повторно, бо сума має бути на 2 центи більшою.
Написала лист менеджеру щодо повернення коштів, але поки немає ні відповіді, ні скасованої транзакції.

A big space with kitchen, so you can cook as you want.
We prefered the place because it has a lift but it was broken and we have to climb 4 big stairs with a baby and a stroller with all our bags.

במלון יש תפוסה מלאה ונשמר השקט בחדרי. הבידוד מצויין. במקלחת תמיד מים חמים.
צוות המלון היה מבין ונעים. הרגשתי שזה המקום שאליו אחזור.

Firstly, the staff at the reception were friendly and very helpful. I liked the set-up of the apartment. The bedroom is nicely sized, clean and comfortable.
In fact, the apartment overall provided a very comfortable stay.
I cannot get used to the concept of the bath tub very close to the bed!

It was nice, helpful staff. nice neighborhood, close to the tram and to the supermarket.
The room is small , i has a sofa downstairs and a bed upstairs. The toilets and shower are small but good.
We were a bit surprised when we arrived to the property, it looked different then the pictures.

No Aircon. Windows opened marginally so the apartment was an oven.
The shower flooded due to poor drainage
The sofa bed when opened, had silverfish bugs

Decent size room.
The shower & floor are on the same level so there's water in the whole bathroom after a shower. Location of TV is weird with a beam right in front & the elevator is extremely loud & slow.

It was an apartment that provided free laundry facilities, in room cooking, etc.
Close to a supermarket and several eateries.
A bus/tram was easily accessible for travel to and from Central Amsterdam.
Catch the number 22 bus.
The elevator worked but was very slow.
The floors were uneven.

spacious with a separate level for a double and single bed. Good location with easy access to both a bus and a tram station. The 22 bus takes you directly to the central train station for transfers.
We can hear upstairs neighbors running up and down their own stairs from around 8 AM. This disturbed our sleep in the morning. The shower head tends to splash water outside of the immediate shower area which requires a little bit of cleaning after showering.

The apartment was good, clean, and quite. It was quite close to the town centre. The staff were very helpful.

We liked the room, the location and the staff. The beds were really good!
I have to say that the room was bigger than it looked like at the photos.

It was fantastic! The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment had everything and the beds were really comfortable. Will definitely be back. The trams and buses were so easy and just outside.

We stayed in a loft apartment and it was perfect for our family of 4. The kids (6&8) loved the loft and we all liked the flexibility of the kitchen and refrigerator. A market was just a short walk away and helped us save money on food to boost our Amsterdam experience elsewhere.
One step to the loft was a different depth than the rest, so we had a few slips. The flooring in our space was separating from the subfloor which made a popping noise when walked across. Overall though, I'd stay here again.

Staff so friendly and welcoming. The apartment was amazing, so clean and all the facilities you need for your stay. Location is great and really close to public transport. Such a lovely place and had a really enjoyable stay here with YAYS.
