Good value for the money

The attitude of the staff except the woman at the reception. Close to the beach (about 200m) and free parking space around the hotel. In case there is no free parking space around the hotel, there is a payed parking near the hotel for 5 EUR per day. The food was not varied, but it was well prepared. Good value for the money.

The variety of food does not live up to the stars of the hotel. The food especially at breakfast was monotonous and with cheap products. Most of the fruits were inedible. The outdoor pools were not well maintained and not clean enough. In general, the base of the hotel is quite run down and not well maintained. There was no internet access most of the time. When we have to do some work in Internet we have to use our cellphones as hotspots.

I was disappointed, from the 4th day on till my departure.

The balcony was good to watch the sunrise and set. Clean floor, towels every day. Pool usage was no issue, since I don't swim. Breakfast was okay the first three days.

At breakfast time it was to crowdy, esp. at the toastmachine, the que was about 10 min. Nobody spoke english or german, so I didn't ask nothing more. So my Vegetarian milk wasn't provide for.

This is not a 4* hotel; Very disappointing

The property’s location to Varna was good and the man made beaches are close by.

The property was old and rundown. The food was of a low standard and the rooms didn’t get cleaned for the entire week; something you would expect of a 4* hotel. The resort hasn’t been updated since I last visited 15yrs ago. We had high expectations but unfortunately it didn’t deliver value for money.

Avoid this hotel

The location, proximity to beach, nature surroundings, also the room view was nice (the only think worth mentioning)

Mold in the bathroom, mold smell in the room Very uncomfortable matress. Food was very low quality, I've been in Bulgaria seaside to many all-inclusive hotel and this was the worst. At 7 each morning we were woken by construction sounds (drilling) from the hotel. Overall the hotel deserves 2 stars, not 4. Very bad value for the money. Elevator is really slow and there's only one, you cannot breathe in it. Looks really good in the pictures, but in real life it's a mess

Horror movie motel !!!

Hotel was clean. Rooms were very spacious.

NO WI-FI in the room where I was 4th floor. Members of staff were very miserable and rude. Food was almost same every day and not served in the most appealing way. Very little choice of mains. Lightning in communal areas and parking was very poor almost making you feel like you are in a horror movie motel and making you look around. One small lift not sufficient to meet the demand of all. Bathroom light was sooooo poor you can't see anything there. Water from bathroom shower was leaking thru the cracked tiles on to the corridor making stains on the carpet and wall. Balconies wooden railings were so flimsy I was afraid to led my children there. Air dryer was so corroded it was unusable. Big photovoltaic panels were stored on to lift landings for couple of days making it a hazard for the children running around. Hotel looks dated.

The reception lady was unbelievable unfriendly. From the day we arrived till the last minute we left. Not a thank you or please left her mouth… disappointed about that. Also the hotel room wasn’t cleaned properly, the bathroom was mouldy a bit, the room was full of cobwebs in the corner plus behind the curtains. The drier on the terrace are rusted. Food was very basic, nearly the same food every time just in different variations. I really missed the ice cream and there wasn’t any entertainment throughout our stay except the last day… On the plus side the beach was really close and nice.

We enjoyed our stay at the property, but if the staff issue will not be addressed, I am not sure if we will book again.

The rooms were spacious, clean with a big balcony. There was a lot of greenery, a lovely park nearby, the pools were warm and the food was very nice

The minus is the majority of staff who do not speak nor Bulgarian nor English. In my opinion they must have a minim knowledge if they work in a foreign country; actually is quite unacceptable for a 4 star hotel to have this type of staff.

I'd definitely recommend this hotel. Dentaprime recommends two other hotels but this one is better!

The food was lovely. The facilities were very good, with an indoor and an outdoor pool. The personal was very kind and accommodating my needs. I went to Dentaprime clinic, which is 10 minute walk away and they allow me to have lunch instead of dinner on one day because of my appointment.

The bedroom is a bit dated but still in good condition. It was big, clean and comfortable.

Very poor

Food was mediocre at best, dining room had strange smell. Staff didn't look happy working there, frowny faces. Hotel has a lot of potential, but it looks badly managed.

Very good location, and large indoor pool with mineral water, spacious room

As regular guest there we were not very happy that variety of dishes for breakfast and for dinner was much lower as compared with before. Also the quality of work at some restaurant employees can be improved. As we are guests from Bulgaria we have expected that more staff will speak our language as this is Bulgarian hotel.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. Close to the beach. Also they gave us apartment instead of double room - more space makes it less depressing.

Tired, not looked after hotel. It has such a potential but it is left to die slowly...We were all inclusive. Big mistake...£70/per night in average, we didn't expect caviar of course for these money, but at least something to taste nice....horrible food...mediocre choice, cheap ingredients. Big mistake booking estreya....don't feed people if you can't cook...

Good

The hotel is close to the resort center and not far from the beach. It is quiet at night and nice old trees are surrounding the grounds. The pools are with natural mineral water.

The hotel has air conditioning only in the rooms and is not cooling down enough to feel the cooling effect, maybe the temperature went to 27C minimum. The pools outside are not guarded and no safety signs are posted, so many kids are jumping in the pool that is not deep enough for that, someone could get injured. The smell from the kitchen could be felt throughout the hallways of the first floor during the day, seems that the air system is quite outdated. The elevator is very hot, no air exchange could be felt inside. The elevator is also very slow and that is not very efficient for the many elder and injured people who come here for rehabilitation, more updated system is required.

mouse droppings in the balcony

The balcony was infested by mouse droppings. Our kids played on the balcony floor before we realized that it was infested. At our request, they cleaned the excrements. The droppings reappeared next days. I asked the manager about their rodent control measures and how and when they are going to deratisate the hotel. She told me that the last treatment was made 4 months ago. She was not willing to commit on any new deratisation.

I had very poor accomodation and meals to this hotel, I will never go again here.

The only good thing about this property was the big spacious room everything else was disapointed, we have to pay the car park 10 BGN per day, the beach is not in the front of the hotel is 400 m away from the hotel on booking com. advertaising we were told the hotel have beachfront a big lie, the food restaurant and the drink was very poor quality ,worst food and drink the worst meal and drink I ve ever had! The pools dirty full of leaves and algae.I will not recommend this hotel to anyone to stay.

I did not like anything with a few exceptions, the rooms was very spacious there was quite clean, close to the city center about 5 min walk and that is all.
