Great hotel and I will use again

The room was massive and very well maintained. The pool was amazing and most importantly the staff were all very helpful.

As we were accessing fitness/Muay Thai sessions locally. My only wish was for a clothes airer that could be used to dry clothes on the balcony.

we loved the hospitality and the staff's friendliness. We also enjoyed the facility. The pool was the best place we spent most of our time there.

Discriminatory staff. You might pay more but you still have to pass certain looks to be eligible to stay in the new building. Construction noise Facilities doesn't work all the time as advertised Over priced and overrated

Great stay. Exceptional staff.

The staff is the best part about the stay. They are all so nice and friendly. They are always ready to help. Room cleaning is very great as well. Nice and spacious room with a nice balcony to eat breakfast and drink coffee. Also a nice view from the rooftop.

The shower drain doesn't really get all the water/sand down, which is annoying when you are finishing a shower and you step on the sand that is still stuck to the tiles. Unfortunately, the pool closes pretty early, and I enjoy going to the pool in the evening. Didn't have time during the day to use the pool, so evening is usually the best time for me.

It was amazing

The bed and pillows are amazing, the facilities where clean and well maintained. Room service was very quick. Staff where beautiful.

The bathroom would have a smell of sewerage every now and then coming through the sink

Superb

Love the pool, location, close to mma and coffee shops. Close to old town

Bit far from the beach but all good. They wont allow you to extend even for a minute for the check out.

It was great. Better then expected.

The location was the best (right in the middle of fitness street). The pool was amazing with a beautiful view (although a bit cold). They also had an ice bath and sauna for great recovery. The rooms were very good aswell and they had good space.

Some of the staff in the reception felt like they were bothered whenever asked about something and felt like they didn’t want to help. Also at night the reception closes and just a doorkeeper is there.

Rooms very dirty , walls extremely thin you can hear a pin drop and the elevator and neighbours all day night! Don’t stay here if you want a quiet sleep or stay!

the pool, sauna stream room and plunge pool were amazing! great location next to the gyms of Chalong

Great location if you are training at one of the muay thai gyms close by. Awesome rooftop pool with amazing view. Sauna, steam room and cold bath was good as many other places don't offer this.

Room door was faulty and room would not locked, staff said a "technician" would be called. 5 hours later and multiple follow up with staff before this was attended to by the same staff that kept saying she needed a "technician" and all she needed to do was change the battery in the lock. Safety concern and this should have been fixed straight away or moved to another room (told all rooms were already occupied).
