Great location, very nice hotel, clean, safe, and had a smart TV.

Great hotel, very nice interiors. Perfectly located in "Fitness Street" and opposite Tiger Muay Thai. Very close to great food, laundry facilities within the hotel and also cheap laundry services just across the road. The smart TV was very much appreciated, after being in hotels with just standard TV's, it makes a huge difference when you can watch Netflix. Room was spacious and so was the balcony. A small table on the balcony would have been a nice extra addition.

Rooms are big, and very well located if you are planning to workout in Tiger

The staff was rude , I was staying 5 nights, one morning they questioned me about one towel that the cleaner didn’t find in my room, it was in a very rude way, like I was going to run away with the towel. Also even though I agreed to pay the extra for a late checkout, they called me next day in my room urging me to come pay NOW, like I’m going to run away without paying. Manager is not doing anything about it & seems to approve Towels & bed sheets with stains, not as clean as I expected

Good hotel close to the gyms

The hotel is good, very nice interior, the room was spacious with a little kitchenette, bathroom and everything, but it wasn't the exact room he had booked. The hotel staff was nice and you could buy water and little snacks at reception as well. They do have two pools, one of which seems a little newer and is really nice, the other one was not as well maintained but still ok.

At Check In we were told that the exact room we booked wasn't available anymore. We had booked a room with two twin beds and it said it had a balcony, but we had a queen sized bed with two blankets (not a huge deal, but not what we had booked). The "balcony" was just a table and chair in front of the door in the middle of the patio of the hotel. Second pool was not as clean and there were only two pool chairs. Both things are minor and weren't a huge problem for us but should be mentioned.

nice hotel next to tiger Muay Thai and other gyms

large clean hotel on the main soi where all the gyms are. it is located directly opposite tiger Muay Thai. perfect if you’re looking to train and spend most of your time on the soi. rooms are large and clean, nice pool.

Very good

The staff is friendly and helpful at all times. It is located exactly opposite Tiger Muay Thai gym where I have been training.

The only negative side for me would be a good lounge with some refreshments, coffee and juices, or a place where I could do my work.

Pool area limited and one you have to come out of hotel to use with lack of pool towels this makes it a little awkward.

Was conned.

Was located where I needed.

I booked a contemporary room with big windows based on the photos in their posting, but the room that I got was not in the new building as the pictures showed. The room that I got was in the old building that was closed in and dark with a small tv.

Amazing staff

The staff were fantastic, really lovely, I hurt myself and physically couldn't leave to get myself ice. The staff literally went and purchased ice for me and expected nothing in return. I definitely felt like I was at home

The beds are quite firm. There are cheaper places on the Soi but the location is the best if you are training at tiger

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very spacious, clean and the air conditioning worked very well. I highly recommend staying here.

it was ok. pool needs to be up kept better and the female receptionist needs a holiday because her bad vibes really thro

very close to tiger Muay Thai very convenient male manager was lovely and very attentive.

the female receptionist really doesn’t enjoy her job. every-time I say hi or good-morning I got ignored. also you have to request your room to be cleaned and it was not consistent. they don’t consistently provide water either and I had to clean the bathroom myself with bleach. make sure you use your safety deposit boxes!
