Flora Ville seems nice but you better double check they’ve actually booked you into that hotel and not another completel

It’s difficult to review this hotel because they actually put us in a different hotel completely. I booked Flora Ville in September for our January stay but when I arrived, I was told it was full and we were being put in the owners other hotel up the street. Flora Ville seemed nice but I can’t really review it because I didn’t stay there…

We booked Flora Ville but were put in the owners other hotel called Siam Villas since they were “fully booked” (in the hotel I booked 4 months prior). This hotel was not even close to what I booked. The rooms are very basic, paint is peeling on the walls, bathroom had slugs, centipedes, lizards, the pool is dirty with algae on the walls of the pool and leaves and bugs floating in the water. We were told we could use the facilities at Flora Ville which are much nicer (pool is good and the area surrounding the pool and restaurant are beautiful) but unfortunately it was just inconvenient to walk down the street to use their pool, restaurant etc. The staff at Flora Ville were nice and acknowledged it was their mistake to have to overbooked us but the woman working at the desk at Siam Villas (not sure if the owner) tried to convince me we got an ‘upgrade’ to a better (bigger) room. She couldn’t understand why I was upset that I booked a room with a balcony at Flora Ville and received a run-down, ground level room at a completely different hotel with much lower standard. Flora Ville staff offered us a refund but all other hotels on the street were fully booked. Instead, we were moved to a slightly better room (smaller but more privacy and cleaner) in Siam Villas. Extremely disappointed as this was the longest stay on our travels and we were so looking forward to relaxing at a nice place.

feels like home!

very peaceful and calm. The cats are friendly. I am attached with one grey cat i named her pepper. the staff was very nice and helpful. i am so in live with this place..Thank you for the hospitality! i'll definitely gonna stay here again if i come to chalong again..

Lovely gardens and quiet at night staff friendly location on main road handy for shops

Taxis wanted to rip tourists off difficult to get around unless you use the bolt app mainly people staying there are training

Great find!

This little gem was the perfect stay whilst training at Tiger Muay Thai - literally a 5 min walk. The room was basic but comfortable, had everything you needed for your stay. Cleaned daily, comfortable bed, air con! The staff were lovely, the food at the restaurant was really tasty. The manager Kya was lovely, always happy and very helpful. I will be back next year for sure!

I have become a regular guest of Floraville since last year and I highly recommend it!

The location is excellent for having all the conveniences nearby. It is especially good if you're into Thai boxing, Muay Thai and other related fitness. Plenty of massage places and restaurants catering to health and wellness.

There's nothing I can suggest to improve on the part of Floraville - they are excellent in every way.

Fabulous!

Lovely place and the host had been so kind to give as an upgrade for free. The hotel staffs were very accommodating. Housekeeping was efficient. The pool was clean and seemed refreshing.

Awesome stay

Great place with lot of nature and great friendly staff They upgraded my room to exclusive size with a huge discount.. Shortly the place gave me feeling like home and i definitely recommend for people who training on soi taied

I've stayed here many times. The place is fantastic and absolutely beautiful, feels like home too. They have TWO POOLS, and food is great. Special thanks to the staff, they made my stay super comfortable and the coffee is amazing ❤️
