Passabile con poche pretese

Struttura ben posizionata, 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito vicino. Cucina ok, ma priva di elementi base (es. sale, pepe, zucchero ecc). Tutto molto essenziale.

Esternamente fatiscente, dentro comunque ristrutturata ma per niente curata. Bagno piccolo e doccia fredda, infissi nelle camere del piano inferiore malandati. Per una notte, in gruppo, solo per appoggio passabile.

Es war gut eine Küche zu haben, der Kaffeeautomat war prima.

Very expensive, dirty and NO PRIVATE bathroom even though we reserved a room with one, just bad!

The location was good, close to the center by walking distance, receiving the keys and instructions for that was okay.

We had reserved a room with PRIVATE bathroom, but for some reason we were in a triple room with shared bathroom - one for several rooms - that is not called a PRIVATE bathroom! The room was dirty, dusty and loud. When we arrived it was very cold, the heat wasn't turned on before hand and it took quite a while for the room to get warm. Not to mention the room is super expensive for the nothing you receive.

Amazing stay

I liked how close the guesthouse was to everything, such as the church and also the sea, so you have nice views when going to it. The guesthouse itself was really nice too, and I had a great and comfortable stay. You have a communal kitchen that can be used, which made the stay a lot better for me since I was mainly buying food and keeping it in the fridge. The other people who are staying there are really nice too (the staff I don't know, I didn't run into them).

I will say that the shower could be a bit cleaner, but apart from that there was no problems.

Place to stay in the city center.

Really nice location in the city center.

Our sofa bed was uncomfortable, one side of it was sliding away all the time.

Good place to sleep and eat. Didn't spend much time there as we were sightseeing

Nice and small room. Good for sleep in the soft bed. Shower with hot water. Drinkable tap water. Good kitchen to cook and store own food in the fridge.

Cheap nice accommodation

Great location, coffee machine a plus. Big, warm room. The kitchen layout of three tables works well for a guesthouse as I think there are around 9 rooms there. There are enough bathrooms to go around (3 I think)

Would have been nice to have some communal oil, salt and pepper. Basement bathroom has very loud fan.

great location, near the city center and main sightseeings. the kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom is clean. the house is very warm. there were some things like not working dishwasher and not working tv in the room. otherwise, we came to see Iceland, not tv, so it wasn’t a problem for us.

Great location, parking for car, very hot rooms, clean bathroom, kitchen and coffee machine

The cappucino is not working in the coffee machine. Couldn't adjust down the heating

Looks abandoned but ok from the inside

Room was ok. No loud noises could be heard.

From the outside the house looks like it's abandoned (the year was not taken care of) but from the inside it's been renovated. Also it was not easy to find the house when arriving to Auđarstræti by car, a sign would be good! The front door could not be seen from that way at all so we had to look for it some time. Our room in the basement and there was black mold in the ceiling corner. We could not get the TV to work. In the kitchen the stove glass was broken (there was a hole) and the dishwasher was out of order.

the perfect Guesthouse

the guesthouse is very well organised there are the showers and wc on every floor there is a wach machine in the basement (no dryer) the kitchen is extremely nice, all is there: coffee machine, baking oven, microwave, the big variety of cooking tools and dishes

Great rooms and location

The kitchen and bathroom is shared with a lot of people, and there were not enough kitchen equipment (for instance only 2 knives for an entire house with three floors)

Location, comfortable bed, affordable. Plenty of free on street parking

WiFi didn't work on top floor - may need a signal extender? State of shower in the shared bathroom also quite poor - soap scum + plaques all around and the drain is very blocked.

Nice House, good area. Cool Apple-TV, easy check-in, big room, free coffee!
