Comfortable and clean with a friendly host. Perhaps not suited to someone needing a quiet space or sleepin.

A well presented and very clean room with comfortable bed and convenient car parking space directly in front of the unit. Warm and genuine hospitality provided by the host and a lovely cooked breakfast served either in room or on patio.

The room was a bedsit attached to the side of a family home with poor insulation which unfortunately meant it was very hot over a warm couple of days despite aircon. The house sits on a busy road with construction sites at both the front and rear of the house. The commuter traffic started at 530 am and then the construction and forklift beeps at 7am. Given the heat of the room, coupled with road/construction noise my sleep was quite disturbed.

One of the best accommodations we have had while visiting Australia

Innkeeper, Jackie, and her mom, Maureen, took great care of us and provided wonderful English breakfast on the patio every morning. Friendly neighbors invited us for wine and snacks. Beautiful setting across street from vineyard and short walk to city center, restaurants and wineries.

I had a great stay with Jacky and her mother. The apartment is very clean and cozy. You can find everything you need. Breakfast is amazing. The check-in and check-out times were flexible, which helped me a lot. Jacky is very friendly and helpful. She can tell a lot about the beautiful region. I recommend this accommodation to everyone!

Well located with affable hosts - separate room from house with well used but clean amenities

British type accommodation located near town and restaurants etc. Port for drinking was an extra bonus!

Like staying with a friendly relative.

Full English breakfast cooked to order was excellent, and we were able to enjoy it out on the back patio in the sunshine. Decanter of port in the room was a nice touch, along with tea and coffee making facilities and a couple of sweet treats. Jacky and her mum were lovely and caring hosts. Car parking right outside the front door.

TV was only free-to-air, but we coped.....

What a gem!

We loved everything about the Linear Way BnB! There are some very thoughtful touches and both Jacky and Maureen as so lovely!! The breakfast was so delicious and Jacky was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location is great, right next to the bike trail. We would happily stay here again and really hope we get the chance to one day!

Nice and quiet. Lovely owners and delicious breakfast! Easy walk to good restaurants wineries and art gallery (right on the Shiraz trail). A glass of port to welcome us was so nice! Would love to visit this B&B again.

Very comfortable room, great breakfast and a wonderful host

We stayed for three nights in the "Willy Wagtail" room. It was well decorated and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. In addition to the tea and coffee making facilities there was a decanter of nice port provided for an evening drink. Fresh milk was available which was great. The full cooked breakfast was outstanding, with a good selection of accompanying toast, jams and marmalade. Since it wasn't too cold outdoors we had our breakfast in the delightful undercover seating area outback with a good view of the garden and all the little birds. Thanks to our host Jacky for such a delightful stay - and good conversation

Absolutely Amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay, the room was spacious, comfy and clean. Our Hosts Jacky & Maureen were delightful and so hospitable. Our breakfast was tailored to our preference (felt very spoilt) and we could also choose the time. Perfect location and would definitely stay here again.
