Schönes B&B im Herzen von Florenz. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Moderne Einrichtung, große Zimmer, schickes Bad. Das Frühstück war super. Carmine war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, so viel Engagement findet man selten. Seine Restaurantempfehlungen waren sehr gut. Obwohl wir nur eine Nacht hier waren, durften wir unsere Koffer den ganzen Tag stehen lassen und sogar noch das Gästebad benutzen. Es ist ganz großartig und sehr empfehlenswert!

Carmine, the owner of the property is a downright saint! He welcomed us to his property, showed us around, and insisted on us asking if there was anything special we wanted for breakfast. He asked us every time we saw him so I thought I would give him a little test so I asked for persimmon, a somewhat obscure fruit that my wife loves and we had seen in the market. Sure enough when we next came back to our room there were two of them sitting on the table. The next day, four more! You can immediately tell that Carmine really cares about his guests and running a good business, we even had the chance to hear his story of how he got started, expanded, and is planning an elevator and pizza restaurant downstairs in the future. We often had the opportunity to have a chat and coffee (which he prepared for us) when coming back to our room for a break in the afternoon. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome in Firenze Carmine, I wish you the best success with your business and hope we have the opportunity to stay with you again in the future!

La struttura è fantastica, centralissima a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella in una strada fantastica. Le camere sono spaziose, pulitissime e arredate in modo moderno e confortevole. Carmine è una persona squisita e disponibilissima che ci ha accolto con amicizia e cordialità fin dal primo minuto. La colazione ottima e abbondante. Consigliatissimo!!!! Torneremo appena ne avremo occasione

Carmine is a very attentive host and makes sure you have everything you need and want. He takes care of everything and sends you lots of information ahead of your arrival so you know exactly what to do. He also handled our luggage and offered to make reservations for us. He had lots of suggestions for activities and food and wants to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. Our room was spacious enough for two adults and two teens, with a great little loft. Everything was very clean and the towels are great! Big and fluffy! Breakfast was fantastic with every pastry you could imagine, meats, cheeses, yogurt, and fruit. The staff was also very friendly and went out of their way to serve us. The location is perfect, right next to the market and easy walking distance to everywhere. B and B Lorenzo de Medici is a great place to stay and we will definitely return!

Excellent location! Very beautiful and comfortable room. Breakfast was great! Staff were especially communicative and helpful, and gave us recommendations for local restaurants and sights!

Clean, central location and modern amenities

location was very good. It reaches everywhere by walk. I used train and from train station to here takes less than 10min. Breakfast was more than expectation and there are various kinds of food. Most of all, the host carmine was very kind and he solved almost everything that I asked.

It doesn't have lift until now. We should use the stair so if you have old person or disabilities, don't recommend. But, the host said that the lift will be made within 4 months. And even if the location was very good, if your first time reach, it was very difficult to find this place. And the room was a little bit humid. Even if we didn't used AC or open the door, my clothes and other things shows a little bit wet.

A very well located and appointed property. Lovely clean and modern spacious room and en suite. Fantastic spread laid out every morning for breakfast. The owner, Carmine, was so helpful and friendly, giving us ideas for the best places to eat and options for places to visit within and outside of Florence. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this B&B for anyone wishing to explore Florence.

This is a busy and thriving city and so it is reasonable to expect some noise in the early mornings and at night. This is completely outside of the owner's control. Take some ear plugs with you in case you think you may be bothered by the city hustle and bustle.

Excellent location very convenient to airport tram, train station and all the downtown shopping and sights. Beautiful rooms with lots of extras like coffee. Very comfy beds and giant fluffy towels. Very good breakfast. Staff was wonderful, extremely responsive to requests to drop off luggage early and for restaurant recommendations, etc. would stay here again in a second!! Loved it.

If you’ve got big heavy luggage, it’s quite a few stairs.

Carmen was the best host from start to finish - so helpful and communicative! Room was comfortable and located in the centre with easy access to everything.

Everything! You have to stay here! The location is fantastic, super clean rooms, comfy beds. But honestly what made it the best was Carmine. HE IS AWESOME! He immediately gave recommendations for pasta, pizza, steak, gelato, bars. We went to almost all his recommendations and they were fantastic. He is so nice and is always checking in to see if you need help or have any questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

La atencion de Carmine y de Silvana excelentes, nos ayudaron con muchas cosas durante nuestra estadia. Son solo 8 habitaciones, por lo q la atencion es muy personalizada. Esta a 6 o 7 minutos caminando de la estacion de tren y como a 3 o 4 minutos del duomo. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y comodas al igual que el baño.

Lo unico que no me encanto fue que esta en un tercer piso. Pero la verdad que con todo lo bueno, eso ni se siente al final. Pero debes tomarlo en cuenta en caso de que este sea un problema para ti o que físicamente no puedas subirlos.

希望能够提前说下收费项目，因为我们以为寄存行李是不要钱的，就先退房了，再寄存的行李，我们原计划也是10点从旅店出发的，如果需要收费的话，我们会选择先出去在回来，最后退房这样会节省一些费用！佛罗伦萨的酒店价格都偏高，所以还是希望能够提前告知收费项目。

Our host, Carmine was superb. Outstanding communication and so very kind. Location was excellent. Lovely room, super clean, lovely bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival, as well. Highly recommend!

Lorenzo de’ Medici is honestly the best kept in Florance! Extremely clean,spacious, and in a perfect location! After a quick 5 night stay, I’d be happy to call Carmine a very good friend. He made our stay absolutely perfect…from the moment I looked “lost” trying to find the B&B up to the last minute before departing Florance, he made our stay wonderful! Such a gracious host, he’d bend over backwards to make anyone feel at home. His dinner recommendations were perfect. At one of the best (and crowded) steakhouses in the city he was able to secure reservations for us on a Friday evening where others book months ahead. If my wife and I ever come back…or if I have any friends visiting I would recommend this B&B without hesitation!

The hotel owner was very accommodating and very interested in ensuring we were comfortable. He was very attentive and helpful. I would say I made a good friend in Florence.

Walk up without an elevator yet. Plans are in the works for one soon. Still, it's a very good place to stay. I would recommend this place for sure if you do not have an issue with the walk-up to your room.

The owner was really kind. The room was clean, Bed was comfortable, and there are enough closet space/bath space. bBreake fast was so good. And there were free water! I want to stay again when I visit firenze!!
