Good Location

Good location. A Short walk to the falls entrance, the Elephant Walk craft area and a few bars/eateries just a few min walk away. The Room is small, cleaned daily the AC plus fan are a bonus. The property met our needs for our short stay in the area. Staff were friendly and helpful, too.

Buena ubicación.

La distancia a las cataratas es de solo 10 minutos caminando. Tiene restaurantes al rededor y la habitación estaba limpia y muy bien. Lo están reformando y haciendo más moderno.

Overpriced

Location. Staff

Renovation work was under way on the floor I stayed on. Not pleasant. The A/C unit leaked so much the tile floor was covered in water in the morning. It would have been very easy to slip and fall - there was a lot of water.

Es gab Bauarbeiten. Mauern wurden runtergerissen und Neue errichtet. Aus diesem Grund war es extrem staubig und in diesem Umfeld haben wir nach einer oberflächlichen Putzaktion Frühstücken müssen.

Would highly recommend, we extended our time here because it was so good.

Everything. Mostly the extremely friendly, professional and helpful reception staff. Always with a smile they would be there beside you with absolutely anything you may need, they truly did feel like family. It is great value, very clean and new with a comfortable bed. We loved our room with a balcony and a pyramid view. And the rooftop view is just gorgeous, we got to see the light show at the pyramids both from our room and the rooftop with dinner. We enjoyed our stay in the area very much, as we got to experience life in Giza. Fantastic.

Excellent base from which to explore Victoria Falls.

Excellent location with friendly and helpful staff. Used as base to visit the falls and to do white river rafting. Room is very clean. Good wi-fi.

Lack of fridge and basic utensils in the room - not even a spoon for the coffee (only little wooden stick). The hotel is opposite a popular restaurant that was noisy up to 9pm - thereafter it became very quiet and peaceful however - so not a major issue, but I would have preferred a room further away from the road.

Exceptional

You can't get a better location for seeing Vic Falls!. The hotel has easy access but very secure/gated off road parking, a lovely pool, a great cafe/restaurant that serves delicious veggie sushi amongst other things and the staff could not be more helpful. The rooms are perfectly adequate with good showers, comfortable beds and toiletries provided. Good value for money in this pricey part of Zim. If you wish you can camp in an associated campsite on the grounds, the facilities there were also excellent and if I had been staying longer would have camped myself to keep the costs down.

There is a bar/restaurant opposite which has good food and ceaft beers, it also has live music, depending on your music preferences the music might be an annoyance in the evening. One night, it was dire, the next night it was very good. It did stop by 10pm.

Location to the falls was great, short stroll to there and the town area. Staff were friendly and helpful. They had insect repellent lotion which was great.

Rooms felt old and worn down. Lack of ameneties. Tub had hair around it which is gross. Shower was tiny. Large windows that open to a shared balcony so didn't feel safe to ever have blinds open as the entire hotel was accessible by anyone not just guests.

Good location with helpful staff but rooms are very tired and grubby.

The hotel was in a fabulous location and Nicholas on reception couldn’t have been more helpful.

Don’t be tempted, like me, to book a deluxe room which is meant to be bigger and have a balcony. the room is still very small and it is not a private balcony but a balcony at the end of the corridor that all guests can use - so a room upgrade is a total rip off. Also be very cautious booking trips through Wild Horizons as the staff didn’t know what they were doing and they didn’t turn up for our booked tour.

Disappointing

It was clean, fairly comfortable, good location, cleaning staff was extremely friendly

Reception staff(morning) looked tired and was not welcoming. Mix up with the booking, we booked online and we were promised B & B. When we got there we were told it's just bed and had to pay extra for the breakfast. That was disappointing

The best service, location, rooms, and value - simply the best!

The N! is a great hotel! The service from the staff is outstanding. We have stayed there before, and they remembered us and treated us like honored guests. We had 5-star service in a freshly renovated hotel for a very reasonable price.

I wish we could have stayed longer.

The best combo location-price at Victoria Falls

The location was perfect - an easy walk to a good restaurant and a brewery. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can book excursions directly through the hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I returned and didn't want the outrageously overpriced travel lodges and hotel in town.

We opted for a taxi pick up, but for some reason the taxi came with two people (probably to not pay for parking at the airport) so the three of us had to squeeze into the back. Breakfast was basic, but there was only on person cooking so it took quite a while to get anything. Tours start in the morning so you have to really plan. The rooms were clean but we had to ask for things that were forgotten (toilet paper, soap) because whoever cleaned the rooms forgot these things

Large rooms, convenient location.

Room 115 was very large and had large windows that we discovered were like one-way mirrors so we could open the curtains without “exposing “ ourselves. The safe in the room was large and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The hotel provided soap, shampoo, conditioner and a wonderful insect repellent lotion. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. There is a convenience store right in the building along with a tour booking agent. The hotel is right across from the Victoria Falls River brewery and just down from the 3 Monkeys - both decent restaurants. It was located close enough for us to walk to the falls.

The lighting was dim and the tiny sink in the huge bathroom was a bit challenging to use. The bed did not have a top sheet so you had to sleep under the comforter which made it a bit too warm, but I am sure if I had asked for an extra sheet they would have provided me with one.

Brilliant

The reception staff were so good and went extra and provided transport for myself and my daughter to get the early morning bus. My daughter enjoyed her experience in vic falls and has been bragging about it in school. The staff are wonderful including the cleaning service.

Very good support from the sercive staff for all of our reqirements ! Even with supporting us to find a doctor after one of our group was bitten by a monkey ..... in the VicFalls NP. TIPP : Take care of the wild animals !

Superb

I had a great stay. Nice room with everything you need, free Insect repellent in the room too! Breakfast with three options available for a small fee. There is a small liquor store in the hotel where they sell non-alcoholic drinks and snacks too. Desk for booking activities, swimming pool. This hotel got it!

It's not really the hotel's problem, but the locals outside on the street are constantly offering souvenirs, tours, asking to see their shop once you step out of the hotel premises. It gets really annoying when this happens every single day, they keep following you for a while even when you've said no yesterday.
