Nice guesthouse to stay on your way to northern Kruger

Spacious room, nice and friendly staff. Good (and fast) laundry service! Visited Musina NP to see the baobabs, very impressive!

Musina itself didnt have a very nice feel to it.

We wouldn't mind to stay there overnight again on another trip to the Kruger Park.

Breakfast good. We LOVED the dog, a GREAT! Great Dane. It returned the love straight away.

The signage to find the place could have been better, i.e. more visible.

There’s absolutely nothing to do in Musina but the place was very nice,pictures don’t do it justice.

The quietness

The was a certain smell at night,I don’t know what was cooked but it was disgusting.Me and my partner couldn’t stand the smell

Nasty.

This Lodge is not up to standard, Dirty carpets and blinds on the windows, worn out and towels and bed. Scruffy entrance into the lodge from the carport. Kitchen in the lodge crawling with ants. Not safe as there was a disturbing incident at 1.00pm which resulted in us having to call the police as we felt our security had been breached.

Rather what did we like? Nothing and would not recommend it.

Quick stopover on the way to the Northern Kruger

An excellent breakfast of fresh fruit and cooked eggs, sausage etc. All the staff were friendly and polite. Lovely grounds on the site of the old Messina copper mine and mine manager's house being reception area.

Its not an easy place to find in a maze of dirt roads in the center of town. Once you eventually pick up the signs its very straightforward. Try not to arrive in the dark like we did! A few things out of the control of the management. Messina/Musina is very run down these days unfortunately. Load-shedding, when it hits knocks out the air-con and lights so make sure you have a torch to light the paraffin lamps. Property was clean and comfortable otherwise, with facilities for cooking if you so wished.

Spooky, ghost story like guesthouse

The place was weird, spooky and very very uncomfortable especially at night

a good resting place for crossing the border to Zimbabwe

The hostess prepared my late chec in at night with the help of a security guard coming from Zimbabwe.Good pool for swimming and beautiful nature all around.The hostess extended my time to 2 p.m. because I was sleepless.and was helpful in organizing a car ride to the railway station.I came as Musa only to ride the sleeper train to JNB.

Electricity often goes out, I know it's the land's problem. The driver took an exorbitant price to a nearby railway station

The staff and the breakfast were top class

We got very worried when we were driving in towards the hotel as the area outside the hotel is not great. The grounds of the hotel are lovely though

It was very comfortable and will use this place again.

It is a perfect stopover when crossing into Zimbabwe. The facilities were excellent and very clean. The generator backup was very convenient.

It is not easy to get to the place from the main road. The next door air condition was very noisy.

The pool was far from the rooms we couldn’t go and swim atleast make a pool behind the rooms
