Horrible, the intercom was not working and they had no knowledge of our reservation, even though we received confirmatio

When we arrived, after informing the property that we’ll arrive around 21:00. They did not open the gate, we eventually got hold of someone by phone who arranged with them to open for us, and when we arrived at the reception they told us that the intercom was not working and they had no knowledge of our reservation. We left and had to find other accommodation at such a late hour. The entire experience was frustrating from start to end.

Clean and comfortable and friendly but unhappy about not being told about the party.

The room was clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were not told there would be a party at the property the second night we were there. Profuse apologies were given but the loud music and chatter until 4am kept us awake. when we arrived back from our day trip there was nowhere to park our car and it took 20 mins to sort a place for us.

Perfectly fine for overnight stay in Francistown

Nice full English breakfast. Location is OK, feels safe.

Garden and pool are not very large and are between two rows of fences. Access to the river is blocked by a fence, probably for security reasons.

My stay was totally awesome.

The room cleanliness, the aircon as well as the breakfast. I think they also need to clean the balcony. It was very dirty.

The crockery and cutlery can be improved. The reception should be renovated as it gives a wrong impression about the place.

Enjoyed our overnight stay

Safe and secure accommodation. Bottled water on arrival. Clean, spacious rooms with patio doors facing the river. Good burners, pots and frying pan to cook meals. Very good hot breakfast. Excellent staff.

Kitchen missing some basic cooking utensils and cutlery. Pool could have been better maintained. Fence between the pool and rooms.

Francistown RiverView Villa: Home away from Home

Everything. Having booked through Booking.com, the place turned out to be more comfortable and appropriate than expected. 1. The rooms were the most spacious ive seen anywhere for the price 2. Breakfast was timely and adequate for the price 3. Rooms were very clean & contained neccessary essentials: a fridge, hot water kettle, microwave with a hot plate (with two cooking pots), fresh water sink, cutlaries & eating plates, side kitchen cabinets, dressing table with large mirror, fast Wifi, Air conditioning etc 4. Rooms & bathroom (equipped with clean towels, washing soap, shampoo, shower cap, lotion, toiletries) were very clean & spacious. 5. Rooms have wall mounted TV connected to satellite channels 6. The hotel is located at a quite location by the Tati river. Rooms have a balcony extending to a grass exterior where you can watch bird's / river, read books, relax 7. Large wardrobe & travelling bag / shoes rack provided. 8. Rooms interiors deco is appealing, balanced ambient lighting & includes two bedside cabinets with reading light stands. 9. Clean Bathroom with Instant shower & bath tab 10. The staff were very welcoming & professional.

I found this place fairy priced for the charming hospitality offered. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. 1. Transportation to town may be abit difficult sometimes since Francistown does not have an online Taxi system. 2. Hotel does not accept Card payments. Only local currency (Pula)
