Unfreundlich, Dreckig, Enttäschend

Wir kamen an und haben vor Ort nach dem Preis gefragt..Die Dame an der Rezeption wollte uns dann die doppelte Gebühr abnehmen auch als ich den Preis auf Booking gezeigt habe. Habe dann über booking gebucht und den Original Preis erhalten. Sie öffnete dann das Zimmer aus welchem erst mal eine ganze Kolonie an Spinnen und auch Kakerlaken kamen… Als wir nach dem -Inbegriffenen- Frühstück gefragt haben sagte Sie sie würde uns ein Brot und ein hartgekochtes Ei sowie einen Tee (Kaffee gäbe es nicht) zubereiten. Wir haben nach einem Omelette oder Rührei oder Früchten gefragt. Daraufhin hat Sie frech gegrinst und gemeint.. ja aber das berechnet sie extra. Also war unser Frühstück tatsächlich ein ungetoasteter Toast mit einer uralten Dose Rama einem harten Ei ohne Salz sowie Tee aus dreckigem Wasser.. Nein danke! Keine weitere Nacht!!

I dont recommend this property, it is better you pay little more and get good hotel.

Bathroom does not have the jet spry neither tissue paper, size is too small and quality of mattress is not good at all. Rooms are full or mosquito and despite having mosquito net I failed to sleep. In two rooms are without windows so if you are sleeping in those rooms you will be suffocated.

Exceptional

I had a large room with a large double bed. The hotel is quite clean and offers sufficient hot water. The ladies working there are very friendly and helful. Especially the breakfast included is quite nice. Compared to other hotels offering breakfast I once stayed at, the breakfast here is the best. 非常满意!!!

Lovely tranquil location

I’m writing this a few weeks after my stay so I can’t remember the name of the owner but she was very lovely. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the gardens were beautiful. Very nice and quiet location.

If you don’t have free breakfast included I think the breakfast was a little overpriced for what it was. I think the prices for using some of the amenities should be included in the price too.

Superb

we did not like that much the center of Fort Portal, this is why we appreciated this place: it is fortunately a bit out of town in a pretty area (a lot of spaces): a very good reason to stay here is that the super beautiful "Mountains of the Moon" hotel is on the corner, and its restaurant have super affordable prices for amazing food in a great scenario (with two huge Ficus tree you'll never forget)

Mama is amazing, so helpful and friendly. I was under so good care. Room was big and clean, water was hot, breakfast big and delicious. I felt like at home!!!

The place is fair and ok for a budget plan accommodation but can he improved to make it better.

The egg and ovacado sandwich was good.

Having to share a bathroom and paying to use a towel, having a bed sheet as a curtain and having no mirror in the 1st room I was given.

The breakfast could be upgraded to a full English breakfast. Hence the reason we ate out at Garden restaurant.

The place was nice and the location was perfect.

There was not soap at the bathroom and I would have loved that someone cleaned my room at least after 2 days because I stayed 5 nights and I like being in clean spaces.

Basic lodge with friendly manager, but downgrade to very simple room occured

Friendly manager, safe compound

Confirmed room type was unavailable, we were downgraded to very small room with shared bathroom, which had to be cleaned and set up for us upon arrival. No price adjustment. Apparently our booking wasn't known to staff. It's a basic place in need of some repairs.

The staff very kindly .and their house very clean. For postal is beautiful and clean city than Kampala.
