Good overnight stay.

The room was a good-size, comfortable bed and hot shower. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of variety and the best croissants we had in Albania. Bus stop to town nearby.

The international bus station used to be nearby, but between the time we booked, 1 week, and when we stayed, it had been relocated several kilometres away. Our reason for staying at this hotel had gone! But in saying that, it is only a 10 minute bus ride away.

Non male.

Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La camera era comoda e spaziosa e il bagno aveva un grande doccia. L’hotel è a due passi dall’Università cattolica del Buon Consiglio. Non male, ci tornerei.

La stanza non era ben insonorizzata e riuscivo a sentire tutto quello che succedeva nella stanza accanto. Ogni tanto la rete Wi-Fi faceva i capricci. Per il centro bisogna prendere i mezzi o fare una bella camminata.

We felt cared by the staff

Location was useful for us, next to bus station. The staff worried a lot about our comfort.l, specially Eni. Air conditioning wasn't working properly because of extreme high temperatures in the city. So first he gave us another room and then an apartment much better than the room we paid for. We used airport transfer and it was very punctual, clean and professional. Very recommendable. Thanks Eni!

Seems that the extreme heat made things hard for air conditioners in the whole city. Too much energy consumption. Those things happens, but the hotel staff found solutions for us that exceeded our expectations.

Amazing stay!!

Had an amazing time. The room was modernly furnished and definitely exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable and the other facilities made my stay more than good. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were super kind and helpful. Special thanks to Megi who did so much for me and was very patient and kind. I'm definitely coming back!!

Beautiful, fun and chaotic. Just like Albania

Very close to city centre. Fun staff.

On departure the hotel got us a taxi that was several times more expansive than stated. Got into a heated argument with the pretty receptionist about it on the phone, but water under the bridge.

The location of the hotel is really good, the housekeepers were always kind and available. Breakfast was okay.

I really didn’t like how loud it was (day and night), especially single rooms. The lift made so much noise that I had to get my room changed two times.

Good for a short stay

The check-in was easy and fast, there was an elevator so we didn't have to haul our luggage up the stairs. The hotel is very close to the bus station, which was why we booked this room for our one night stay in Tirana.

The breakfast was plain and basic. The eggs had gone cold and there was no one to give us coffee. It turned out that the receptionist was also the guy making coffee for the guests, so he had to run back and forth between the breakfast room and the reception. We ended up having breakfast somewhere else.

Best location and quality hotel with friendly staff

Best location for stay on Tirana. Clean rooms, nice indoor hotel and special mention to Eny, because he help us in all the moments and facilities we need. of course when we come back Tirana we repeat the experiencie in here. thanks Eny for help us. the breakfast is incredible!!!!! Recomended a lot

Great Spot Near the Bus Station

This is just a two minute walk from the bus station and about 15 from Skanderbeg Square. The room was clean and comfortable. Just what I needed for a night before catching the bus out of town

Comfortable and amazing

Amazing breakfast with good variety. The rooms were huge and comfortable with good Air conditioning. The staff is also extremely friendly and all over very cozy and affordable

Overrated understaffed def not 4 stars !!

The room got a minibar and hotel parking available.

Overrated , understaffed hotel I was surprised room wasnt cleaned properly before check in even in this covid circumstances!!. It was rediculous for a 4 star hotel to check in and find pile of cigarrette butts at the balcony and even food left at the wardrobe probably of previous residents !! Towels were stained. We complained and they promised to have the room service up to reclean the room and that never happened in 2 days even when we requested more than 2-3 times. They ignored us. The room was clearly advertised with an extra bed/ sofa bed .. coz i had a 10 months old baby, and the booking was for 3 of us. They were surprised about it and couldnt offer to us the room we booked or a sofa bed as they said they are fully booked.. and one of the staff said this is not an uncommon problem !! They offered us a small dirty mattress from their under stairs storage as an alternative. Air condition only works when the balcony is fully closed which is fidgy and opens with a light touch and stops the AC. After long negotiations and complains to booking.com they discounted the booking price by 15 euro/2 nights .. (which isnt a huge deal in albania as usually the hotels advertise a higher price in booking.com than normal) Breakfast is poor and after 9:00 am few dishes are empty and dont get refilled. Stayed in other 3 and 4 stars hotels in albania. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel ! Book somewhere else.

Disappointing

The staff was genuinely lovely and helpful. Lication was close to centre. Especially Albi and porri were great, they made the difference

The hotel is not even close to the photos on the websites. The rooms are so old, cracked toilets. There is nothing in rooms. Breakfast was a small selection, very small
