beautiful apartment, quite place

long states, not clean, staff hardly answer, no ac, not comfortable beds and dirty, no toilet paper, no cleaning materials,

The location was great and very central.

There was no TV (as there is one in the description) and the mattress and various facilities were not clean. The described cleaning and bathroom products were not supplied. Construction workers (with a key) also let themselves into the apartment and came through almost daily for the duration of the stay. They left muddy prints in the apartments

Stairs is too long to reach fourth floor

The location. The bath.

The TV is not working and no one is replying from the office. The balcony was not there and it was just a lie. The requests such as Billows and towels was not fulfilled by the renter.

Great central location near museums and transportation, light and airy apartment, Internet worked well, well heated.

Refrigerator not working (reported but not fixed), TV & Cable not working (reported but not fixed), no soap for kitchen or bath or shampoo, (only 1 body soap), Additional linens for couch bed asked for but not provided. No buzzer or intercom to allow guests in from street. 4th floor walk up only.
