Tolles Riad, liebevolle Gastgeber für kleines Budget

Sehr zentral gelegenes Riad. Wahnsinnig nette Gastgeber, allgemein schon hier öfter erwähnt Frau Kathi. Tolle Frau, ambitionierte Gastgeberin mit ihrem Team. Eine sensationelle Köchin obendrein. Schönes, gepflegtes Riad mit tollen Dachterrassen mit super Aussicht. Frühstück einfach, aber ausreichend. Zwischendurch und zur Begrüßung gibt's Tee und Obst aufs Haus. "Warm welcome par exelance" Extra Bonus: als wir am Abreisetag kein Frühstück in Anspruch nehmen konnten, aus zeitlichen Gründen, wurde uns ungefragt ein Lunchpaket bestehend aus Croissants und Saft mitgegeben. Kann man hier guten Gewissens empfehlen

Wir hätten ein anderes Zimmer verlangen sollen. Im Erdgeschoss besser nicht. Da ist der Speise- und Aufenthaltsraum und andere Gäste sind einfach total rücksichtslos und laut. Dafür kann der Gastgeber aber nichts.

El trato muy bueno , reduan un chico servicial , i el riad muy auténtico, lastima que en Marruecos el francés se está qdando atrás, el idioma inglés está tomando posiciones ,

No me pidieron el pasaporte para mis datos , esto no me pareció correcto, por lo visto no hacen ficha para el control

Pésimo alojamiento

No me gustó nada. Nos tuvimos que ir.

La habitación que habíamos reservado no era lo que nos dieron. Las fotos que hay en internet no coinciden con la realidad. Lo primero que nos pidieron al entrar fue el dinero. La habitación tenía goteras, la puerta no se cerraba bien y entraba agua hacia dentro. El baño estaba sucio, casi imposible ducharse ahí. La cisterna no paraba de echar agua. No nos dejaban entrar más tarde que las 22;00, no nos querían dar llaves para poder entrar. Trato pésimo. Cogimos las maletas y nos fuimos a otro rihad. No nos quieren devolver el dinero.

Fatal, no es lo que parece en las fotos

Nada. No sé como tiene un 8 de nota

El Riad no es para nada lo que se ve en las fotos. Está sucio, llovía y había goteras, no hay plato de ducha en el baño... Cuando llegamos el dueño nos daba prisa para ir a cenar y nos llevó a un restaurante y se enfadó porque no nos queríamos quedar allí a cenar porque nos pareció muy caro... Es barato, pero no vale ni este precio.

Bom valor e funcionários atenciosos

O pequeno almoço era simples mas farto e bom. As condições do quarto. Simpatia e atenção dos funcionários. Vista no rooftop.

No primeiro dia não havia wifi nem água quente. Quando choveu entrou água na parte comum. Não tínhamos chave de entrada e só era possível entrar quando nos abriam as portas, nem sempre estavam e tínhamos de esperar. Difícil de encontrar.

Vary good ried .atmosphere very nice multi nationality night time very good gathering The guy name hassan good and vary helpful he runs the Riad..and Speaking many languages.. i Meet with the owner he offered me free night to stay. I think him alot..vary good Man..

Everything was perfect, from the reservation to the check out, they contacted me 10 minutes after my reservation, they even booked the taxi for me and for my errands Samir accompanied me and helped me a lot.

The things i liked made me me forget very few things i didn’t.

Mejor pagar algo más por algo mejor

Ponen servicio de taxi desde y hacía el aeropuerto si lo solicitas., precio 150 dh. Buena azotea con vistas a la medina. El empleado que pone los desayunos y suele estar a las noches es servicial.

Nada mas llegar el aparentemente dueño nos comentó que aparte del precio había qué pagar 2€ más por persona y noche, y eso ya estaba incluido en el precio contratado con booking, pero intentaron colarla... La ducha no tenía cortina y se mojaba todo. Había qué pedir el papel higiénico todos los días.

Très bon rapport qualité /service/prix dans une bonne ambiance !

La qualité du personnel, très serviable à la fois discret et efficace , ne manquant pas d’humour ! Katwar est une véritable perle d’amour qui fait absolument de son mieux pour nous faire passer un agréable séjour . Le charme désuet de ce Ryad , et son emplacement dans un endroit plutôt calme ,offrant une magnifique vue sur la Médina de Fes depuis son toit-terrasse .

Ce n’est pas que je n’ai pas aimé mais S’il y avait un point d’amélioration facile a apporté ce serait sur le petit déjeuner.

LOS CHICOS TRABAJANDO AHI SON LOS MEJORES!! LOS AMO!!

Lo que ma me gustó es los que estaban ahí trabajando me cuidaron muy bien porque estaba enferma y ellos fueron muy pendientes. Los 2 chicos hicieron toda la diferencia. Además me cambiaron de cuarto la segunda noche porque el primero no era nada bueno sin ventanas y colchón muy feo pero luego me dijeron una habitación en el roof y fue de maravilla.

No me gusta quedarme en la Medina..es muy raro caminar ahí sola en la tarde/noche. La próxima vez me voy a alojar afuera de la Medina.

La chambre était en bas pas de fenêtre pas de Clim . pour monter à la terrasse quatre étages avec des marches irrégulières et très hautes Pour accéder à la Riad 10 minutes à pieds en montée Fes étant tout en montées et descentes Chambre très bruyante car près de la salle du petit déjeuner

That's basically a scam. It's already overpriced and you'll be overcharged. Rude and cheating staff.

The view from the terrace on the top is nice. That is the only positive thing.

Although on booking.com it is clearly stated that aircon is included, they will charge you a lot more for it. Beware that it is simply essential: the rooftop rooms are incredibly hot. The heat is unbearable until 3-4 a.m. even if you keep doors and windows open and you pour water on the floor of the terrace above the room. The location is central, but it is ok to walk in those streets only during daytime: at night it is really unsafe. The staff was rude and not nice: they made me wait a lot for both check-in and check-out, for changing money when they wanted instead of when it was comfortable for me, they were late for breakfast and they also refused to give me directions to the tannery (then luckily fellow tourists showed me a free viewpoint).

Exceptional

The staff are nice and friendly, the Riad itself is a piece of Art, the gest are nice as well. The Riad is located at the Center of the medina, you can walk and visit all the historical places such as Bab Boujloud and alqaraouiyin Mosque and the local market, I'm going back there as soon as I can.

According to the price I paid, I can't ask for more! Everything was good!

I have never stayed in such a bad hotel before.

When using the facilities included in the hotel introduction, there is a need to collect additional usage fees, such as air conditioning. When using air conditioning, there is an additional usage fee, which is inconsistent with the hotel introduction. In addition, the hotel is difficult to find and very remote, only a small path can get there. I searched for over an hour and asked a dozen people for directions before finding it. On the way to the hotel, many social thugs ask you for money, and the road to the hotel at night is very dark. The hotel room is very small, only the size of a bed. The hotel roof is broken. The hotel is not very clean.

Lovely room decoration but would be happier and more satisfied if the room was really ‘fresh’

Spacious and beautiful ancient looking room. The mattress and pillows. The additional day beds were comfortable to sit.

The towels didn’t smell fresh, like was not properly washed. Noises or other customers complaining disturbed our privacy. The staff who welcomed us looked like he just got up from sleeping, and he came out from the room that was given to us. They wanted to charge us additional fee for air-cond per head per night! But this was finally resolved when we showed the proof of our booking was included the aircond. There was no sign on the wall at all to show the way unlike other riads.

Actually a stunning place just needs new workers that are nice

The bed was amazing 🤩 and it was so nice to have a room with a private bathroom A terrace to die for, stunning views wow The lady working in the kitchen brought a positive attitude

The attitude of the workers when we first arrived was actually terrible we were trying to sort out the paperwork and they were rude and then said we have to pay extra for aircon which was so weird because it says nothing on bookings about that Also the room we were given didn’t lock! The doors just pull open so we took a photo of our stuff before leaving and came back took the same photo and someone had been in our bag nothing was gone but the clothes had been moved

Very poor

The room was beautiful and large with traditional design, they send Karim lovely person to pick us up from the door to find the Riad.

In booking it said has air conditioner, when we arrived they told us we have to pay extra to have it. The guy in riad when give us the room asked so many unrelated question about our trip and made me feel very unsafe. Shower head was broken and many more.

Good location. Very helpful staff. Very nice rooms. Very beautiful building. The best part is the view from the top. Kati has the best smile, she made me and my partner feel very welcome and comfortable. Red was up at 6am to let us into the Riad.

Room was very big, nicely decorated and clean. Staff seemed nice but didn't interact much, or provide much instruction upon arrival. In the middle of the Medina which makes everything there easy to access.
