About this condo rental
Nestled in Ludlow, this lovely condo for $339 per night is a great option for your next trip. Come and experience our piece (peace!) of heaven near Okemo Mountain in a newly updated Mill condo right in the heart of Ludlow Village with decks that overlook Main Street and the Black River. This condo has extraordinary charm with high ceilings exposing original mid-19th century ceiling boards, beams and brick walls. Yet it’s been updated to work for today with a brand-new Kitchen (2016) complete with quartz counter tops and upgraded appliances including a Keurig Coffee maker. Spacious Great Room is centered around the wood burning fireplace with a large flat screen above complete with a wide range of cable channels & DVD player. Endless supply of firewood available on floor. Our two bedrooms are newly carpeted with queen sized beds; 2 single Aero beds and a pull-out queen sized sofa are available to accommodate larger groups. And for the bread winners…. a couple of discretely located desks complete with high-speed WIFI. Convenience…we have a Shaw’s, Rite Aid, Dunkin Donuts, Cumberland Farms, Liquor Store & more within a couple blocks of our door, and the bars & restaurants are just as close (13 last time we counted) including Ludlow's best breakfast spot located right in the building! The Okemo Base Lodge and Jackson Gore are minutes away, where you can experience four seasons of activities. The brilliant autumn views are endless in Ludlow and its surrounding mountains. In the summer, you can visit the numerous lakes and waterfalls including the famous Buttermilk Falls or play one of the many local golf courses. In the winter there is nothing like having a pick- up service from the free shuttle that stops in front of the condo and drops you right off at the Okemo base lodge! VT MRT-10361423

The apartment was exactly as seen in the pictures as were the outside spaces. Very clean and perfect for our stay. Communication with owner was great. The instructions sent and also left inside were key. Some lights didn’t come on upon our arrival but once we read the instructions we were able to get them on along with the WiFi. Otherwise our stay was very relaxing. Neighbors in the Mill were friendly.
A little noisy from thin walls and people above but expected in an old building. Nothing too crazy and we slept great. Water pressure was strong and everything was very clean. The town of Ludlow was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, property was as described, clean and met our needs. Dark inside, but understandable due to décor and wooden roof in this old mill building. Convenient location in downtown Ludlow (although some traffic noise due to this: didn't keep us awake but woke us early on the Monday morning). Owner responded promptly to minor issues identified. Great places to hike and visit nearby.

Highly recommend! Perfect place for leaf peeping. Gorgeous drives, hikes, views. Great local eateries. Very quiet on weekdays. One soft bed. One firm bed. A couple's paradise. Brian has thought of everything you'll need, and check in/out was a breeze.

Centrally Located. Near Everything.
Great stay. Large 2 BR with patio views of the Black River. In town shopping is very walkable. Minutes away from Buttermilk Falls Okemo walking trails fishing maple creamers. Quiet town. Plenty of firewood. Solid water pressure and wifi. Might need a few more towels. But a great trip to Vermont!

Comfortable Condo
This was our second time at this condo in Ludlow, Vt. We enjoyed our stay as much as the first time. It is roomy, convenient and close to the town center. We especially enjoyed sitting outside on the deck area overlooking the river in the early evening. The owner was quick to respond to our reservation and provided all the information to make our check in as easy as possible.

Great location!
We loved our weekend stay. The location was perfect for walking to everywhere in LUDLOW. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with basic needs. Our favorite was sitting on the balcony looking out to the Black River.

Great condo in town—and a quick shuttle to the slopes
We returned to the condo for the 2nd winter in a row! We like the location—close to the ski shuttle and steps away from some really good restaurants. Owner is friendly and easy to work with!

Homey, pleasant, centrally located
If you’re like us, you like to be in the center of the action and forget that you have a car. This place was all that and more! The Okemo shuttle stopped right outside the door, with only a short ride to the mountain, and we could walk to several quality restaurants, a grocery store and the 7-11 for laundry room change. There’s even a veterinarian/pet supply store right next door.
As if that weren’t enough, there were board games in excellent condition and a small library of quality DVDs to choose from. We had everything we needed for cooking when we wanted to cook and just enough room for our family of four (which includes two large teenage boys). The street noise was audible from about 6-6:30a on, but when you’re there to ski, this is helpful.
We especially liked that the unit was all decorated for Christmas when we arrived. We would visit again, this season, were it available!

Ludlow Mill Condo
Great cozy, warm, and clean condo. Excellent location on main street downtown Ludlow, makes for easy walk to multiple restaurants, and shopping. Minor downsides included a noisy bath fan, as well as a couple of delicate breakers in the electrical panel that would spontaneously trip. Easy for me to locate and reset, but not sure if others could handle it. Owner was scheduling electrician to resolve issue. Would definitely stay again.

Great place!
Stayed here for Spartan race. Only took 30min to drive to the venue on race morning. Much more of a small town atmosphere vs. Killington which is very spread out. Apartment was well stocked and very comfortable. Everything is pretty much walking distance. Clean place...tons of character, and if you planned ahead by bringing your own food, you could stay here pretty cheap.

This Ludlow condo had everything we needed for a one week stay. We were very comfortable and everything was ready when we got there.The owner was prompt with the reservation and booking was easy. All questions were answered quickly.

Great condo with easy access to Okemo
We had a great long-weekend at the condo. It’s a comfortable and cool place with everything you might need. We were surprised how easy it was to hop on the ski shuttle each morning. And it was so nice to be in town after the ski day to walk to shops or dinner.
Brian was so way to work with. We can’t wait to return.

Fantastic Spot!
Stayed here with my family of 5 over the Christmas break. Great location-quick and convenient shuttle ride to Okemo. Nice restaurants right across the street and downstairs. Loved the town. The condo is updated and comfy. Enjoyed sitting by the fireplace after a day of skiing. Everything we needed was there. The whole family loved the place-can't wait to go back!

Excellent Stay!
Let me start by saying this place is so cool with the exposed brick and beams! The place was immaculate and the river outside was so relaxing. The owners had everything we needed including fresh towels layed out. We loved the little breakfast cafe 2 floors down it was so cozy and food was delicious. We also ate at DJ's which is right across the street great food as well! We came in September for a Spartan race but we would like to return to ski at Okemo which the shuttle picks you up right downstairs. Thank you for sharing your place with us!!

Great spot in a great location for first timers to Okemo
The unit is nicely updated and was perfect for our family of five (two seven year olds plus a one and a half year old). Easy to walk to all the right places in town and literally five minutes to the mountain base. The owner was super accommodating and helpful. We would absolutely go back again!
