Apartment was as advertised, clean and with everything you need. Location is good, short walk to Publix and bars/ restaurants. Small issue we had with kettle not working was resolved the next day. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was just as described. Comfortable bed to sleep in and a nice deck to sit out on and enjoy the warm weather. As I review this I am at home in Indiana and the temperature is 24, I sure wish I was back in Florida. If I ever go back to the area I will sure go back to this VRBO!

We had such an amazing stay at this property. The condo was very clean and quiet, as well as the property grounds. The pool was great, and was never crowded. The property owner was communicative and responsive. EVERYTHING is provided— beach towels, clothes hangers, fan, dishes/cups, grilling utensils— even the small things, like scissors and tape, that you don’t think to bring on your trip. It’s not far at all from a ton of restaurants, and Disney of course. A little further from Universal, but the quality (and affordable price!) of the property more than makes up for the distance. We would recommend this to anyone, and would stay again in a heartbeat! Don’t hesitate to book, you will love it!

Let me just say first as far as the property it's very nice and the area is nice and quiet.
But if you but if your plan on doing Disney related events like universal studios or anything it's a long drive from way out in Davenport you might want to choose something in Orlando.
Now I have no complaints about the property the TV cable channels are very shaky they stopped and start stop and start. ALSO the host Carl very non responsive
IT TAKES him a long time to respond back.
Also check out its 10:00 a.m. if you stay anytime over that he's going to at

He is not a friendly host my opinion kind of money hungry.
When I found out how far the property was away from all the real attractions like universal studios or SeaWorld. I wanted to cancel the reservation.
NO cancellation with this host.

The rental process was quick and easy. Access was good. Not needing to carry keys was a plus. Keypad for front door entry was simple to use. The pool area was beautiful. Enjoyed the view from our balcony.

We stayed for 16 days and had a wonderful time. The balcony overlooks the pool and it is only a short walk away. Once you are here you appreciate this as many units are not so close. There is also a palm tree in front of the balcony which gives some nice privacy from people at the pool.
The unit was very clean and comfortable, the bed was excellent but as others have mentioned the pillows are pretty flat so come prepared for that.
Overall we had an excellent experience and would stay here again!

We were happy with our condo that had a great view from our deck overlooking the beautiful pool area. The condo was nicely updated, and had everything needed to live there for the month. The location was great being in walking distance from a Publix, AppleBees, IHOP, and other small restaurants. I was a little nervous about previous reviews stating negatively about the cleanliness of the condo, I was pleasantly surprised to see everything cleaned and ready for our visit…..that was HUGE for me. We were so pleased we have booked the condo for next year.

This rental is attractive with comfortable beds and beautiful surroundings. It’s located in a quiet area with lots of shops and restaurants within a very short distance. And not too far from all the theme parks. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for two weeks. This condo was beautifully decorated. Very clean. In a great area close to supermarket and restaurants. Lots of dishware, etc. Only minor complaint is the pillows in the beds were very flat….really need to be upgraded! Also AC wouldn’t cut in at night making for a stuffy sleep at times. Overall though I would stay here again and recommend it to friends!

This was our first trip to Disney and it was perfect! The condo was only about 12 minutes from Disney world and was so close to everything else! The condo was beautiful and quiet! Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable! Right behind Publix so that was very convenient! It’s very close to a ton of shops and restaurants! We Will definitely be staying again when we come back to the area! 10/10 recommended if you don’t want to stay on Disney property but want to still be close!

The condo is very nicely decorated and spacious. The location is also very good. However, if I were the owner(s) I would be checking on the cleaning crew. There was a pile of dirt near the laundry area that looked like it was swept there but never picked up. The bedroom bed tables were very dusty as were the floors beside them. One side of the bed had some Tums or Rolaids on the floor amongst the dust. The counter had something sticky all over it with some leftover food particles. The worst was the toilet that had the urine splashed around the bottom. The clock in the living area has a broken second hand. Maybe just new batteries are needed? We weren't informed that the pool would not be open while we were there. I did contact the owner(s) and they did tell me that we could access the pool on the other side of the street, but never mentioned we needed a key card to get in. I guess that is what the card hanging inside the door is for. They did refund some money for the inconvenience. One thing that did bother us was the fact that before we even arrived, one of the owner(s) - I reference owner(s) because we spoke with three different people, never she same one twice - asked when we would be leaving. We hadn't even arrived and it felt like they were in a hurry to get us out. The day before we left we were texted and asked again what time we were leaving. Check out is listed at 10 a.m. We will leave at 10 a.m. Maybe we would have left sooner if they hadn't kept bothering us about it. Again, it's a nice area, and the place could have been a lot nicer if it weren't so dirty. The dirt was a real turn off. I wish there was a place here to include photos because I took several of the dirty areas, but this format does not permit photo attachments. Perhaps I will review on Yelp and add them there.

Stayed 4 nights with my daughter for Disney trip. Property is very well kept with nice landscaping. Condo is tastefully decorated and updated. Overlooks the pool area, which is very nice. This is the best Orlando property we have rented, and I will rent it again without hesitation.

After checking in the property was as pictured. Extremely quiet which I was looking for. The bed might have been the most comfortable I’ve slept in at any VRBO property. The bbq pictured is charcoal so if your looking to bbq with gas that isn’t going to happen. Everything in the condo was clean and worked properly it was def worth the money and I’d stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful time down in Orlando! The condo had everything we needed, was clean, and in a perfect location! Publix and Walmart are right down the street for anything that you forgot. We would totally stay here again!
