Nestled in Cudjoe Key, this attractive house for $428 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. SEA ESCAPE This two story home with breathtaking full views of the crystalline Atlantic Ocean is part of Sunrise Beach Resort, an exclusive gated community with only 10 other homes. Just steps from the house is the stunning oceanfront heated swimming pool and charming Tiki hut, or enjoy the gorgeous tropical landscape and Keys breezes from your own private hammock and manicured space. Ocean sunrise and sunsets can be viewed from every room and from two decks. WiFi-enabled, this immaculate home boasts two master suites, both with a master king bed; both have a private bathroom with private full bath, and access to the second floor balcony. Downstairs you’ll find a third full bath with a shower, a 40'' HDTV, a full sleeper sofa, dining table for six, a breakfast bar, a second balcony with lush foliage and views of the Atlantic Ocean, washer/dryer, and a fully equipped gourmet stainless steel kitchen. The ground floor offers parking for 2 cars, an entertaining space with table and chairs, and a grill. *If you bring a pet without our consent you will Forfeit your FULL security deposit. great location. Quiet. about 40 min from Key West. Easy drive. Stores 1-2 miles away. My advice shop before coming to keys so you don't pay Keys prices. Good pizza near by. Amazing Cuban restaurant just down the street. Kayaks were single person sit ons. A little heavy to put on racks. but provided vests and ores. I did some fishing right off the dock and shore, caught mutten snapper, yellow tail and a couple small baracuddas. There is a bait shop 3 min away.
As far as property it was great. But bring a few things. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent. Also could use plastic wrap and aluminum foil. there is not a cookie sheet on site, but there are pizza trays for baking. There is also not an ice cream scoop. But otherwise has everything you need - pretty much. Very limited cable channels. like 10 basic channels. but can you use firestick to access your own streaming on main tv. 2 bedroom tV's do not have streaming so i used my laptop and HDMI. we were family of 4, 2 adults and 19 yo daughter and 15 year old son. Pull out couch was god for him. I found beds to be comfy but a little on the soft side for me.

Great property, very comfortable for two couples. Close to Key West to take advantage of airport, eating, and tours (don't forget Dry Tortugas). At the unit, grill is great for days catch as well as dining outside. A few restaurants and small market for fresh seafood, aloong with a few Cuban coffee shops. Yes even Statbucks, but try the local places too.

We enjoyed the property. We found all stores and restaurants local and on other keys. The no-see-em bugs became an issue. You can’t control that. Ice maker needs some attention but. Served us well enough. Beautiful view. We will come back!

This rental is in a great area, newer, quiet, and safe. The only downside is not having a long enough or wide enough channel for the boat. It works but is tighter than it needs to be.

From booking to check-out I couldn’t be happier! We’ve stayed here previously however not in this particular house. The attention to details and the little extras added a special touch. Will definitely be returning and to this specific home next year! Thanks for a memorable trip!

We enjoyed our stay. Our kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the scenery at this beautiful location. However, the kitchen doesn't have enough dishes, silverware. We tried to cook some meals at the vacation home and had a tough time finding what we needed for 4 adults and 2 kids. Bowls were limited for example.

Absolutely love this location! Convenient to everything we needed. The views were spectacular and loved hanging by the pool. The only thing that isn't ideal about the location is if you want to rent a boat, low tide is challenging. We did not have a boat so not an issue for us. The only reason I didn't rate it an overall 5 is some minor up keep is needed and the "toys" need replacement (bikes, etc.)

We had a great vacation, the house was very nice. Location was perfect. Beds so comfortable, pools nice, the sunsets from the dock were amazing! We brought our boat but the kudjoe bas is very shallow and took some time to navigate. Will come back!

The location and the unit were great. It was neat and clean, the bedrooms and furniture very comfortable. The view from the dock in the morning and at night are spectacular. The available kayaks and laundry were a huge plus. Would definitely go back.

The house was immaculate and supplies were plenty. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels etc. The kitchen was better stocked than my own! The location is perfect for heading to Marathon for the day or down to Key West. Twice we easily ubered home Key West since our group wanted to split up. The pool and tick were a great place to relax. The pool closed our last day there due to a part that needed replacing but the temp was going to be dropping over the holiday weekend so did not affect us.
Communication was great if we had any questions but we could easily find what we needed. Highly recommend this property. There were 5 adults. Our son slept on the sleeper sofa no problem. One night I slept down there and needed more support for my ornary back. I added a cot pad I found in the upstairs closet and slept like a baby. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy this property.

We stayed 3 nights at this condo. It had a well stocked kitchen, 3 tv’s, 2 large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. There is also a full bathroom on the 1st floor. There are balconies on each level and only 30 minutes from Key West. I definitely recommend.

Love the lower keys but prefer single family residential home versus townhome or condo. More privacy and quiet time would have been nice. Property is good for younger crowd who likes to party but not the best for families with young children. Property was clean and accommodating. Thanks for hosting us.

We had a great time staying at Cudjoe Key. We split the unit three nights with another couple and also had our two granddaughters spend a night. The guys spent a day off shore fishing and the girls enjoyed a day in Key West on the trolley ride and visiting the butterfly garden and aquarium. The kitchen provided everything needed to cook our breakfasts and dinners. We enjoyed lunches out at local restaurants and had a wonderful breakfast on our way home just up the road at the Galley Grill.

This home and resort is just how it is described.
It was very clean! (Kudos to their cleaning staff!) The linens and towels were great quality, in excellent condition and were plentiful. (Many were name brands.) The house includes everything you may need from cooking to beach towels to board games. The house is eclectically decorated in true Keys fashion with plenty of seating for dining and relaxing. The gift bag with soap, dish soap, laundry soap, etc was much appreciated. Sitting on the top balcony was so enjoyable with the nice evening breezes, but we wished the seating was a little more comfortable. One of the beds had some kind of plastic mattress cover that made a lot of noise at every move. But, the other bed was very comfortable.
The resort, the grounds were nice. It would have been nice to use the hammock, but the foliage was overgrown. The pool, as pictured was very small, but it was never overcrowded. The chairs on the dock was very nice to enjoy the water views. The gate clicker only worked part of the time, leaving us to use the code box and stepping in or dodging puddles.
Now, here is the downfalls, and why we took a star off instead of 5 stars.
In the descriptions we read we could park our boat trailer under the house. But, then read we could not in other documents. In our "here's your key" email it said again, we could park the trailer under the house. So, we texted to get clarification. We were told absolutely no. So, we made arrangements to launch at the local marina, and to keep our trailer there for convenience purposes. (Although we were told we could keep at in an unknown lot on another key by owner.) After dropping off the boat and trailer, we arrived to the resort to find 3 boats/trailers. One was blocking the drive to get to our house and had to be moved so we could get through. First impressions were not good. We paid to keep our trailer elsewhere when it could have been in a secure (the marina was not gated) location here under our unit. The whole time were there, there was no less than 3 trailers at any given time.
Lastly, boaters beware, entering the Bay can be very shallow (18 inches in places). There are rock formations across from the dock and it is a thin area to navigate though. It's not impossible, just not ideal.
The resort is in a bit remote location, not many stores or restaurants, which is not our preference.
Overall, it is a great unit, just location and boating issues for us.

We come to the Keys to fish, so after a day on the water, we look forward to relaxing in a clean, comfortable and quiet space. This property was all of that and more. Lot's of families seemed to be enjoying the property, and even though we did not have children with us, it was very kid-friendly. It was conveniently located to our favorite restaurant (Square Grouper) and the hosts were easy to reach and super responsive. There was a problem with the washing machine, but Kelly picked up a bag of dirty clothes, washed, folded, and returned them THE SAME DAY! Such great service. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views, the grounds are very well kept and very tropical. Lots of amenitys with the boat docks, pool, kayaks, bikes and more. We will be back again thanks for a great stay.

We loved the property and location. Property offered a lot of amenities such as bikes and kayaks. It was very comfortable. Our only complaint was the rooms could use some darkening curtains. We would return late and had trouble sleeping in due to the brightness of the sun through blinds and sheer curtain that covered the porch door. Outside of that it was an amazing stay.

If you're looking to experience the Florida Keys, this is the place to stay. It's about a 30 minute trip to Key West and about the same to Marathon. For less than the price of a postage stamp sized hotel room in Key West, we had an entire house with two bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a full kitchen, washer/dryer and a pool. We also had access to bicycles, kayaks, a grill, and many other amenities you'd find in your own home. The house was nicely decorated and was kept very clean. We look forward to staying here again on our next vacation to the Keys.
