This place has it all. It is South of town in a clean, quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the highway, but far enough away not to hear it. We loved our stay and will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay here! The check-in process was easy, the house was spotless, and the hosts were very responsive. This is located just a short drive from Moab, and easily accessible to Arches and Canyonlands. We highly recommend a stay here!

Our stay was great. The house is very spacious, clean, nicely appointed and well stocked. The pleasant surprise was fusball and basketball on the garage. The house location is very convenient. The only minor problem to mention is the unit just mber was not included in the instructions; we had to navigate in the darkness trying to locate our house. Other than that - 5 ⭐ experience.

Property was a little hard to find in the dark, but we were looking for the address. Once we figured out it was not marked with the address and just the unit number it was easy. Property was in excellent condition and clean. Amenities were as described and even a high chair for our baby, which we forgot. We typically travel with all babies needs. There were a great selection of DVDs and even Lego duplos that all my kids, even the baby could play with. The bed pillows are the only constructive criticism. Down pillows aren’t great. They go flat. And the other pillows were fairly flat too. That was pretty minor overall. It was a great property that we would definitely stay at again.

Overall the property was great. The location worked. Two things I didn't appreciate was the comment about the front door. It said everytime the door is open and then locked the home owner received a text. The second was the ring doorbell located by the front door. Unfortunately this was also the patio, so it felt like someone was always listening and watching us. Great for security for the home owner, but not so comfortable for the renter

This house had everything we needed while staying in Moab. The location was great, the house was easily large enough to accommodate the 7 of us, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there!! In addition Brooke was quickly responsive to our every need. All in all, it was a great stay!!!

Loved the views out the large windows. Kids enjoyed the toys and bunk beds. Having the garage door opener was handy for the heat. Convenient to Moab attractions (out 4x4 tour Co was 1/2 mile away). Open kitchen and large master helped feel cool and refreshed

We enjoyed our stay in Moab. The townhouse was large, clean, and quiet. The kids enjoyed the basketball and foosball table. It was nice to have access to the garage for loading and unloading. The neighborhood is nice to walk in and pool is just down the street. The one suggestion I would make is to have an umbrella or two available for the patio. This was a great location to stay near downtown Moab.

This Property had everything we needed for our time in Moab. It was spacious, well-stocked and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Our kids loved making waffles in the waffle maker. Quick drive to downtown Moab and Arches. Owner was quick to respond and helpful when we had a couple of issues arise.

Brooke’s property is absolutely lovely and felt like home. We stayed for an Off-roading trip and it was super close to some popular trailheads. We were very happy with all of the amenities on the property - the pool was great and the neighbors were very kind. The neighborhood is incredibly bsafe and Brooke’s communication was on point when necessary. Thanks for providing us a comfortable stay! Looking forward to more trips to Moab in the future!

Amazing location! We’re really impressed with how clean the house was. The views from the property are breathtaking. It’s fully equipped with everything you need, including a pack and play and a high chair for your little one. Highly recommended!

Our family of 7 enjoyed staying at the house. The kids fit in the bunk beds perfectly and the adults enjoyed having 2 king beds. There was plenty of space to spread out and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking our meals. Great option for your vacation!

This was a great place to stay for our family. The condo was clean and spacious and very well-stocked. The location was nice and close to Moab, where we spent Easter, and just a short drive to Arches National Park. We also enjoyed the pool which was a stone’s throw away. I highly recommend!

We came to celebrate my wife’s birthday with family and loved our stay! The beds were extremely comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and amenities for our baby to have a comfortable stay. We loved it so much we recommended it to friends and they booked their trip immediately.
