An ideal place to have your coffee, get together for a happy hour or admire the fireworks on festive evenings. The Royal Dalhousie apartments with free WI-FI connection have huge common areas such as a living room with HD smart TV and HD receiver. A large dining room to enjoy your meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with appliances (fridge, stove and 30-inch dishwasher), small electrical appliances (double coffee maker, toaster, food processor and slow cooker), cookware and cooking utensils. kitchenware, cutlery and glasses. Sumptuous individual and comfortable bedrooms with, for the most part, a complete adjoining bathroom with shower and bath. Towels, hair dryer, personal hygiene products, ironing board and iron, washer and dryer, everything is there! A park, a high chair and a folding bed are available on request. The building is easily accessible and has an elevator and outdoor parking in the backyard ($).

Very spacious accommodations for 4 adults and 2 tweens. Great view and location for Carnaval, walking old town and exploring the city.

Wonderful stay, everything was as listed, great views, location, very secure.
My only complaint, were the pillows. need to upgrade them.

Two couples stayed 4 nights at this fantastic flat. The location is amazing and having onsite parking is such a bonus. We were greeted on time, with a warm welcome and a thorough tour of the property. The welcome book was simple and informative. The unit is exactly as pictured. It was fantastic to hang in the large living room with very comfortable furniture when we weren't out and about. We actually loved having the cruise ships directly across the street - and still had plenty of water view off to the right. It was so interesting to watch. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms well appointed. We used the washing machine once and all was good. We highly recommend a stay here!

Perfect location. Easy access to all of old town. Feels like your own home. All our friends that we travel with agree that it’s the best place we’ve ever stayed. We’re talking about trying to book it for a month next time.

Beautiful and gracious space in a perfect location. Walkable to shops, restaurants, museums, and the waterfront. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Parking is super convenient. Highly recommend!

This apartment was well-furnished, in easy walking distance to the entirety of Old Québec and the manager could not have possibly been more accommodating. What a great pleasure it was to stay here!

The condo was beautiful and well appointed. We were surprised when a huge cruise ship docked right in front of us totally blocking our view of the river. After it left, two more smaller ships tied up. On site parking was a plus. One improvement would be to add grab bars to the main bathroom. But we definitely enjoyed our stay there.

Fabulous stay in Le Cartier apartment in the Royal Dalhousie. Warm welcome by Pierre and Greg. It was a pleasure to meet you both. The apartment is huge and very comfortable. Great location with the waterfront, Old Port and Place Royal neighbourhoods within a few minutes walk. Highly recommended!

The day we arrived there were spectacular fireworks over the St. Laurence River. This is the Grands Feux Loto held Tuesdays and Thursdays in August. As part of our condo rental we were able to watch the fireworks from the rooftop. They were fantastic, being shot off from a barge right in front of us.
The condo itself was everything we had hoped for. Very clean and just as the pictures for the Le Royal Dalhousie shows on their website.

We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Dalhousie with our two college-age kids. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and had a beautiful view of the river. The location was perfect for exploring the city and had plenty of restaurants within a short walk. The building also has an amazing rooftop terrace with an incredible 360-degree view. If we ever make it back to Quebec City we would definitely stay here again!

This property totally exceeded our expectations! it was amazing, Pierre was lovely throughout our visit. Location couldn't be beat, and there was plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 children to lounge and hang out. We will be staying here again!

We had a magical Christmas getaway in Old Quebec made even more special with our stay at the Dalhousie condo. The condo itself was even more impressive than the pictures and the beautiful windows overlooking the river were spectacular, especially watching the snowfall. The location is perfect. Everything in Old Quebec is walking distance and just around the corner from the condo. Pierre was onsite to greet us and pre-arrival instructions/communication was very good. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything about staying at the Royal Dorchester was perfect! Location, spacious condo, clean, amenities were better than expected. We stayed as 3 couples, it was so nice to come 'home', spread out, yet still be together to complete each day of our stay in Old Quebec City. Thank you to Liliane and family for your hospitality!

So glad we stayed here. We booked this trip to spend some time with our three young adult children, and the stay at the Royal Dalhousie helped us to make some wonderful memories. The location is perfect of course, and the views of the St. Lawrence River and the park across the street are incredible. The owner/proprietor met us at check-in along with Lilliane the property manager, and we chatted with him for a bit about the history of the hotel, and his warm welcome was our introduction to how friendly and inviting the people of this city are - they really love where they live and take joy in seeing you appreciate it. The apartment itself was beautiful and stylish, and we even got a prime view of a fireworks show from the private rooftop terrace. Perfection.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay- it was all fantastic from the friendly and accessible staff to the location (walked everywhere!) to the beautiful condo itself. Our family particularly enjoyed the spacious living room with huge windows overlooking the River and the rooftop terrace. We will definitely be back!

Short visit on way to the Gaspe Coast
We had a wonderful experience. This condo is in the heart of old Quebec. Two minute walk to all the restaurants and boutiques.

We loved our stay at Royal Dalhousie, and I would recommend it highly. First, the location is fantastic -- it is right in the middle of the lower part of the old city with nice views of the St. Lawrence, within walking distance of beautiful architecture and great restaurants and easy access to the funicular if you mind walking up the hill to the higher part of the city. Second, the apartment has a very large living, dining and kitchen with three bedrooms which makes it great for families. Third, Gregoire could not have been more helpful in recommending restaurants and getting us oriented. Fourth, there is parking right at the building.

Beautiful and spacious, lots of light, very comfortable, well-equipped. Beds and bed linen were comfy. Excellent location, a block or so away from the funiculaire (we just took the stairs - great exercise). The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Our only issue: the internet is very slow. We were involved in zoom/online training (2 of us on parallel connections) for 3 days of our stay and there is no way the internet could handle that load. Ed, the property manager, went out of his way to help us handle this and we made it work. But if you have people streaming movies on two devices, on multiple zoom and/or FaceTime calls - the internet is not fast enough. The owner and property manager are working on getting this addressed.

Beautiful and spacious, lots of light, very comfortable, well-equipped. Beds and bed linen were comfy. This place is bright with beautiful big windows. Comfortable beds. Very clean and don’t forget the terrace up top.

This condo was large, bright, clean and beautifully decorated. You couldn't ask for a better location, right in the lower part of Old Quebec. Check in was easy, the staff were super professional, very happy with the whole experience.
