Located in Cincinnati, this charming condo for $207 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Our home is centrally located in the charming hilltop neighborhood of Mt. Adams, just about a mile from downtown Cincinnati, 3 short blocks from The Monastery Event Center, and an 8-minute walk from The View. The two-bedroom apartment (one king bed and one queen bed) is the entire first floor/separate unit of our well-tended two-family home with a private entrance and courtyard. We live in the upper unit. Amenities include wifi, Youtube TV & Netflix, Keurig & coffee pods, dishwasher, and hair dryer. Designated parking for one car is available on the street directly in front of the apartment. We are within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, the Playhouse in the Park, the Cincinnati Art Museum, beautiful Eden Park, and the Krohn Conservatory. The apartment is less than 1.5 miles to Fountain Square, the Reds and Bengals Stadiums, the DORA (Designated Outside Recreation Area), and the riverfront parks and restaurants. Music Hall, the shops, restaurants, theaters, and bars of historic Over-the-Rhine, Washington Park, and the Hard Rock Casino are all within a 5-minute drive. The University of Cincinnati and Xavier University are within 4 miles, as are most of the area's many fine hospitals, including Children's Hospital Medical Center. We welcome families with children and have everything you need for your baby - wooden crib, stroller, and high chair. Stayed recently for a long weekend visiting our daughter at the University of Cincinnati and I would absolutely recommend this property to others. Communication with the owners was excellent, we were even greeted at the curb when we pulled up. Of all recent trips to Cincy, this property definitely tops the list. The apartment was spotless and exactly as advertised. Great neighborhood to explore on foot with restaurants, bars and coffee shops w/in a quick 5-10 minute walk. Don't miss the awesome view overlooking the river at the top of the hill. Our family has 3+ years of trips to Cincinnati ahead and we will definitely look here first when planning our return. It was a great trip from beginning to end!

Great 2 bedroom space. Very cute and clean. Convenient to get around Mt Adams but also easy to hop down to downtown. Great space. And courteous host. We're considering going back again and maybe bringing the kids next time.

The property is large, quiet, and beautifully appointed. Laura and Mark are great hosts, friendly but unobtrusive. Laura greeted us when we arrived, and waved us off when I texted to say we were leaving. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the Cincinnati area for any reason.

We had an amazing stay at Laura and Mark's place. The apartment is cozy and the neighborhood is walkable (it's on a hill) - the walk to Downtown Cincinnati is about 20 minutes downhill. Laura and Mark are also great people (they even put in some drinks and small snacks and recommended restaurants and events to us. I would definitely recommend and come back to this place!

We really enjoyed this apartment in the quaint area of Mount Adams. It was so clean and Laura had some nice extra touches for us on arrival. It was an easy downhill walk to downtown although the walk back up the Mt Adams steps may not be for everyone. Very easy check-in and out, I would highly recommend if you are coming to Cincinnati.

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The host was friendly and available for any questions. Thoughtful touches..kerug coffee, a few beverages in the fridge, some snacks were available to welcome guests. A nice outdoor courtyard that has string lights at night.

We were able to get away for a quick trip with our grandkids and enjoy some fun in and around Cinci. We enjoyed walking around and exploring the Mt Adams neighborhood. The house was very clean. We appreciated having plenty of extra blankets and towels. The king bed was very comfortable. Communication was very good. The location was very convenient to getting to fun activities.

We had a wonderful stay at Laura and Mark's place in Mt. Adams. The apartment is very clean and well stocked, it has everything we needed for a comfortable stay; our daughter was delighted to see the welcome snacks left on the kitchen table :) We made good use of the gameboards as one of the days we were visiting turned to be rather rainy. Communication with the hosts is excellent, they are very responsive and happy to help. I travel quite a bit and often use vacation rentals, this apartment is by far one of the best ones I've stayed in. Will definitely look to stay here again next time we visit Cincinnati.

My family had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean, quiet, and well stocked. The owners have thought of everything a family traveling with kids/infants may need, toys, crib, monitor, sound machines for both bedrooms, stroller, and even a small stool in the bathroom so my daughter could reach the sink). We did not cook, but the kitchen had everything if we had decided we wanted to. The property is in a great location. Close to downtown and all the attractions we were in town to visit. The owners were friendly. We will definitely stay here again if back in the area.

After being discouraged by our last two highly rated yet mediocre rental experiences, we could not have been more pleased with this delightful rental in Mount Adams. It was amazingly clean, and the bed was so luxurious and comfortable that it even had perfect pillow options for me and my wife's different preferences. There are places to put your stuff, lighting where you want it, and cool Cincinnati touches all around. You can believe the descriptions on this unit--it was a real highlight of our trip.

Mark and Laura were very accommodating and had toys ready for our 4 and 1 year old and a crib for sleeping! The house was a great value. We paid $50 more for a night in a hotel in Erlanger and it didn’t have half the amenities of Mark and Laura’s place, not to mention the lack of privacy/peace and quiet/separate rooms for my children and my wife and me/etc. I’m thankful we found this property and Mark and Laura accepted our request to stay.

We rented this home to attend parent’s weekend at Xavier University. Mt. Adams is such a unique and quaint area, so it’s worth the ten minute drive to Xavier. The owners were very responsive and accommodating prior to our stay. The house is perfect and has everything you need. It’s on a very quiet street with the most adorable curb appeal. It was very clean and cozy. The master bedroom is spacious and both bedrooms have comfortable beds and bedding. We will definitely suggest or rent the home again.

Loved our stay in quaint Mt. Adams! Location was perfect for walking to restaurants and around Eden Park. Mark and Laura’s place was spotless and charmingly decorated with many Cincinnati touches. Mark and Laura have created a beautiful space that is very comfortable and inviting. Easy access to a parking spot right in front of the home, easy check-in and check-out. The neighborhood was great, the Bow Tie Cafe was a great way to start the morning and was just a short walk away, and Steve the neighborhood cat is very friendly! We would definitely stay here again!

This location was perfect. We were attending a wedding at the Monastery and we were able to walk a few blocks to the venue. the neighborhood is quiet and safe! I stayed at this property with my 2 older kids overnight as we came into town for a concert. The drive to Riverbend Music Center was short and the location was very convenient to a lot of places. We enjoyed exploring Mt. Adams - it is a beautiful area. The apartment was clean, adorably decorated and well maintained. The hosts were helpful in answering questions and had everything we could need waiting for us in the house! I would definitely book this property again. Thank you!

This was perfect for us. We were in town for a wedding and extended our stay to sight see in Cincinnati. Location was great. So much to do in Mt. Adams and walking distance to downtown. The house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, lots of room. Full kitchen with all the amenities stocked with the basic, (sugar, coffee, cream, spices, paper products, etc. ), snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. Comfortable beds and roomy living room to hang out in. Fully stocked bathroom with a great shower head. Two very nice cozy sitting areas outside. Parking for your vehicle right out front. Big plus for being in the city. Great restaurants, pubs and cafe just one block over. Laura and Mark are super nice! Excellent stay!!!

I cannot stress enough how much my daughter and I enjoyed staying here during a road trip which took us through Cincinnati for one night. Communication was perfect, and as females traveling together we felt totally safe in the neighborhood. We left a few items in the apartment and we were contacted immediately and were sent our items in the mail! Again the details - from the throw blankets in each room to the noise machine in the main bedroom to the drinks in the fridge - the hospitality was amazing. My daughter said it was her favorite place we stayed on our trip. You can walk down the street to see the view and there are a few places to eat in the area so that's easy. Highly recommend!
