It is situated in a quite area beside the salt lake of Santa Maria, and just 200 metres away from the most beautiful beach of the Island where the turquoise blue water meet up the golden beach. The accommodation is ideal for family or group of friends who require all the comforts. **USEFUL INFORMATIONS** Water and power consumption are included with the rental price till a limit of 2cubic meters and 50KW per week. It's a generous supply considering in Cape Verde they are a very precious asset and it is calculated on a medium weekly use. Waste is considered negative for the enviroment and the above water & power supply have been calcolated in order to avoid unnecessary waste like going to the beach leaving the air conditioning on and running fresh water without real need. Beyond the above budget the excess will be settled separately according to the costs listed below: - Water: 7euros/cubic meter - Energy: 0,40euro/KW Internet: The apartment is provided of router which works with rechargeable SIM card. Sans parler de la qualité de l'appartement, nous avons eu affaire ici à un propriétaire sans scrupule, qui n'a aucun état d'âme vis-à-vis de ses locataires, il n'a pas hésité à nous laisser pendant 5 jours à la rue, avant de nous donner accès à son appartement, parce qu'il avait décidé que nous devions confirmer notre arrivée uniquement sur la messagerie du site Abritel.fr alors que nous avions bel et bien confirmé notre arrivée sur sa messagerie Hotmail. C'est le genre de personnes qui, dans ses messages, vous prend régulièrement pour un demeuré, un exemple parmi d'autres : au lieu d'essayer de vous satisfaire, il retire de son annonce Abritel.fr une planche à repasser qui manquait dans l'appartement et qui y était initialement prévue, simplement pour ne pas vous la fournir et ensuite il vous dit que c'est Abritel.fr qui gère les annonces. Notre séjour de 3 mois à Santa Maria qui a très mal commencé s'est tout de même bien déroulé mais ce n'est certainement pas grâce au propriétaire

l'appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato si trova in un OTTIMA POSIZIONE a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro ed è in una zona Molto - Molto tranquilla, inoltre è a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia (sabbia bianca e mare turchese). La casa è fornita di tutto. Ci sono i cambi lenzuola/asciugamani e asciugamani per la spiaggia che è una cosa molto utile + lavatrice. La piscina codominiale è grande ed e pulita.VERAMENTE LO CONSIGLIO A TUTTI.

L'appartement est propre et confortable. La piscine très agréable. 2euros en taxi pour aller au ponton, mais facile à faire à pied. Deux épiceries en bas de la résidence. L'eau et l'électricité non comprise dans la location, nous auras coûté 90 euros pour 28 jours à trois. Résidence très sécurisée , aucun problême !!

The wind was a constant presence, this however was not enough to prevent a nice holiday, Santa Maria has just enough restaurants and bars without being too built up, this will change as there is plenty of construction in progress, the Sal beach club was handy for sport and snacks, and Americos our fave. restaurant.

Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Lage gut, Ausstattung gut (es fehlt eine "europäische Kaffeemaschine" :), ein Sonnenschirm wäre hilfreich). Anlage immer sauber und gepflegt, inkl. Pool (Salzwasserpool, supi). Anlage 24 Stunden bewacht. 30 Meter entfernt in der Anlagenfront, 1 x Minimarket, 1 x engl. "Kneipe" (leckere Pizza, Fußball Life), 1 x kleines franz. Wein Gourmet Restaurant, 1 x TUI Info Center, 1 x Rollerverleih. Priv. Krankenhaus 150 m entfernt. Wir waren 4 Wochen da, war ein schöner Urlaub, der Preis der Wohnung für 4 Wochen (470 € "warm").

Wir waren zu viert für 3 Wochen in dieser hübschen Wohnung mit dem tollen Blick über den Pool und die Anlage.Wir konnten herrlich schlafen.Die Betten waren bequem und es war ruhig.In der Dämmerung sollte man allerdings die Fenster geschlossen halten,sonst wird man von vielen stechenden Plagegeistern heimgesucht.Mit der Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer ließ sich die Wohnung innerhalb kurzer Zeit auf angenehme Temperaturen kühlen.Da das Wäschewaschen in der Anlage relativ teuer ist,wäre eine Waschmaschine im Bad von Vorteil.Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt.Die Hausmeister sind sehr nett und sorgen bei Problemen schnell für Abhilfe und geben einem wertvolle Tipps.Zum Strand ist es nur ein kurzer Weg.Der Strand ist wunderschön und das Meer glasklar und sauber.Wir hatten im Juli überwiegend sonniges Wetter und der Wind war angenehm.Abendessen kann man überall problemlos und recht günstig im Ort.Es gibt viel leckeren Fisch,aber auch Fleischgerichte.Der FishSpa (Fußmassage) im Ort ist zu empfehlen und eine Tour mit dem Mietauto um die Insel.Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle und erholsame Zeit auf Sal.

The appartement is perfectly situated with the terrace on south-west side of a patio with swimming pool. Very convenient to sit there in the morning and read my mails via Cabocom-WiFi. Very calm allover the day. Each complex has a 24 hours guard and the entrance doors have massive locks, so no need to fear for Your property. The appartement is well equipped and very convenient with sleeping rooms on the north side and a nice bath room. The administration women and Fabrizio are very friendly and cooperative. In the same block You have the TUI Infocenter and Hertz and and in the neighbouring block You find a laundry, a little mercado, a capeverdian and an english restaurant. Situated south-west of Morabeza Hotel it's just 7 minutes walk to the center and 3 minutes to the south side beach. For me it's a perfect place and unbeatable for this rent.

We stayed in the apartment for three month, from 04.11.2011 till 01.02.2012. What can we say? First of all, that the owner is very friendly and helpfull. If we had a question, he answered always immediatelly. In the apartment, everything was ok. We loved the great balcony, because it was on the side without the wind, and the space in the rooms, even if we had guests. The apartment was quiet and safe, we enjoyed our stay, all the time. The neighbours are very friendly and we hope we can come again in further times. Martin and Jutta
