Big rooms, very nice and helpful staff, close to train station, to shopping, restaurants and castle. Nice public bath.
Nothing really. There was some dirt in the elevator in the evening, it promptly dissapeared by the next morning. Perhaps that the bar is not open outside breakfast hours, it would be nice to be able to get a drink, but that's it.

The corridors and other areas of the hotel were a bit stale.

very close to the station, has a number of nice cafes around, the room is clean and comfy, breakfast has a really good selection as well

great location between castle and station. No frills hotel for the price but modern, clean and comfortable. easy check-in with excellent buffet breakfast at a good price.I enjoyed the spa, too, on the top floor.

The location was near to great food spots and to Don Quixote.
Our room was no smoking however there was an ash tray and the room continuously smelled like smoke. We couldn't get rooms all on the same floor.

not too far from marugame station and the stay is overall nice. I wonder why it has low (6.9) rating on booking.com

The location was convenient to both the train and castle. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I enjoy having the option to relax in the large bath instead of the room's smaller soak tub. The later check-out time (11 AM) is also nice.
The hotel needs an update. Both the room and large bath are showing their age. Although they were clean, the slightly worn-out and dated appearance doesn't give that impression at first look.
