The property is exactly as described, we stayed comfortably at 7 persons (5 adults and 2 kids). The kitchen is well equipped for quick cooking / breakfast. Location is perfect, very close to the park.

The only negative thing we noticed was that on the bottom floor anytime anyone walked around upstairs it was really loud. The nice thing was that this was the only noise we heard cross over into the downstairs apartment. Our first impression when we walked in was that the pictures didn't do the apartment justice. We loved the cabin feel of the apartment and we had what we needed to prepare and eat food. There was plenty of hot water for showers and dish washing. The large table easily fit our seven person family. When our little girl locked one of the bedroom doors with everyone on the outside, the owners came quickly to help us get it open and they were extremely friendly. We would come stay here again.

Our family of five stayed at the condo for 3 nights. The condo was very comfortable and clean. West Yellowstone is very close to the entrance with many restaurant choices. We had a great time, and we would definitely stay here again.

There are some nice things about this place, but it is not as represented it is a stand alone 2 story edifice on a gravel road by motor homes and several cabins. The worst part is that there is no INSULATION between the floors. So when the 6 people staying up stairs come back from the park you hear thump, bump, pound. You hear every time they move a chair at dinner. It is unnerving. Another reviewer mentioned it but I did not take heed. When I contacted the manager after 10 at night, she said they knew about the sound problem. In addition to that this is not a Vacation rental by owner. It is part of an RV and cabin site. It is sparsely furnished. No bedside tables with night lights. So put your beverage on the floor and if you want to read at night your sleeping partner has to endure the room light. There are no wine glasses,only 2pans, no coffee or end tables to set beverages on while watching TV and the towels are like Motel 6. I booked late and paid what I feel was an exorbitant price. I think for the price you can do much better and not feel as if the people upstairs could be dropping down at any minute. It is new. It is very close to the west entrance to the park. But so is everything in West Yellowstone Buyer beware!!!

Perfect location just outside the west entrance of Yellowstone, which facilitates visiting. Place had a lot of space and good furnished touches. The floor was a bit dirty (not sure if thoroughly cleaned prior) as our kids feet would be black by time hey ran around in bare feet for a while. Kitchen could use a couple pieces to make it more amenable (kids plates/silverware, baking sheet). Otherwise highly recommend staying here
