The intimate size of the property, the high quality furnishings in the room, the friendly and welcoming staff and the location close to the tram.
It’s hard to say. I think the location, so close to a busy residential area and overlooked. However this was the smallest of distractions from what was a very comfortable stay.

Mise à part la situation géographique (juste un peu loin mais c’est pas non plus le bout du monde) et la douche qui n’a pas un gros débit d’eau. Tout le reste était top est Fransceca est une hôte au top et vraiment au petit soin. Je recommande à 10000% et si nous revenons à Florence c’est là que nous irons.

Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, una villetta al centro silenzioso, vicinanza ai tranvia, un giardino gradevole per periodo caldo, stanza spaziosa e soleggiata.
Mi piacerebbe una colazione conviviale, che è uno dei più grandi piaceri nel viaggio. Staff propone comunque una colazione continentale nella stanza o nel bar.

A quiet oasis in the craziness of the city, Florence Comfort B&B is a completely renovated home within a walled garden and parking area. The room interiors are new, very comfortable, beautifully and tastefully decorated with every guest need in mind. The bathrooms have state of the art fixtures and fabulous showers with non-slip floors. The towels are the best we've ever used. An Italian breakfast is set up for guests across the street at a bakery-coffee bar. We really enjoyed the Pizzaman restaurant next-door for dinners. Great meals, wine and fun staff!
There is an electric kettle in the room to make tea with black tea. Instead, an assortment of herbal tea for evening, with some back or green tea choices would be great, or bring your own teas knowing there is a kettle.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Man kann direkt am Haus parken. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen 😊. Das Frühstück (süße Teile, Toast, Schinken, Käse) gab es in einer Bäckerei gleich gegenüber. Die Straßenbahn ist super zum erreichen ( gleich beim Bäcker ggü.) und fährt direkt ins Zentrum. Hat alles super gepasst!

I like that there’s a little ware outside to relax and sit in the garden, the room is very comfortable and the air conditioning was a life saver during this humidity! Everything is clean and modern and easy to access !

Everything was great, especially the hospitality of Mattia. He was always there for everything we needed. The room was great: clean and with a big bathroom. The location was extremely convenient. Few steps from the tram station and well placed to begin excursions to Siena, Bologna, Pisa or Tuscany villages.

The Jacussi and the balcony were the highlights. Mattias is the best host ever. We had a great time staying at this B&B
The location was a bit far from the center, but still if you like to walk is just 25 minutes. Good connection from buses and trains, so it wasnt that bad.

The location is great, it’s located directly in front of the tram that takes us to the city in about 10 min (1,5€ per adult)
The room was clean, Mattia and his staff are all very nice persons, eager to make our stay a good one ! :) There was an A/C, towels, hair dryer, a nice shower, basically everything you need !!
For practical issues (notably food waste), the breakfast is now in a bakery that is also right next to the B&B. We have cards that have 8€ to spend per day in that bakery (which is a lot of money). We just weren’t particularly satisfied with what was offered in the bakery, it’s mostly sweet stuff (croissants and other baked goods) that aren’t very tasty and the staff is not very patient with non-regulars.

The private parking was amazing, the owner and his mother were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming, and the options for discounts at amazing restaurants owned by and affiliated with the owner were incredible. The room itself was also great with a balcony and air conditioning and a spacious bathroom. Great value for money and we’re very happy with the whole experience.

The hotel is like a fairy-tale. From the very first moment you have a feeling that you have come home to pay a visit to a close friend. The staff is extremely friendly. The owner guides you each step on your way and helps a lot . The room is clean and cosy. The big fat recommendation from us to visit.

Amazing Bnb, it is located right near the tram station so it was easy to reach the centre. The host is very nice and helpful, they provided alot of information on how to reach centre, where to eat, and places to visit. I will stay again next time in Florence!

Good location for exploring Florence if you don't want to be right in the center. The room was nice, tidy and clean. The host was very kind and helpful.
Breakfast is not exactly breakfast, but a coupon for 1-2 small sandwiches and coffee. Parking is great, but charged extra. If the B&B also has to pay it to a third party - I understand why they charge it, but if they don't...

The staff are kind and efficient. There is a nice little garden, the room was clean and big and with a balcony.

The hotel was so homely and clean. Such a great location, only a 2 min walk to the tram station then 10/15 min tram to the centre. Mattia could not do more for us, so friendly and approachable. He even gave us a lovely post card and free bottle of fragola liquor as he seen me admiring the bottles. It was amazing I bought another one on check out. The property is behind a secure gate and the door to property is also secure. Will definitely be back if we come to Florence again.

Mattia is the best host you can ask for. Pleasant greeting with lots of helpful information regarding our stay and the easy transport to the city centre. Went out of his way to make our stay the best it could be. Good facilities, comfortable beds and great WiFi.

The owner was very nice and helpful. The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom, and clean. Breakfast is available a few steps away in a Pasticceria - you will have for everyday a coupon for it. The location is not far from the city center, walking distance is about 30 minutes, but easier by tram in about 10 minutes, which is almost opposite of the B&B.

the property was very modern and the rooms/bathrooms were very clean and nice. It was gated which makes you feel super safe. host was very attentive. the shutters make room black out. amazing place worth every penny.

Easy check-in via Whatsapp, staff was always available to help us out, safe and secured parking spot, free upgrade of the room (due to COVID-19, since not all rooms were booked), perfectly located (close to a tram station which led directly towards the center), nice balcony, silent room. Conclusion: we got value for money, very positive.
No possibility for breakfast during COVID-19 period, no shower gel available.
