Nestled in Cabo San Lucas, this lovely condo for $379 per night is a great option for your next break. Terrasol is one of the best locations that Cabo has to offer and this condo has everything to make your trip complete..... With 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms a large living space as well as a patio with a perfect place to enjoy the Beautiful Pacific sunsets and sunrises, this is where you want to be. The living room is open to the Kitchen and dining area with plenty of space for cooking and entertaining. The condo comes equipped with all linens, towels, paper products as well as a kitchen with all the cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans..... where you can enjoy cooking your favourite dishes. The Master bedroom has a large king size bed with an attached bathroom plenty of closet space and sliding doors to access the patio area. Second bedroom has 2 single beds and attached full bathroom. Please be aware that this condo is on the third floor, so there are two flights of stairs to get to the unit. You can also keep connected with newer fibre optic wifi, as well as satellite TV ALL GUESTS... are subject to a nightly fee and cleaning fee that is payable to Terrasol. Nightly fees: $17.50/night for 1 - 2 people $22.50/night for 3 - 4 people These fees cover all the guests Cleaning fee: $35.00 This is a NON SMOKING unit.... We are not responsible for acts of nature..... During storm season (July to October) it is recommended to have some sort of insurance to cover any delays or trip cancellation. During the months of May to October there may be some renovations going on throughout Terrasol, as this is the slow season and construction is permitted. My wife, two boys (ages 18 and 21) and I spent a week at this Terrasol Condo over Christmas and would not hesitate returning! The condo and complex was very clean upon arrival and the check in process easy. A very special mention of Brad the property manager - he was very helpful and his communication was outstanding! Although relatively close to the Marina and downtown area (10-15 minute walk), Terrasol is best described as peaceful catering toward families and snowbirds. The pool was heated and very nice, however the beach is not swimmable. As described in one of the reviews, this condo does require you to navigate some stairs, however we found we quickly acclimated to them. Thank you sharing your property on VRBO!

This was our second stay at this property and this time was better than the first! The entire property is low key and relaxed. This unit has the best views of the Pacific and during the whale watching season it’s the perfect place to relax and watch the wales and boats cruise by.

The view from the property is awesome and having 2 bathrooms and bedrooms was great. The cement spiral steps were a bit tricky to manage with heavy suitcases. A little updating might be nice. We enjoyed our stay there.

Unit was very clean and well kept. Farther away from pool and beach than other buildings in the complex, but much closer to the marina/shopping/restaurants and the view can't be beat! The people here are amazingly nice and Brad is an excellent host. Highly recommend.

We so enjoyed staying at Terrasol, especially in this condo. It had the best view of the entire resort, both from the the patio, as well as out the front door. It is a quiet resort and beach, yet just a 10 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of the marina. We will definitely be coming back!!

We absolutely loved this condo. The view from the 3rd floor is spectacular. Not to mention the view of the marina the other direction. This condo was the perfect proximity to walk to the marina/ downtown area. It is a 20 minute walk but my family of 4 (including 2 teenage kids) had no problems nor the 3 flights of stairs. We rented a car and appreciated the gated community. It felt secure and safe. The condo community is quiet and clean. Terrasol has a swim up bar with a restaurant but it does close early. The kitchen in the condo is well stocked and had everything we needed. Brad has great communication. Overall, we will definitely be back and cannot wait to return!

Enjoyed being right on the beach on the Pacific side. Saw turtles hatching and whales breaching right out front! The walk to town and restaurants on the marina is 15-20 minutes dependingon the route you take, but it felt good to stretch our legs after lounging by the pool all day :-)

The condo is situated within walking distance of the Marina, Restaurants and Shops. It has all of the amenities that we needed and you could not ask for a better view. I would recommend this condo; absolutely. One tip is with the water pressure. At times the sink did not work and we had to wait for a little bit before we could do the dishes or take a shower. It did not take long however and it did not cause us any problems. You just need to keep the water on the "on" position until you hear the water come through. Great place and Brad the Owner communicates promptly with any concern. We had a fabulous time on our vacation. Thanks Brad!!

Property management was excellent. Facilities were just what we were looking for in an excellent location. Food was great at the Palapa Bar and reasonably priced. Only minor negative is it is on the 3rd level with no elevator and the walk from the marina is very steeply uphill. Overall very pleasant experience.

What a huge disappointment. This condo is outdated and was NOT clean. We spent the first evening of our family vacation cleaning up what we could with what cleaning materials were there. The floors weren’t clean, the bathroom smelled of urine/mildew. Empty hand soap containers , no emergency phone numbers or fire extinguisher (and believe me you’d want one if you saw the outdated wiring in the place) although the listing said those were available. We ended up checking out the next day and found a clean resort to stay at. Owner requested to meet me at our new resort to figure out a resolution but he never showed up at the agreed on time. He said the “day got the best of him” and said he’d credit us 1/2 of the amount charged. He did credit us a portion but not even half. Extremely disappointed! So glad the resort next door had an available room! Not the way my family wanted to spend our vacation, negotiating a refund.

The view of the unit was FANTASTIC. If you are young and can handle 3 flights of spiral stairs go for it. We are in our late 80's and didn't realize this unit was on the 3rd floor. Any type of problem Brad took care of it immediately. The unit was satisfactory equipped. The unit does need a deep cleaning. and bedding replaced. Some of the bedding was dirty. I have seen better pillows for animals at the shelter than we had on our bed. Fortunately the W/D which worked very well took care of the dirty bedding. We didn't have any major networks on the TV, but you are not there to watch TV. However, with the covid we didn't venture out a lot. As always, all of the help at the Terrasol are great. I would highly recommend this place definitely to younger people, not 80 & 87) if you are looking for a great view of the ocean.

Once again our stay at the Terrasol was great and it is a really great property as it is close to the Marina and you are right on the ocean. The pools are nice and the property is well taken care of. It is nice to have a bar/restaurant right there. Our 2 bedroom was really nice. It had everything we needed. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed a lot of time on the deck watching for whales. There is a distance to the pools and beach but you are closer when you walk to the marina and town. Brad was nice to work with as he responded to my questions quickly and stopped by when we arrived to check if we needed anything. The beds were good too. Doubles were firm in the second room and the king was softer in the master bedroom. We would definitely stay there again.

The Terrasol resort is an ideal location for couples or families looking for a quiet, relaxing home base, a peaceful oasis with an extraordinary view of the ocean that is just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of the marina and Medano beach. ...the best of both worlds in Cabo.My husband and I had stayed at Terrasol once before, and we returned, this time with our adult daughter, to relax and refuel after an especially hectic year. Our 9 day stay in unit 342 was all we were hoping for and more. The condo is spacious and welcoming, the view from the balcony is breathtaking, staff are friendly, and the grounds and pools are beautifully maintained. This was quiet season and the guests we met at the pools were owners or repeat visitors like us. If you are looking for deluxe accommodations, multiple restaurants and bars, pool side service and high energy entertainment there are lots of resorts to choose from. Terrasol offers exceptional value, a gorgeous setting and a warm welcome...highly recommended. Our thanks to Brad for his assistance with securing dates, finalizing attachments and arranging airport transport.
