ウエディングで利用させていただきました。施設もスタッフの方のホスピタリティも最高でした。家族と共に、一生の宝となる思い出ができました。

プールアクセスのお部屋にしたのですが、虫がたまに入ってきました。

Nice resort

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and considerate. Would like to thank Mr. Made and all the team.

I think the concept of the hotel is all rooms are facing the gardens not the beach but we didn’t like that. Having a location by the sea and you don’t enjoy the beach view from rooms is a setback. Also the Breeze cafe closes at 10:30 pm which is early in my opinion. Taking in mind the location is far from the city where you have other options.

非常推薦有小孩的家庭。整體品質非常的好，很放鬆的住宿體驗。服務人員的素質很高，隨時給予需要的幫助，且總是帶著微笑。沙灘，泳池，房間，陽台，餐廳，一切都很棒。

沙灘很乾淨，退潮之後潮間帶非常精彩。是那一帶最漂亮的沙灘。海灘與泳池邊的小屋可以免費使用，躺上一整天非常放鬆。Ritz Kids小朋友非常喜歡，還有一個兒童滑水道，裡面的員工每位都對小朋友非常親切跟照顧，很感謝他們讓小朋友玩得很開心。泳池不是很大，不過維護得很好，景觀漂亮，人也不多，同時又有樹蔭，很適合小朋友玩水。房間很大，雙張大床很夠帶小朋友一起睡，房間內的配置也規劃得很好。陽台很棒，頂樓可以直接看到大海跟藍天，很舒服。內部服務人員都非常親切，餐廳邊，泳池邊，都有許多服務人員隨時提供幫助。早餐很好吃，菜色豐富，料理得也很好。雖然表訂十點半用餐結束，不過到了時間也沒有立即收拾，還有一些緩衝時間，讓我們這些比較晚起的住客可以輕鬆享用美食。要特別謝謝海灘邊餐廳的服務人員Dina，對客人相當用心，尤其對小朋友很友善，幫我們找了玩沙的工具，小朋友玩得很開心。早餐餐廳的Diva，我們想吃的水果沒了，很快就幫我們拿來，大家吃得很開心。早餐餐廳主廚跟沙灘的Widya 都很親切。感謝大家讓我們旅程很愉快。

泳池晚上七點就要消毒，小朋友沒辦法繼續玩水，比較可惜。

جعلت شهر العسل تجربة لا تنسى ✨

الفندق جمييل جداً جداً والاقامة فيه تغني عن الخروج اليومي للجزيرة لانه يحتوي على مطاعم ومسبح وشاطئ والكثير من الفعاليات اللي راح يقولولكم عليها عند الوصول. الفندق كبير جداً لدرجة ان التنقل من خلاله يكون عن طريق سيارة القولف. كذلك الغرف نظيفة جداً، خلال تواجدنا فيها لم نرى اي حشرة. الطاقم لطيفين وودودين جداً ويحاولوا يرضوا النزلاء بكل الطرق. الحمامات وانتم بكرامة نظيفة لكن لا يوجد بها شطاف ولكن الكرسي فيه شطاف ذاتي يغني عن الشطاف الخارجي. لا يفوتكم السبا والتقاط بعض الصور المجانية عن طريق مصوريي الفندق.

Najlepszy możliwy wybór pobytu

Najlepszy standard w zarówno w obsłudze jak i wyposażenia pokoi. Butikowy charakter hotelu, mimo że hotel jest duży nie widać tłumów. Śniadania fenomenalne. Jeden z najlepszych hoteli w jakim byliśmy a podróżujemy bardzo często z booking.com

Excellent stay

The location is very calm and the green surrounding with tropical gardens makes this place unique. The different houses are separated, which doesnt give a crowded feeling during the stay. The biggest plus is the warm, kind and smiling employees of Ritz, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Dit hotel was een mooie afsluiting van enkele weken Bali op diverse plekken.

Het personeel was, zoals overal op Bali, uiterst vriendelijk. Pluspunt hier is dat ze zich echt uitsloven om het zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken! Ze kennen je gelijk bij naam. Ondanks ontbijtbuffet maakten ze speciale dingen voor ons en kwamen het brengen. Ongevraagd een bordje vers fruit, ze wisten op dag 2 al dat we nasi wilden. Werd vers gemaakt voor ons. Bij grill restaurant was de zalm te droog. Toen we er wat van zeiden, werd het na vele verontschuldigingen van de rekening af getrokken. Top! De kamer was ruim, schoon, geluidsdicht en alles voor handen met voldoende stopcontacten (opladers)

Niets viel ons tegen. Behalve toen we kenbaar maakten dat we een zeer late terugvlucht hadden en we graag iets langer op de kamer wilden verblijven. Niet in de business lounge en daar douchen! Tenslotte waren we alle 3 nachten daar verbleven en in alle restaurants gegeten. Uiteindelijk boden ze ons een andere kamer aan waar we dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt hebben.

What a wonderful and lovely stay!

The service was excellent. The staff were enthusiastic and courteous. The room was very nice and spacious. The pillows were one of the best among our hotel stays. The breakfast and the food in all the hotel restaurants were brilliant. We also enjoyed the complementary cooking class and coffee art class.

Amazing property, excellent staff. The restaurants are quite good.

The sea beach. The water recedes quite a lot and when it comes back the water is full of sea weed. Could not enjoy time with my child in the sea.

Relaxing , but a bit disappointed as not worthy of the pricing.

Breakfast buffet was good ..but could have been better in terms of variety on different days. The in room service was really good ..tasty and well presented.. staff was polite and very warm..always ready to help..

Not living upto the standards of Ritz Carlton the brand. I had high expectations on this , but was a bit disappointed in the end. The facilities were not very well briefed to us upon arrival. I got to know abt the sauna/steam room only on the day before leaving. The TV in bathroom was broken . The cleaning staff didn't really arrrange things that were spread in room. I also did not like the dustbin provided in the toilet .. have to manually lift the lid to throw toilet paper !! Being fancy is not what you need in this ,rather hygiene. These are things you expect when you pay so much and stay in a five star hotel . Overall felt not worthy of the cost ..

Exceeded our already high expectations

A perfect beach retreat in Bali, great choice for a few calmer days after exploring the island. The loacation and hotel is amazing and beautiful but the staff lifts it up to even higher level. The staff was exceptional, everyone was friendly, personalised treatment and everyone remembered our names/food preferences during the stay

Wifi could be better, but only because I had to check some work emails, files which took a very long time. The phone connection and 4G/5G is not as good as in other areas, for example, Ubud

Mijn vrouw en ik hebben een super verblijf gehad en werden continu in de watten gelegd.

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Niets was teveel wat je ook vroeg. Verder het ontbijt was voortreffelijk er was zoveel keus.

First taste of the ritz and we will be back for more!

If I could rate this property higher I would. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated like royalty. Every single member of staff was so welcoming and friendly and they cannot do enough for you. We ate at every restaurant on the property and each one was delicious. The staff around the pool take fantastic care of you bringing food and drinks to your lounger. The property itself is out-of-this-world beautiful, it really feels like paradise.

The location is a bit isolated, if you need to go anywhere you have to drive/get a lift as there is nothing around within walking distance. Not a huge issue as it was very easy to get taxis

Fantastic staff and lovely hotel, it could do with a bit of an upgrade in the rooms.

Staff were absolutely amazing! Winsu was a standout for us and looked after us for and went above and beyond throughout our stay. The breakfast was fantastic with so much choice.

Bedrooms are looking a bit tired, and we had 2 x large red wine stains on our Rug in the living area. Slightly trivial but you would expect better from Ritz Carlton. Screaming kids in the pool all day wasn't ideal, but it is a family resort i suppose.
