Bellissimo appartamento nel cuore di Valletta.

Bellissimo appartamento nel cuore di Valletta, a pochi passi dalla centralissima Strait Street e dal terminal degli autobus, e ad appena un quarto d'ora dall'imbarco per Gozo. Dotata di ogni comfort e di un caldo ambiente con pietra a vista. Molto simpatico il tipico balconcino maltese, qui color celeste.

Il bagno vetrato in camera potrebbe creare qualche problema di privacy.

Sono una viaggiatrice e devo dire che tutto è andato benissimo. Appartamento grandissimo e super nuovo.

Unica piccola pecca potrebbe essere il rumore sera/mattino con macchine e persone.

The ac wasn't working and the place wasn't cleaned to a standard expected especially the bedroom floor which was filthy.

Location of the apartment was incredible. All of the main attractions were reachable by walking distance. Host provided us with a lot of informations, maps and tips. Apartment was old, but very clean. Two fans were helpful during hot weather.

Not a single photo matches the reality. There is no reason not to post real photos. The apartment is in a fair condition. Water tap in the bathroom was broken during our stay.

Fair for the value

Amazing location, easy access city center and all the bars, restaurants etc. Close to ferry terminals and public transport. Great communication with the host.

Cleaning service must be improved. We didn't expect to be so noisy - the property is on a crossroad on uphill street and when the traffic starts at 6.30h in the morning it gets really noisy in the main bedroom. Pictures were taken before the place was repainted and actually looks different when we arrived.

The location of the accomodation is very good. All the asked things were available.

The building is an old style thus the walls were old too. So the smell of the place was intensive.

Not a great start but excellent service

Receptionist was excellent, helped us out with accommodation issue as 1st room not suitable for someone with vertigo. Her solution was excellent and advice perfect. Highly recommend this organisation.

1st apartment with see-through spiral staircase didn't suit but replacement was excellent.

Perfect

The property was in a excellent location. It was just 2 mins walk to saluting battery. 5-7 mins walk to Republic street , St John Cathedral and Triton fountain. Walkable distance to bus station. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities. All the instructions regarding accessing the apartment and the door code was very clear. The customer services was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Not suitable for people with disabilities as you need to access the stairs to get to the bedroom and bathroom.

we booked this stay for a one night only for work, the view was wonderful but the apartment lacked of hygeine. There was

the location was very nice

no windows and lack of ventilation certainly disappointed us, however the lack of hygeine was the most thing we did not like. The cushions and pillows had a bad smell and the apartment was not very clean, there was dust behind the bed and we really felt uncomfortable. The well had 2 glasses and an empty dish soap bottle inside which were visible from the top (which we decided to go down and pick them up ourselves)

An 'upgrade' from a horrible apartment to a standard one.... thanks!

After a very disappointing first night in a dirty and not fit for purpose apartment, we were moved to a different one which was clean and suitable although it was located on a 4th floor and the lift was not working, which was never mentioned. We are all fit but it could have been a bit problem for a different family. Good location

The first apartment was filthy. The floor had not been cleansed properly, the coach had stains on it, the dining room chairs were filthy, one was broken, and they had no support whatsoever, and you sank on them. The kitchen was quickly put together, and the shower was occupied by a massive boiler that left very little room for any adult to shower; there was only 1 glass, cups were dirty... it was all kinds of wrong. After many email exchanges, the company agreed to move us the following day, although I can't comprehend why we were booked into that apartment to start with as it was no fit for purpose. When we were moved to the other apartment, we were told it was 'free of charge' as in we would not be charged for the 'upgrade' (full payment had already gone through). ƁIt worries me that a clean and standard apartment is considered an upgrade. It would also worry me that they thought the original apartment was fit and acceptable for rental.

Pleasant except for the insects.

Key for the front door was easy to find. Spacious apartment. On-line support was great especially getting the wi-fi working. Location was great. 15 minute cab ride from the airport. 15 minute walk to the main Bus Terminus. Pleasant little grocery shop 2 minute walk away.

Not many English channels on the TV. Cockroaches. I had to deal with at least 6.

Excellent accommodation to visit Valletta and Malta in general.

The building has a great terrace at the top floor, ideal to chill out after a long day of sightseeing.

awful experience, very dirty

location was good

forst apartment we checked in has an obvious waterleak : wallpaper was fallong, water stain on the ceiling and humidity odor was awful. Moreover the apartment was super dirty. we asked to change apartment which was done after a two hours. the new apartment wasn’t very clean but better than the first one. we finally went out to visit the coty and realise when we went to bed that we were missing bed sheets and that the cover on the bed had really dirty stains. we sent several message theough booking.com, by email and we also call 8 times during the next 2 days without nobody bringing the missing sheets or telling us where to get one, staff even told us that we were lying about the missing sheets despites the pictures we sent. after three days without any actions, we crossed the housekeeping team and ask them the missing sheets ourselves. We never got any feedback on our last message or partial refund for the awful experienced that we had.

Lovely small apartment suitable for one person or a couple.

The air conditioning worked well, which was essential as Valletta was baking hot! The apartment was small, clean, fairly quiet and just a few minutes' stroll from the main streets.

We wanted to see Valletta museums etc. For that purpose apartment location was great.

Location, location location.

Apartment was very cold first day when we arrived. Next day after we had put heating on it was ok. Suggest you heat the apartment before guests arrive at this time of year.

Very convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Excellent location, in the heart of Valletta. Spacious, well-equipped apartment. Quiet street.

No lift, so hard work on those stairs with a suitcase. Noisy neighbours, always shouting.
