This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 4 bedrooms, a private pool and spa, and beautiful views of the Jack Nicklaus-designed Turtle Point golf course and its sparkling lagoon. The home is about 400 yards and a short 5-minute walk from beach access. When you enter the living area, you are greeted by a cathedral ceiling with shiplap detailing and an abundance of natural light. The living room, with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, overlooks the pool deck and number 5 fairway of Turtle Point golf course. The dining area features a long wooden table and spills into the recently renovated kitchen. Enjoy preparing your vacation meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring white cabinetry and high-end appliances. The first-floor master suite is a lovely retreat that boasts a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, access to the back deck, and private bathroom with dual vanities, large shower, and soaking tub. Off of this master suite, you will find an office area with a daybed and twin trundle. The second master suite, located upstairs, features a king-sized bed, wall-mounted TV, side chairs, private bathroom with dual sinks, shower, and bathtub, as well as access to a deck. Two additional bedrooms, one with two twin beds and another with a queen-sized bed, both have flat-screen TVs and share a Jack and Jill bathroom. A second living area, with a sectional sofa and wall-mounted flat-screen TV, is also found upstairs. Overlooking the golf course and lagoon, the back deck features a gorgeous pool and spa. Go for a swim, lounge poolside, or dine al fresco- the possibilities are endless! Guests will also enjoy amazing views along the back of the wraparound porch which offers four rocking chairs. Perfect for rinsing off after the beach or pool, guests may also use the outdoor shower. The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Guests do not have access to the home's garage or elevator. During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park. Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours! The spa can be heated for an additional $75/per day. This pool has a heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. The dimensions of the pool are approximately 15' W x 25' L. RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email. RBL21-000018 In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 10, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 4.

We love Kiawah Island and this house is our new favorite. The home is clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need without additional clutter. As soon as we walked in we could relax and enjoy our vacation. We would definitely recommend staying in this home!

The house is very nice. The Wi-Fi is terrible. I had better Wi-Fi in the bush of Africa. Not kidding. The dishwasher is falling out of the wall but otherwise very nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen could use a review of items. It lacked a can opener, bottle opener, spatula, tupperware/storage containers, and spoons to mix things. There were only 8 large plates yet the place can sleep 10 people. Also the deck has a lot of debris that falls on it. You couldn't sit outside without something landing on you. It would have been nice to have a broom so that we could sweep it so we could walk on it with bare feet.

We rented this house for a family vacation, and it was a great experience! The house was beautifully decorated and well stocked. The porch wrapping around the house was wonderful, we used it every day- even in the rain! Great location with a quick walk to the beach! A few things to note for future renters: The stairs to enter the house are quite steep and there is no elevator access. We had several large suitcases and a few older guests so the steps were challenging at times. Second, while the pool/hot tub is lovely, due to the tree coverage the area does not really get much sun so if you are hoping to lay by the pool for a tan, you will want to head to the beach!

Immediately clear that this home has recent updates and upgrades including the furniture, elevator and resurfaced, second story pool. Watching golf in the backyard or a 2 minute bike ride to the beach, the location was perfect. Easily handled two families. Highly recommend.

Someone came out and it cooled off for one night, but it stayed at 80 degrees. 2) detailed instructions on what/where to put the trashcans for collection needs to be added to notebook in house.
