Stunning views, delicious food and friendly staff

The hotel was amazing and the view was absolutely stunning! the outdoor area was spacious and private. So much variety for breakfast which is brought to your room at a time you want (we had the floating breakfast one morning), they even accommodated me being gluten free. The candlelight meal over your pool is a must! The food was delicious and watching the sunset was just beautiful. Plenty to do and doesn’t take long to travel to other areas of the island. The staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble, they were so attentive and helpful. We really had the best time and felt lucky to have experienced this hotel.

George,Ana, entire staff are Awsome. From the day we arrived, they took care of everything to transportation to Fira. Food is awesome. Restaurant near our location They treated us like family. The Phos is the place to stay. We had the views everyone was driving to our location to get pictures. VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF I would recommend The Phos every time. Thank you all. Stay away from this place if you are looking for a luxurious hotel experience. You are booking a room, nothing else. And

Room was comfortable and clean. View was good.

The hotel is listed as a 5-star property but has no common areas - no restaurant, no common pool, no gym, no spa. Every meal has to be consumed in the room and by the time the food arrives, it is already partially cold. Nevertheless the food is of good quality. Booking should pay more attention to the hotel class of their hotels listed. It is an absolute joke to have paid those prices for an accommodation which is not a hotel and which does not qualify as 5 stars. BEWARE!!!

The best hotel we have ever stayed. We truly loved it and the people who work there

Wow. This was the best stay we’ve ever had. First of all, the staff…..Theo right from the start with all the communication before our stay, she was incredibly helpful for us coming from CA and to Santorini for the first time. They helped us arrange transport to the hotel from the airport and allowed us graciously have an early check in. when we got there, they all greeted us with smiles and helped us with our luggage and any needs we had. Vargas (sp) was so amazing and was right there when we needed anything. We ordered lunch to be delivered and it was some of the best food we’ve had in years (loved the salmon bowl). We went outside and there was our own private pool with a view that I can not describe….unobstructed beauty of the ocean and ships. We stayed in the two bedroom suite….so much room, very clean and if you needed something, Theo and Vargas were there in a second to get it! we laid by the pool sunning and swam to the infinity edge and just soaked in the view. Then Theo suggested Seaside Santorini restaurant for dinner and they treated us like royalty and we ate the most delicious dinner. but even the most amazing part is yet to come! Breakfast, included with the room, was delicious, giant portions and so much to choose from! And brought right to your room!! My family loved that sooooo much! George, the night manager, was always friendly and had a nice smile even when you asked him for things. They all felt like family. I could go on and on…..we truly loved the place and especially the people who worked there. Please do yourself a favor and stay at Phos!!!!

Theo and the staff at Phos were incredibly warm and attentive. The location is remote, yet absolutely beautiful and feels special. The room was spacious and comfortable. We didn’t want to leave our balcony lounge chairs once the sun came out, and the staff makes you feel so comfortable that you really don’t have to. 10/10 would recommend for your trip to Santorini.

Don’t think, just Book - The Best Holiday I’ve Ever Been On

What an amazingly peaceful and beautiful hotel. The staff were incredible. I could not fault a single one. Incredible e service from Theodosia and George, all the housekeepers and cleaners. Enjoyed every last minute of my stay The town of Akrotiri (which this hotel is located in) is no where near as busy as popular towns like Thira and Oia. but everything is 20-60 mins drive away so it was lovely to be able to visit those places. The views are amazing the sunset view are incredible, the pool was divine, all the facilities were more than we could ask for. The hotel are so kind as to arrange activities for you and artillery transfer, car hires anything you need. I couldn’t recommend enough.

One thing I will say is that dinner was not incredible and it was a bit overpriced. It’s a nice option to have but I preferred to leave the hotel for dinner. The breakfast and lunch was great also, slightly higher price but Santorini as a whole is expensive to dine in. Despite this I think that the food was like 7/10 so not too bad I just wasn’t crazy about it.

The breakfast everyday was amazing! Had a ton of variety and was brought right to our room at the time we wanted. The private pool was everything I hoped for. We went for our honeymoon so we spent the better half of our day in our pool/outdoor area and then adventured in the afternoon/evening. The hotel was everything we could have wanted and will for sure book again when we go back to Santorini!

Absolutley fantastic stay at phos boutique in September for the night after our wedding. Staff so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We even had a suprise upgrade on our room and oh my goodness just wow! Absolutely beautiful. Cannot wait to have another stay at this stunning hotel.

Magical, one of the best hotels I’ve been to!

The property is beautifully located on the cliff, gifting amazing views of the sea and sunset!! The room was very tidy and clean, including the terrace and pool. Although we missed one night at the hotel due to logistics and we experienced a little unexpected problem of understaffing at the hotel for one evening, the staff was so nice and provided us a complimentary dinner, arrival snack and drinks. The staff was super welcoming throughout the whole stay! The breakfast is one of the best ones with a full range of salty and sweet options, and is brought directly to your room in the morning. I recommend the honeymoon suite as it has a perfect balance between the size of the room, terrace and pool.

We loved everything about our stay. If I can provide two little suggestions: 1) although there are not many rooms to manage, having some more people in the hotel staff can be helpful in managing in a more timely manner customer requests 2) having some common areas (e.g. bar, little restaurant, gym) can be nice as it lets the guests live also the areas of the hotel outside of their rooms

Perfect place for few days getaway (no kids please!!)

Locations is perfect for ones who want a small escape from city life. Also private plunge pool is a must, you only live once! Hotel serves very delicious food, shishas and a great selection of drinks. Views are breathtaking and everything else in Santorini is reachable within 30-45 min ride.

There was a miscommunication on credit card issues, it made me feel very sad and unsafe. Although it was solved and I made a full price bank payment which I have never done before.

Incredible views, spacious outdoor space, tasty breakfast.

Room was a good size, bed was very soft, a great variety of breakfast, incredible views and the cleanliness was 10/10. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall a lovely stay and experience.

The location was as expected in the middle of nowhere, so you would need to rent a vehicle to get around. Lacked dinner choices and very small portions.

Honeymoon suite 105

The facilities were fantastic, really clean and comfortable. We had everything we could possibly need. Nothing beats the customer service. The staff were so friendly and willing to accommodate all our needs. Special thanks to Theo who went out of her way to help us at any hour. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing, quiet, romantic stay

Thank you for an amazing stay!! Special thanks to Theodosia and Dorothea who worked tirelessly to make sure our every request was met quickly - they literally helped build our vacation in Santorini and made everything easy and simple for us. The room is spacious with an enormous outside area overlooking the most magnificent view of the caldera, as private as one could expect. Very quiet and relaxing, we were really able to disconnect. Lastly, the food of both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Overall - a wonderful vacation!

Keep in mind the hotel is on the remote south side of Santorini. Great for a getaway vacation, but less suitable if you’re looking to be in the “tourist main attractions”. Need to rent a car to get around when you stay here (which we were totally fine with).

Like Heaven

We had a fantastic stay at the Phos Hotel. Breakfast was a highlight every morning, a very good selection of fresh and delicious ingredients. The Elite Suite is wonderfully and stylishly decorated. The terrace and pool became our absolute favorite spot during our stay. The view is breathtaking. Just as fantastic as the view is this great team at Phos Hotel. We felt warmly welcomed from the very first moment. Theodosia and team fulfilled our every wish and made us happy every day with their great recommendations and friendly nature. A big thank you to Theodosia, Walter, Kosta, Nidal and everyone else who made our time at Phos so wonderful. It was perfect! We look forward to visiting you again soon.

Everything! The staff was fantastic. Food was amazing... seriously great food! Room was super clean and beautiful. View was breathtaking; once in a lifetime perfect. Private infinity pool was so awesome and heated. Did I mention how great the staff was...catering to our every need.
