Krásný velký apartmán v srdci města

Předání klíčů není moc jednoduché, přijeli jsme pozdě a trošku jsme tápali. Nicméně personál je VELMI příjemný a nápomocný. Celou dobu jsme byly ve spojení přes Whatsapp. Bydlení má skvělou polohu, velikost... úklid každý den. Velká spokojenost.

Pozor na to, že klidné večery na terase jsou nemožné - dole je srocení bubeníků.... a hukot. Kdo hledá klid, hledejte jinde. Z jedné strany bubeníci, z druhé ulice. Musíte být prostě venku v ulicích :-) Apartmán by zasloužil některé věci maličko opravit - jeden příklad za všechny - okno v koupelně...

Ihan kiva.

Sijainti oli keskeisellä paikalla ja huoneisto oli tilava. Palvelu oli erinomaista. Huoneisto sopii hyvin ehkä nuorille/bileporukoille, tai yksin matkaaville, mutta ei ehkä niinkään perheen kanssa matkustaville, jossa on ihan pieniä lapsia. Meille sopi hyvin jossa oli vanhempi lapsi.

Koska sijainti oli keskeisellä paikalla, kantautuivat äänet (mm.musiikki) kadulta hyvin huoneistoon. Tämä ei haitannut meitä, mutta voi haitata jotain muuta. Huoneisto oli myös vanhahko ja vanhat pistorasiat, mutta se oli kuitenkin perus siisti. Paitsi suihkukaappi oli kulunut ja tiivisteet huonossa kunnossa. Käytävä josta asuntoon kuljettiin oli pimeä koska valokatkaisija sijaitsi kaukana ja käytävässä oletettavasti kosteusvauriota/hometta hajun perusteella.

De nachtrust was waardeloos. Iedere avond tot vroeg in de nacht, 04/05 uur, geluidsoverlast.

Het bed was oké

De sanitaire voorzieningen waren ondermaats. Het gehele app. Is zeer gedateerd. De stoelen op het dakterras waren onmogelijk om langer op te zitten dan 10 minuten.

Sacrificas el estar en el centro, y no dormir

La atencion de Dori, muy buena cuando llegamos nos atendio muy bien,como restaurante cafeteria tiene muy buenas instalaciones un ambiente muy acojedor

La habitacion esta separada del restaurante cafeteria y no esta preparado para tener un buen confort, tienes 3 bares musicales debajo de la habitacion, y 1 restaurante donde cocinan fritos, lo que significa que la terraza no la pudes utilizar para nada, y si hablamos del descanso ,es nulo , no se puede dormir , muchisimo ruido y mal insonorizada, si quieres estar tranquilo , este no es un buen lugar, por estar en el centro, pagas muy caro el no poder dormir, no lo recomiendo como hotel, a todo esto se le suma unas cuantas escaleras para llegar a la habitacion,tienen 1 edificio separado de habitaciones que no son las del ocean,

Good

The location is right in the middle of everything overlooking the main square. All good restaurants and cafes were within a 5 min walk. The beach is out the door and 3 min away. Cleaning was daily which was unexpected but appreciated. Cooking facilities were basic but sufficient. The one A/C was enough for the two rooms. The patio was large enough to accommodate four people and afforded a good view of the surrounding town and the beach. The entrance to the building is on a pedestrian zone where no vehicles are permitted. Parking is on the street behind the building and is plentiful and safe. In fact a guard sits on the corner most of the day and night watching over what's going on. The office where the property management is located is right behind the building in the Ocean restaurant/ entertainment complex.

One important disadvantage (for most people) with the penthouse is that it looks directly on to the Ocean restaurant/entertainment/bar complex which is the central point in Santa Maria for loud raucous music for young people dancing and singing along until after midnight. If you value your sleep this is not the place you want to be. If you have come to party into the wee hours and return home to collapse into your bed then you are in the right place. Of course the whole area below, on the square and up and down the pedestrian zone, bursts into a cacophony of music, partying and loud conversation until typically 2 or 3am. The city is overrun by stray and unleashed dogs who are mostly quiet but periodically, and especially in the middle of the night, have vicious fights below your window. We used ear plugs or we would not have survived the week of getting up at 6:30 to go on days' outings and diving trips. So this penthouse is well located and has most amenities. All shops nearby. Good value for the money. But you need to be a partyer or you're capable of sleeping through volcanic eruptions.
