Alue mukavan rauhallinen ja kulkuyhteydet hyvät hotellista.

Aamiainen ei vastannut odotuksia. Ruoka loppui välillä kesken eikä tarjonta vastannut odotusta hotellin luokituksen mukaisesti.

Meille tarjottu huone oli varattu. Neljäs tarjottu huone vastasi varausta. Hotellin polkupyörät olisi syytä huoltaa.

Pleasant

Clean good position

For the price, the lobby is not inviting at all! Not even a bottle of water, often missed coffee or milk pads! Just ok, but the proce too high!

Bad hotel. Staff not helpful

There was no amenities for a 5 star hotel that it was quite expensive and on the AC was always running making my room incredible cold. I left with pain in my throat and when I asked the reception they said they could not fix it because it was just settled like that. I never been so cold in a hotel.

I enjoyed it quite a lot and if the funds allow it, I suggest it.

The room was quite large. The WiFi was really good, but was not informed that to activate it I should already connect to it - searched for an info page in the room. Location was quite good, walked everywhere where I needed and breakfast even though was not excessively big choice in food. Liked that tasty apples were left out everywhere.

The elevator was excruciatingly slow opening and closing the door. Garbage truck every morning was right under my window and I slept with the door open for the fresh air and got woken up, so not that great. And the TV options were abysmal, i.e., no casual content in English.

Very good

Breakfast was good. Clean room with big window. The bed was comfortable. They allowed me to check in earlier which I really appreciated (thank you!)

I was expecting a bit more because it's a 5-star hotel. Some things look outdated, amenities are basic.

modern and clean. bed is comfortable.

air condition has no heater and was cold during the day. The clerk gave us a small heater which helped. No hand bars in the shower room, hurt my back when washed my feet. The clerk gave me a plastic chair which helped. Front desk did not know the difference between the executive and deluxe room.

Pleasant stay.

The room and hotel were pleasant and the location is fine; public transportation is close by and every pert of this city can easily be reached. My stay was pleasant.

The selection of TV channels was very limited, in particular stations in English, and the few channels in English that were on suffered from transmission interference.

Hotel in a good area. Felt safe walking around in evening. Restaurants nearby. Quiet. Good quality food in hotel restaurant. Very comfortable bed

Has to log on to wifi again every 24 hours. Annoying to realise you had been using data for a while just because to forgot to log on again. Also had to manually tun off the very noisy fan in the air con every day as it automatically set at midday. Had eco-friendly toilet paper which is a good concept - but it was quite stiff and rough

Was an ok hotel, was definately not 5 star though.

Quiet and tidy - good shower

No water in room, toiletries sub standard for 5 star hotel, No robes ( standard for 5 star ) Furniture was a bit dated. Breakfast poor and chaotic

Nice, expensive hotel. Good location

This is a nice hotel in a great neighborhood. There are many excellent nearby restaurants, and there is good access to public transportation. The location is quiet, and some of the staff are very helpfu.

The high cost of breakfast was a bummer; we mostly went elsewhere. The staff was unable to resolve an issue we encountered. It seems no one has decision making authoirty.

Good value for money

Everything was wonderful from the friendly and very helpful staff to cleanliness and delicious food. Overall it was a pleasant staying and definitely I would consider this location in the future!

A small inconvenience was the temperature in the room, mostly 19-20 degrees, for us it was a bit cold.

Quiet location near Amsterdam Zuid and RAI conference center, nice and hands-on staff, great breakfasts, bike renting... good value for money

17€ fee for the gym access is very unusual... probably the only one in the world asking to pay for this service...

comfiest pillows ever, never had a TV at the end of a bed, loved the dressing gown & slippers! staff friendly, clean facilities & luxuries complementaries!

Good location, a few free drinks in the minibar, suprise bottle of prosseco on arrival

No conditioner, needs more staff, fairly basic but good for the price, didn't get a garden view like requested

Some of the crew was very helpful and nice.

I had an issue with the employee about my check in. He wanted to reschedule my check in from 15:00 to 16:30. Another thing they charge extra fee for taxes depends on how long you stay, that Info was not on the profile when I booked. Info was that all taxes and fees ar included in the price.

It was a good stay

Amazing huge rooms and very friendly atmosphere at the breakfast. Thanks for the delicious food.

The Furniture could be more modern but it was fine. The toilet in our rooms had stains from the running water. Need to be probably replaced. Otherwise it was clean.
