Лучше отеля в Стамбуле не найти за такую цену. Завтрак лучший из лучших. Обязательно сюда вернёмся.

Завтрак очень понравился, вид из ресторана шикарный, большое разнообразие блюд, по желанию можно заказать свежевыжатый сок и турецкий кофе. Ужин в отеле тоже понравился, но немного дороговато. При бронировании просили этаж не ниже четвёртого. В итоге заселили на второй, но через несколько дней по просьбе переселили в номер классом и этажом выше совершенно бесплатно. В новом номере было просторно, вид из окна получше, была ванна и мощный фен. Недалеко от отеля парк Gulhane, 15 мин от площади Sultanahmet, цистерны Базилика. Много кофейн, ресторанов поблизости, метро в шаговой доступности.

В номере стандарт на втором этаже каждое утро в 6:20 просыпались из-за шума, исходящего из соседнего ресторана. В этом же номере было недостаточно света и короткая кровать, свисали ноги. В номере "Босфор" на 6-ом этаже нерабочая кофемашина.

Excellent Hotel for a Short Break!

The Seres Hotel: We loved the restaurant, the quality and quantity of food available for breakfast - simply amazing in my opinion. The staff in the restaurant in the morning were excellent - friendly, efficient and very good at making us feel welcome and comfortable. We didn't try the hotel restaurant in the evening, but the reviews prior to booking gave an excellent rating overall. The staff at the front desk were very kind and efficient at checking us in and helping out with any questions with regards to finding out anything about the local area. Always very kind and courteous during our stay. All the staff deserve great credit for taking care of their guests. The room was turned around promptly every morning with fresh towels, soaps, etc and this was excellent as well. There was a safe in the room and we used it during our stay. Always a bonus if there is a secure safe in a hotel room. Overall there were a lot of things to like about Seres Hotel, Istanbul. The location: For us, I don't think you could find a better location for a 3-4 day break if you plan on seeing the main tourist attractions in this part of the city. The hotel is situated between 2 tram stops. One heads over the river towards Galata Tower and the other stop is just 1 stop from Sultan Ahmed tram station - where you alight for the Blue Mosque and Aya Sofya. A couple of stops further you will be close to the Grand Bizarre.

We had not option other than booking a twin room for our stay. I am sure the room would've been adequate with only a double bed in the room, but with a large nightstand between 2 single beds, it did make it awkward for opening the wardrobe and accessing the secure safe inside the wardrobe and around the beds in the room. My daughter didn't unpack her suitcase at all - left it on the suitcase stand, instead of trying to access the wardrobe next to the other single bed. There wasn't much of a view with the room, but the bathroom was adequate in size for one person to use at a time.

I recently stayed at Seres Hotel Old City during my trip to Istanbul, and I must say that my experience was truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the quality of service and the warm hospitality of the staff. The hotel staff was extremely attentive and friendly, always ready to answer my questions and help me arrange my sightseeing in the city. Their professionalism and kindness truly added a special touch to my stay, making me feel at home away from home. Regarding the accommodation, I opted for a suite, and I was not disappointed. The suite was spacious and elegantly decorated with a pleasant style that combined modern comfort with Istanbul's traditional charm. The facilities were excellent, and I appreciated the level of cleanliness and upkeep in the room. However, the real highlight was the view from the hotel's 360-degree rooftop. It was simply spectacular! I could gaze at a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire Istanbul, with its minarets, domes, and bustling streets. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing and to enjoy a stunning sunset. In conclusion, I highly recommend Seres Hotel Old City to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Istanbul. The quality of service and staff is exceptional, the suites are comfortable and stylish, and the view from the 360-degree rooftop is absolutely breathtaking. I will definitely return here on my next visit to this magnificent city.

Perfect location!Very attentive and helpfull staff at reception! Large selection of food for breakfast! Tasty coffee. Beds comfortable but little short.Amazing terrace on the roof of the hotel!

we had a very good stay super nice location near tram station 15 min walk to phosphorus and emannue . Roof is overlooking phosphorus (small restaurant on the roof) hotel is nice, good breakfast, helpful staff especially khalid who I would like to thank very much . he was so kind that he offered us his Istanbul card to use it for transportation. worth to mention the hotel is in a very busy area in the old city we arrived in the morning so it took around one hour and half due to mornings rush hour

Istanbul Old town accommodation gem

The hotel is in the old town very close to the Hagia Sophia and other tourist sites. The staff are professional and always willing to help. My room was very clean, airy, and well appointed. The roof top restaurant is an added bonus with views of the city and across the Bosporus to Asia. My meal was excellent I'd happily stay again

The breakfast spread was amazing! You couldn’t ask for better service from the waiters who were very attentive and always smiling. The view of the Bosporus from the roof top terrace was great especially silly at sunset and dunrise

A beautiful hotel in the heart of old city.

It offers breakfast buffet as well as Sehr (in Ramadan) on its really beautiful rooftop. The hotel is quite beautiful in general and is located in the heart of the Old City.

They don’t accept credit cards or online card payments on-site. They basically ask for cash for every additional service, which becomes a bit of a hassle for someone, who doesn’t like to keep cash with him/her all the time. Wifi is a bit weak over there as well.

worth every penny

amazing location, beautiful hotel and noise free. it is the best location hands down surrounded by many eateries, shops and walking distance from grand bazaar and beyazit. the breakfast on the terrace of the hotel was amazing with amazing sea view.
