my stay was short and I love the hotel - staff and manager were so friendly

clean staff friendly close to metro station

I ask pick up and I suppose to be by taxi but I surprised it’s by buss and I was alone no need for bus the driver was very polite but first person that I meet in the airport was very rude - and give orders like ( stay her - come her) and even don’t help with luggage I ask him to help because we will across the road to meet the driver of the bus that he will drop me to the hotel ( to pay 50€ for this experience I prefer to take bus from station and pay 30TL.

A very reasonably priced, clean and comfortable hotel for a week's stay in Fatih, Istanbul!

The hotel was friendly and clean, the room adequate for myself and 2 teen sons to sleep and have a bit of space. Shower worked well. The breakfasts were ample with a rich variety of Turkish produce and cheeses, salads, eggs, breads, soups. The rooftop has a lovely view of the sea of Marmara and surrounding landmark mosques and structures. The lobby is comfortable to sit when awaiting a cab. The clientele was quite international.

While the lower level wellness area was staffed with friendly personnel, clean and there was a small pool, there is no real "fitness" only 3 machines, 2 out of 3 which worked in a very tight dark space. Better to invest in some weights, a rowing machine, a cross country machine and some mats and exercise balls etc with a bit more well-lit space. These are not so expensive The sauna worked well and was clean. The hammam however was not heated enough.

4-star hotel that needs some repairs!

I have been staying here for more than 10 days as a solo traveler. The quality of breakfast, various dishes of the restaurant, the attitude of the staff and the location are excellent.

I can complain about the small size of the rooms and the low quality of the internet and Overcrowding in the elevator and bad smell in the bathroom and toilet. In general, it is a 4-star hotel that needs some repairs.

Bad

First of all the location on booking is wrong.i was looking for hotel 5 hours.it was disaster the bad trip ever.they send me another location which is wrong,with closed streets.and then i want to help me to find the hotel,and the staff won't help me.instead of that they took my money from my credit card before i go to hotel.i have been to istanbul many times but with this experiens thanks to Grand hotel washington never come to Turkey at all.

Exceptional

I was travelling with my two sisters and their two sons, the boys have special need and some learning difficulties. the staff at the hotel could not have been any nicer to them. they made them feel very welcome, greeting them warmly every time we saw them in the restaurant, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Offering them little free treats, engaging with them, they made the holiday extra special for all of us.

Superb

Hotel was nice and the location is perfect. I like the breakfast and the facilities weren’t bad at all. Kudos to Anas the receptionist, such a great guy. He helped us with an early check in and arranged some tour services for us.

Rooms aren’t soundproof, but this seems a big problem in all buildings in Istanbul not just this hotel. Elevators are small and busy all the time

I liked the Sauna and rooftop restaurant. I also liked the location. It was close distance for all kinds of shopping even if you wanted 15 min walk to mall catch taxi back if you go overboard. The rooms are equivalent to a decent 2.5 to 3 star US hotel. I felt safe to explore alone staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

It is a smoking hotel and if you dont smoke you may have to switch your room. I had to change 3 times, they do not where masks and it was very crowded the pool was not open fitness equipment very old. It was an old hotel. The picture doesn't tell complete story.

The staff is perfect 🥰 location is good service also good 👍

.Connecting rooms are small. Indoor swimming pool is dirty very cold water is not circulating and gym timing is bad and sometimes used as massage room. Out door pool is very very small.

Quiet, nice hotel in Fatih

Very good location, close to the tram. Polite and kind staff, nice breakfast. The rooms are quiet, since the traffic is limited in this district and there are not many cars there. The rooms could be a bit bigger but for this price it's OK.
